Kira stepped into a cooler spot in the desert. The sun wasn't stretching so far on to her body from her as she looked around a sand dune. This large dune was casting a shadow over her body. She had on her ordinary clothing, a white type of outfit with a whole at her cleavage. Her eyes stared ahead, red as they were, taking in everything. With her was her butt bag, which held 45 Darts, 45 Shuriken, and 4 Bolas. A clay pouch was also dangling on her side which held 31 ordinary clay slots, and 2 pre-created bombs.

Looking around, Kira was sure that no one could sneak up on her as she was looking back and forth. Perhaps she'd meet someone today, she could just feel it inside of herself. If so, was he a good man or maybe a horrible idiot. Maybe it'd even be a woman. Either way Kira couldn't wait, no matter who it was she loved some company.

As Sithis made his way slowly, toward the hot lands of the wind country, he was rather radically tired, He had black clothing, a long robe, a rather long scythe, and a buttback around him. He had the robe, hooded around his head. He was rather small, and looked very young, as he neared closer, He saw a female, woman. His eyes, were clouding or it could be real, traveling in the hot sun did or could make by an uneasy pleasure. He decided to confront her, dispels, of the land. There was no element of surprise, because of how length and widths the sand was.

As he neared her, the Little Boy, Spoke out in a rather cold evil, black hearted voice, it was rather harsh, and cold blooded."Shouldn't females, your age. Supposes to be Partying, flirting sex, getting drunk, and not being in the middle of no where? No of course not, you are independent if I may ask? That's a good sigh, the Name is Soul Reaper, Pleasure to meet you."He said coldly.

Kira saw the black clothed man as soon as he came into view. She stood directly in front of him as he walked forward not making a move, and when he started to speak she said nothing. Instead she stood there and listened to his words, smiling all the while. This boy most certainly was cold and appeared to be a messenger from Hell or something to that effect. Still smiling, Kira would hold out one of her six arms. "No, the pleasure is all mine." If the boy would shake her hand she'd then move on.

"And you are right, I am independent. But that doesn't mean I don't enjoy a good time every now and then." Here red eyes flitted across him. She'd wonder if he even noticed the mouth on her hand, if he were to shake it, and what his reaction to this might be. Her eyes flowed over his body more closely as she made this last statement of hers, and she noticed that he had purple hair and red eyes. These eyes reminded her of her own.

He looked at her, it would be rude not to shake the person's hand then again, dispels being in the middle of no where, He was still wary of an ambush. He leaned over to looked over the hand, and raised an eye brow."I am sorry to say, It would be rude of my nature to shake someone's hand without properly knowing about them, I do greatly Apologize. For my rudeness. You however, have an expect hand. If I am not mistaken, it's ability, or a bloodline? Maybe a mutation?" He asked her slowly, this time a bit more gently and calm, he spoke with respect, both towards her, and himself, as well as his nature. He looked at her eyes, He cared not for her explosion, she couldn't easily suede, him because he did not care for love, but merely benefits.

He slowly, took off his hood over his head, with his right hand. His purple born hair, and red eyes now showing."You still haven't told me your fake name. Dear, or your codename. I assure you. You wouldn't tell a random stranger your real name, without knowing, if he can do harm or not. So please let's keep this noble. Do you care for a walk?"He asked her slowly, wondering if she would walk with him around the hot wasteland.

A walk, Kira though to herself, perhaps that would be best, although kind of disrespectful of him not to shake a woman's hand. Was he trying to make her want him by not giving her attention or something? No that wasn't it, this man didn't appear to be anything like that. So what then...? Did he really just want to go for a walk. Kira was a prize, being both a god and an owner of a village, so of course there were bounties on her head. The most important thing was to not get ambushed.

"No I don't mind, let us walk," Kira said. She knew the Land of Wind inside and out, and as the two of them would begin walking she would start to look in the direction of any known hideouts. She didn't plan on letting anyone get the better of her. With a handsign speed that was as fast as hers it wasn't like many people could get the best of her anyways. Tai-Jutsu users were always the problem...So what was this guy? First of all was he a shinobi, second of all, was he a nin or tai-jutsu user (or even genjutsu)?

Kira would look to him as they were walking and say, "Oh and I guess if we are giving out aliases, you can call me, Savior."

He merely, smiled at her, as they walked. He looked at her and spoke."It's a pleasure to meet you Savoir." The young man spoke, as they walked around the wasteland. He then looked at her again and spoke."I am not mind reader, but reading people are easy, when it comes to this sort of problems, your problem, wondering, what I want from you, Or when shall I attack you, Or who exactly am I? A Person with a Scythe, who Reaps people. When they sleep that I am. But I am here merely for speaking and recruitment."He said slowly.

He looked at her and found a near by rock."Please this way, if your interested." He said, waving his hand towards and nearby rock, before placing the hand on the hot rock, and effortlessly, lifting his entire body up in a whirl and landing on the top of the rock, it seemed his left training had improved. "Shall I go on? Or do you have any questions for me, answers? Ideas? To why I am here? Before I go on?"HE asked her slowly.

Kira watched his show, and now there was no doubt in her mind. This man was obviously a ninja, judging by the way he talked and the way he pushed himself up on the rock. Stealing his headband might be worth wild...but she had to calm down for now. He was talking about recruitment, and gave her a minute to say anything. Kira began to speak:

"I'm telling you right now I probably won't join you. I see myself as God, and so does a number of other people. Because of this I follow no one, for who is higher than a God?" Kira would say this with a smile, not trying to cause any problems, but if this man was forming a group didn't that threaten her? Should she just kill him now and be done with it. No, no. That wasn't the way to do things. The most positive way to deal with this was to listen to his response and so forth.

Sithis chuckled at her statement."There is one person, who is an equal to god in a way, Death. Who your looking at. But since your going to be joining, I'll be on my way, back to my Underworld. Take care."He said simply jumping from the rock, and turning his back at her, still his awareness was around, and he still was wary, he begun to slowly, walk off. Unless she tried to stop him.

Kira saw this man walking off. She had two choices, either stop him or let him go. She had to think quick too. This man was moving away quickly, and she didn't know if she wanted to make him stop or not. Maybe letting him go would be the best thing...But she decided on the end result of pulling two shuriken from her buttbag with her bottom, right hand and throwing them at the man's back. After she did this if he got hit then she'd do nothing, but most likely he'd have some way of dodging the attack. If he did then she would say, "I'm sorry for my attack, but quite honestly I don't like how you are looking to leave me. It's rather unpleasant." If he ran then Kira would follow.

She might decided later that she didn't want to fight, and in that case she'd just say so. But for now she reached her bottom left hand into her clay pouch and brought out 1 slot, which she put into her mouth on her face and would begin to chew.

He was walking, then he had heard a noise he sighed, he at the exact minute, when the thrown objects, were throwing at him. After he had heard the sound in the air, the Large Scythe on his back, was dismounted, he turned around and disarmed the flying objects coming at him. The two objects fell to the ground he looked at her and spoke.”Might I ask, what god chooses to strike to planed a random person to kill, him. Or immobile, if you wanted me to have stopped just say so. So what do you want? I am sorry if I disrespected you, but you could have simply told me to stop and I would have? Tell me what do you want from. If you want nothing, I will be on my way, Hurry up please. I don’t have all day. I have places to be people, to behead. People to reap. As I am Death the Grim Reaper.” He said in a rather cold voice.

(I'm fine with that, what ever goes in rp goes. As long as you don't kill me for no reason I am fine with that. So yeah, My weapon blocked your throwing objects, and now He is confronting you. Let us resume.)

Kira was becoming less and less pleased with his tone, and half way through his speech her clay was already done molding so she was already. She spit out a bird into her top left hand, this bird had no legs and four wings making it much quicker than any normal bird. At the same time that she spit out this bird her bottom two arms would reach into her butt bag and pull out a shuriken each, just in case, and from her mouth she'd quickly spit a wad of webbing. She was ten meters from her opponent so the webbing might reach. If it didn't then it would capture whatever it landed on.

She'd then use Katsu to enlarge her bird to the size of a football, and have it fly up ten meters above her. With all of this done, most likely he'd dodge the webbing. Whether he dodged the webbing or not Kira would say, "I am attacking you because you claim to be death. There is no reason to murder innocent people, and to brag about going around killing people. As God you and I are universal rivals. I plan on stopping you."

He eyed her, and spoke."I gave you a chance, to fall back and leave. a Chance to stay alive, yet you attack a random foe who you know nothing off. You are no god, but a simple disgrace, to this world. I gave you two choices to live. You have no more, you want to fight. Then so be it." When she lunched the web, he formed handseals, as it reached him, he held out his arm, and a wooden shield, blocked it, it slowly then peeled off his arm, the wood, while the web was still attached to it. He looked at the tiny, speed moving ball like bird coming at him and he spoke."Pathological, at least try to aim to kill your enemy." He said with a cold voice.

As that was done, he would begin to slowly, start run, and then quickening the past, he would dodge what ever projective object that came to him, and then form his seals, as he did that, floor around the sand, quickly, turned into mud, as he stepped on it, his feet focused with charka, as he ran on it, he was closing in at her, he hand on hand around his Scythe, and the other inside his butt bag, he was smiling, watching, her, bird, and the hands. As he charged at her, waiting for the right minute.

Effect:Causes the area(10m x 10m) around the user, given that it is some sort of sand, dust, dirt, or weak stone, to become mud.

Drawback: It doesn’t work in certain environments, such as tile and metallic floors.
Description:After the hand signs are performed, the user slams his/her hands into the ground. If the environment allows it, the area around the user will become a thick and heavy mud. No chakra is required to maintain the state of the area.
Limit: Earth Release, Water Release

It took her opponent 2.5 seconds to form the handsigns for his D-rank jutsu, and this was just enough time to avoid the webbing from 10 meters. However, if Kira were to get any closer than her opponent would find themselves not enough time to counter. Or if he even tried to use a stronger jutsu. She kept the bird above her head and her opponent started to run. [OOC: I never specifically said that it started to chase you, so I just said that you started to run...]

Now he was running away to fifteen meters, and all of a sudden he was coming back. His hand on one of his weapons, and his other behind his back. The bird still above her head, Kira said, "That won't work on me." Once her opponent came within five meters she'd shoot out more webbing at him. He wouldn't have 2.5 seconds this time...and his rushing right in had caused this [OOC: You never said how far you rushed in so I said at least until you got 5 meters away...].

If he were to dodge then Kira would shoot another wad of webbing at her opponent. It'd be quite difficult to dodge two blast...almost completely unlikely. Still, if by some chance he did avoid both blast of webbings then Kira would send the bird forward at her opponent. It'd continually chase him, but at the same time stay between him and Kira to not allow him to get any closer. If and when it got within one meter of her opponent it would explode. This way he couldn't move forward or risk being exploded upon.

If however he got caught in the webbing, Kira would leave the bird above her head.

Drawback: Time and preparation. Very little destructive power.
Description: After molding and infusing a piece of clay, the user may form any creature they wish from the clay (spiders, birds, etc. Small size). This clay creation moves about, fulfilling the users desires. Upon command, this clay creature will explode, creating a small blast in its wake. This explosion is roughly the equivalent to 1/4 of an “Exploding tag”. Being caught in the explosion leaves very minor burns, burn marks and lacerations, but nothing to damaging. The radius of the explosion is roughly 1 meter in size.

He was surprised at how she thought this out, but it was over, he was as close as 7, no now 6, meters, he reached out from his butt bag, slide, sides ways, if something was thrown at her it was a stun, Grendel, to cover her cause vision problems and on top of that a second ball came in attempt to kill her within a five meter radius and a serve burning/wounding within 15 meter radius.

He also, moved back forwards, and would also attempt to dodge, any form of, webbing, or simple weapons, He did how ever was wart about her Webbing, it was really fast moving, and he was lucky to block the first one he had.He had hoped, it would have gotten her, and his attempt to kill her would have worked, if it did work, and she was dead. He would simply smile, having knowing that she brought this upon her self.

The incredibly loud blast produced by the grenade adds to its incapacitating properties by disturbing the fluid in the ear which also lasts approximately 5 seconds until the ear restores itself to its normal, un-stimulated state. The flash bang has a radius damage of 15 meters. It takes 6 seconds before it explodes.

Can you explain to me how you dodge my webbing, or are you implying that my webbing has not reached you yet? Also, how did you escape the explosion? By moving back, because we are 5 meters away from one another, the grenade would be as close to you as well. I'm just confused about this.]

(OOC: I was applying that it has not or has yet to reach me, if it did reach him, he would do his best, to dodge it, seeing as your web is fast. He would either use his scythe, or try his best, to side step. By the bandage explosion, When I threw, it. at the minute I threw, He then moved backed, Even if he moved back, I did however forgot to state that, if either one even moved out of the radius, both of us will be heavily harmed, mostly you, and 95 me, unless you deflected, or sent it else where. I ignored, the bored. Because I thought if my Two objects hit you, you would have been dead, and I would be half alive. If they hit you, not saying they will. Well they might, sorry if it's a bit confusing, Flowers. Hopefully this was more clearer. Oh and when I was making my way towards, I stated 6 meters in, not that it matters. Kira saw the explosions thrown, and as soon as they were thrown she knew what to do. Her handsigns took only a 2/3 of a second and it took these explosions a time to explode. Normally it took 6 seconds, but her opponent might have activated it before this [OOC: You never specified and I don't feel like making a time up so I'll allow you to do that, the only thing I said was that it didn't have more than 2/3 of a second], but in any regard, she used water from the air to create ten balls of water. In 2/3 of a second she could've ran but instead she spent this time on handsigns and had these balls of water created right beside the grenades. Two of them would then hit the grenades back, and Kira would be running at the same time.

These explosions would be hit back to her opponent, but Kira wasn't completely out of the way. Running as she was, she would be moving away 5 meters from her opponent and the bombs. Unknown as to how long it'd take them to explode, this would determine how far she could get and what she'd do if she couldn't get away in time. Either way, 8 balls of water would stay directly in front of her opponent. If he attempted to hit the bombs back he'd find that these 8 balls of water would just knock the bombs back until they exploded. These balls were 1 meter from their opponent, and would stay one meter in front of him even if he were to move forward, for they would move with him. In this way the bombs wouldn't be able to get past them.

Even if they did they'd take some time, and the bombs might be on a short fuse...Even if they were going to take another 5 1/3 seconds to explode however, Kira would have time to get away with her balls of water protecting her. The clay bird followed over her head.

Suiton: Mahou Mizu Misairu Renda no Jutsu (Water Release: Magic Water Missile Barrage Technique)

Description: User focuses her chakra into tiny bits of water, condensing them to form nearly-solid balls while still retaining their liquid properties. The balls levitate in the air, much like in the system invovled with her Ochiru Ame no Jutsu. The balls will then fly at the opponent, and depending on the amount of chakra used to throw them, the "Missiles" can easily dent thick metal armor or to knock down wooden doors on metal hinges. When a "missile" strikes an oponent, the chakra holding the water together will release into the atmosphere, causing the water to loose its ball-like shape and revert back into flowing water. Only 10 missiles can be created at a time, but when one is used, another can be instantly recreated for an additional cost in chakra.

Causing both himself, and eve Kira to get hit, Unless she could have made it out in the speed of a blur, she would still get caught within the explosion, but Sithis would have gotten the worst off it, His entire hand, would have 2nd degree burns his left hand. And if she got caught, her back, or Leg would have a several small burn. When he had thrown the bombs, the countdown was already thicken by the time she reflected it back, it had already been four seconds. By the time both of them were out of the way, it had explode. His left, hand ticken, in blood and it burn like fucking hell. He dropped to one knee, and breathed heavily. He bit his lip and spoke."Hehehe, lovely. I made a God flee like a dog running for his life. Now, I know your not Invicable, and can be killed. If you haven't noticed, I am playing with you. I am waiting for you to drain charka, so I can Reap your head. So, tell how much can you keep this on going fight up?"He asked her slowly. It also seemed his left shoulder was caught in the explosion.
