Umm, yeh so I was an RP Teacher for 6 months and I had a Q+A thread, which proved successful - I received positive feedback (: This was a starting point for learning how to help other people. Eventually I had to quit out, but after that I picked up assistant, and I've been one for almost 6 months now. I feel as though I've generally matured as a person since way back when I first joined. In fact, I even think I've matured since I picked up my job as assistant. To start off I was a bit noobish at it, but I've learned a hell of a lot, I really know my stuff now. I'm patient with people who generally need help and I'm always here for advice or assistance with anything should anyone need it. I almost always grade training and character bio's well, I help out in Support whenever I can and I'm always answering questions for other people in the cbox.

Alright, I got turned down for Moderator 2 weeks ago because I had been lacking in activity prior to the application. We're 2 weeks on now and as promised I'm just as active as I always was, look through my previous posts and see how much I help people, I'm also dealing with heated situations maturely and professionally unlike before. If you still don't think I know my stuff then fuck youuuu ask me a few questions and I'll be sure to answer them. But, you know I'm totally capable <3

I looked around through your last stuff and still have to say no. First of all your signature is too big for forum limits, which is something everyone should know, especially someone applying for mod. (It's 50 pixels too tall to be exact). Beyond that some of the things I've seen you ask or things you've been told to do are things every staff member should know, let alone someone applying for moderator. I don't mean to discourage you at all and I hope you don't take it that way but from what I see you just aren't ready. Show us you're ready, that you can go above and beyond what we ask of an assistant, then you'll be ready hands down.

Sorry Kitty, but I've got to agree with Ayame. To be honest, your not really that active at the moment. With a little bit more activity plus the things that Ayame has mentioned in the above post, you will make Mod in no time!
