[b]Title:[/b] The Title of your team. You could have an original name, or you could just use something generic like Squad 4 if you'd like.
[b]Members:[/b] List all the members currently in your team. Ranks and classes aren't necessary, but you can post them if you'd like. The maximum members in one squad is four.
