Her new life finally began. No longer held back in safety of the school and no longer kept silent like a little child, for now Emi was a real ninja. She graduated and became a Genin, one step closer to the hated image of ninja she has in her twisted mind.
Her shoulders shivered at the very thought of becoming the same, but there was no fear or disgust on her face as she looked herself into the mirror. Only pleasure. She will destroy her enemies with their own weapons, she will eat the darkness and some more. They will all pay.
This was probably the reason she prolonged her graduation for so long, for even though she had skills, she overshadowed that with her personality and personal goals. Psychological tests were just not her forte in previous years, at least not until she gained some composure. That composure came with new price though, hunger for power.
Throwing another glance at the mirror in front of her she grazed her reflecting visage in darkness of her room. She was still in her nightgown, protected only by piece of long white silk, white as her skin, but still pierced through by her eye. Her deep purple eye strained to follow the outline of her now developing body. Other eye, eye that lost it shine and was left as a light blue disk there, moving but not seeing, followed the routine, but nothing could be seen through it. Only darkness.
Because of her injured eye Emi had a rough time perceiving depth and distance of the objects, for you need both eyes to do that. Hence she used to stagger around a bit, bump into objects, hurt herself. Now days the gothic lolita exchanged her clumsiness for elegance and prideful aura, sacrificing mobility for it, but she gained security.
As slowly as she could, she let the gown fall down her shoulder and let it stay on the floor. She probably wouldn't ever wear it again were it not for her servants who take good care of her closet. Taking few items from the fore-mentioned closet, Ibitsu heiress prepared a set of clothing for herself in which she will finally look around the village as a genin.
Her decision fell upon her high knee laced sandals, one pieced black dress that drops exactly to her knees, with two puffy shoulder pads and no sleeves. Only a pair of black leather gloves protected her hands today, and only with them on she slowly put her Takigakure symbol designed eye patch over the left eye. She was weird like that, for she proudly showed her scar around, but didn't want to show her damaged eye, a sign of weakness which could be used against her.
With everything prepared for her departure, she decided just to skip morning meal, take her faithful umbrella and go outside to the busy streets of Takigakure.
As her mansions door slided open and as she stepped outside to the bright new day, she was happy that Takigakure was build around giant tree, for its size kept the village in constant shade, allowing only few rays of sun to bother her and she could forgive that much. Currently she just wanted to wander aimlessly, see what could happen, what could she see in the mass of 'commoners'.
