Create an NPC that's an Inizuka member. Have them test you in some way that would show your love for the Canine breeds. After you pass you become an Inizuka member. Now that's saying you want to Roleplay the joining process. Technically there are no requirements to join the clan therefore you can just auto join it if you please.

And it first has to be accepted in customs before it can be found/purchased
