Xela would enter with her single puppet, on her back, as she graciously bowed. She smiled without a single word spoke to her opponent. The two of them stood in a 35 meter radius valley with walls made of chakra, no chance of getting out. She would have her whole arsenal of jutsu with her as well along with her ten small scrolls, which were a waste but oh well. She stood possibly twelve meters away from an opponent poised and ready for any potential danger. She however was poised and ready with her puppet already being put down in front of her.

As Sam stood there in this oddly made place. The ground was damp as if it just rained and the walls would nt fall tell someone won and someone lost. He looked into the fateful eyes of his opponent glaring right back At him. He saw the truth behind them and without any regret for what she had done in the past perhaps even right in this fateful place. Sam would take the first draw this time he would use:
Suiton: Himatsu no Jutsu (Water Release: Spray Technique)

Description: A technique that creates a mist that can be very closely related to seaspray. This simple Suiton-based technique causes a fine mist to rise up off of a water source. The most common application of this technique is to surprise an opponent with the spray so that it gets into their eyes and they close their eyes. If not otherwise dismissed, the mist will last for three turns before being blown away or evaporated.
Limit: Must have Suiton no Jutsu. Must be a part of the Hoshigaki Clan.

Effect: User coats an object or themselves in a slime from water. It makes it hard to stand on something. If used on a ninja most Taijutsus will do less, little, or no damage because it will glance off the user.

Drawback: If user coats ground it makes it hard for them to stand as well.
Description: The user must be in the presence of mist in order to create this technique. The userer uses the high humidity caused by the point shift in the mist inorder to generate a rapidly growing organism, a fungal water born breed, upon his/her skin. The fungi grows and spreads across the body of the one who is using the technique. After six seconds the target is entirley coated in the fungi. 
Limit: Must be a mist ninja to learn. Must be in the presence of mist. Must have water release.

Xela would see the techniques and as she smiled at the sea spray performance as she would merely use the Metsuki no Kugetsu (Puppet Eyes), as she would close her own and through the eyes of her puppet she would have no problem seeing the fungus growth of your jutsu. Instantaneously as the mist would still be around but eventually would dismiss it seemed.

She would however open her eyes now as she would smile. Her eyes returning to her own as she would then hold up one hand, the puppet guiding hand, and her other was the empty hand. The empty hand however was performing the Isshi no Otoshina (String Entrapment) jutsu where she would use the five strings to circulate your footing area to attempt to snare your onward movement of whether up, side, backwards, or forward.

The possibility was from the learning of the Chakra Ito (Chakra Strings) as she would smile and await for the effect on you. Where you go would determine her next course of actions as she fiddled her hands around.

Metsuki no Kugutsu (Puppet Eyes)

Effect: Allows the user to see what a puppet may see.

Drawback: Difficult to move around while seeing through other eyes. Does not work if user is Blind.
Description: This technique allows the user to see through the eyes of a puppet if there are "Eyes" on the puppet. The user relays the chakra strings from their fingers to their eyes, and all the way through one of the puppets. User is able to see what the puppet sees through their own eyes. If the puppet is installed with any kind of visual enhancements then they are able to see through that kind of vision as well. User is not able to see through multiple puppets at the same time and must switch from puppet to puppet if needed.

Sam did not necessarily know what was happening however he dud know she was going to trap him. The strings could easily be cut be the slippery spray all over his body except his hands and the bottom of his shoes would have little to no effect at all. His next tech was simply just to make his surroundings alittle more familiar although he could sense Through the mist (2 more rounds). he wanted sone water as well-

Effect: Allows the user to condense water within the atmosphere for use in Water-based techniques.
Special: The user adds "Tiger" to the end of every technique they wish to use this in association with.
Drawback: The water that is drawn from this attack comes from the atmosphere itself. Unlike the Oxyhydro Conversion, which is the combining of molecules in order to create water, this attack pulls the actual moisture out of the air and condenses it. Because of that, the ability is less effective in dry areas, sometimes not allowing enough water to be drawn for higher-level techniques.
Description: A supplementary Ninjutsu ability that is combined with other Suiton (Water Release) abilities, the user will focus chakra into the atmosphere, pulling the moisture out of the air and condensing it into forming an attack. The user must have the corresponding level of this technique in order to use it for a technique. This means that in order to use this ability for "D" Rank Suiton techniques, the user must have the "D" Rank of this technique. If the user wishes to perform "S" Rank Suiton techniques with this ability, they must have the "S" Rank of this ability. Since the technique is simply condensing the moisture in the atmosphere instead of creating the water, this technique is much more chakra efficient than Oxyhydro Conversion. Drains an additional "E" Rank amount of chakra for every rank of a technique (starting at "D") when used in a moist environment. So samnused the onrushing to spill to the floor causing it to flood alittle based on the large surroundings. He also used-

Drawback: Most of the user’s attacks are ground based, limiting their airborne range.
Description: A fairly underrated stance that was developed in Iwa sometime ago. Due to the crouched position the user must take to perform this, many ninjas and other interested people find it uncomfortable and unwieldy. This stance focuses on heavy movements based on focused momentum behind every blow. Users of this stance have found it helpful to wear shoes and gloves that slide easily on many surfaces, but still do not slide off of a target.
Limit: Universal taijutsu

As he moved at the fast pace that he did Sam could only see a glimmer in his eye so he also pulled out a knife for his open hand.

Xela already was planning action and had her strategy down as she would perform the half hand seal of Rat. She would be performing the shadow imitation technique where she would spread her shadow to the sound of her opponent through the condensing mist. She would shoot the shadow forward on the kind of summer day it was with the sun high in the air. Mist or no, the shadow would go ten meters a second as it would trail to capture you if you hand entered the zone of her ten meters.

Thanks to her chakra strings she had been able to tell where you were and what direction you were heading with just two of the five strings while her three other strings circumvented to be around her front area in case of any projectile being thrown. With the safety of this she was perfectly well accustomed to what ever direction you went. And if entering her ten meter zone would be brave, it would have you caught by the shadow imitation jutsu.

Effect: The Kagemane no Jutsu (Shadow Imitation Technique) allows the user to extend their shadow on any surface, including water, and as far as they know and as long as there is sufficient area.
Special: "Holds Rat Seal" Technique performs after length of normal handseals.
Drawback: Tiring to use repeatedly. The ability is subject to some form of diminishing return and decreases in potency after repeated use. If the user is low on chakra, the performance rate of the technique also deteriorates. Insufficient lightning will make the technique less effective. A particularly strong opponent can also resist the shadow's forced imitation. May only change directions within the span of 60 degrees. When retracting the technique it may only retract by retracing where it has gone.
Description: Once the user's shadow comes in contact with the target's shadow, the two merge and the target is forced to imitate the user's movements. The user and the target could both throw a kunai. It is recommended to keep all weapons in areas where they normally don't keep them.

First Learned user uses technique up to 10 meters. Each time learned gains an extra 10 meters.
After 50 meters user must train an extra 10 TP per tech - TP Does not go down by Class Level.

just as he expected she was going to trap him but that didnt mean he had to be trapped now did it? he stopped approx. 10 meters away with the girl knowing exactly where he was, but now the time came! for him to show his true powers.

Sam went around the circle in exactly a perfect circle. he wouldnt get caught today. he then used:

The user has the waves crash into the target by whipping each hand in the direction they want the waves to travel, the left arm controls the left-hand waves and the right arm controls the right-hand waves. At "D" Rank the waves are four feet high. At "C" Rank the waves are ten feet high. At "B" Rank the waves are sixteen feet high. At "A" Rank the waves are twenty-one feet high. At "S" Rank the waves are twenty eight feet high.

As expected of a water user she was ultimately pinned down, or so the male would think. In essence she still had her strings and her ninjutsu was ineffective for now. With the thought danger would come inevitably she would try to think of ways out of it in split seconds. The she would use her hand, previously the string hand, and lift up her puppet. She would jump onto the puppet and upwards.

With the momentum of the jump and the puppet being below her having her pushed upwards by it. This allowed her to move some distance away from the attack she just now will be enduring the least of. Her puppet took all the hits and was completely destroyed however she would only be hit by four of the waves that came in one direction. She had however jumped graciously in a certain direction.

With the strings that were not pried off she had been able to tell where you were and ultimately she was just a few meters from you where she was already performing the rat seal for the single imitation tech while the other hand focused on capturing your movements with the chakra entanglement jutsu.

She was severely weakened by the hit from the waves but at the least they were weaker when having already torn apart her own single puppet. She had put all she could on what was left as her jutsu that was steadily faster than most would already be a moving and her strings would purely aim to lower reaction time.

After having had been weakened badly she would already be far from the center field. She would be breathing quietly however as she spread her fingertips across the ground for twenty meters with all ten fingers. She would search and seek and be weary. She would keep in mind any thought of whether or not you would attack. With the twenty meters in mind she was prepared and along with this would be the ready use of the imitation jutsu. She knew the continuous drain of either jutsu was getting to her and her only weapon was the puppet. She needed a better process of living in her eyes. She would shrug by the walls as she kept focus on your whereabouts. If any entry into her range was detected she would issue up the half seal for rat and then focus her chakra into the shadow imitation jutsu.

Sam new exactly were the girl was as she climbed across warily through my dastardly fog she wouldnt find me here of all places I'm sure. The userer uses the high humidity caused by the point shift in the mist inorder to generate a rapidly growing organism, a fungal water born breed, upon his/her skin. The fungi grows and spreads across the body of the one who is using the technique. After six seconds the target is entirley coated in the fungi. 
Limit: Must be a mist ninja to learn. Must be in the presence of mist. Must have water release.
