So, I`ve been told Hiraishin is not a floaty. Which at first I been told it is. It happens, one answer you got then later on it`s actually this answer.

1.Anyways, 600 TP is alot of points. So about the seal placement, which limit does Fuuinjutsu fall into?

2. Besides academy jutsus, seal of understanding and reading (to summon jutsu from scrolls) is there anything else that is a floaty?

Hirashin takes up a Fighting Style mastery. And one handed seals are floaty. As well as a few others I can't think of right now

ooohhhhhh, I see I see. I thought you have too sacrifice a FS to go for Hiraishin, but it`s actually a fighting style it self. Huh, suddenly that "it`s weird cuz it`s not a FS" makes more sense. Okay, so my taimaster will have 2 fighting masteries after all XD


back to the # 2 question. okay one hand seals are floaty, so what else are floaty on the site?

All variations of hand seals are floaty, which include calligraphy and melody. Melody is relearned per instrument, so that could potentially involve lots of TP that doesn't approach any mastery.

Jutsus in relation to a seal placed on you like the Black Sun I BELIEVE go under the seal itself, making them technically floaty since that wouldn't have any real limit other than the number of techs. I could however be wrong. I do know that there is more though, even if I'm correct. Perhaps the BFS jutsus don't take up a fighting style?

a floaty is a jutsu that when you learn it the TP doesn`t go into any TP limit or mastery. Like walking techniques, when you learn the tree climbing at D-rank your character will get +30 TP but your universal ninjutsu limit will still be 0 cuz it`s a floaty as in doesn`t go anywhere.

The Tree climbing and water surface walking techniques take up Universal TP. And learning the D rank and getting 30TP? Wtf?
