Hannah stepped out of the gloomy Takikage's Tower with a small paper in her hands. The mission, it was all here. To follow instructions to this man's house, a witness, and bring him back to the village safe and sound. What was the problem? Why was her time being wasted on something so stupid? Oh, that's right. The witness was paranoid. Son of a bitch was a coward. So, for the sake of this stranger's sanity, or something pathetic like that, she was hired on as a common bodyguard, a thug more or less.

Whatever, it was money, and you didn't build an empire in a day, or without money for that matter. This sort of thing, it had to be tolerated. At least it would be a simple journey, perhaps a few days long, but that was hardly an issue here. 'You don't think anything will happen, do you Hannah? I'd hate to have to kill someone who didn't know what they were getting into.' Hannah grinned as she folded the mission leaflet and stuffed it down the "V" cut opening in her long decorated pink and fuchsia colored kimono dress. There was no occasion for this dress other than she felt like wearing it.

"The greatness of the powerful is often built on the trampled bodies of the innocent, the ignorant, and the foolish. For those without power should know that they are not to screw with those that have it. I have no qualms with killing those willing to be slain by my hands." Jules was silenced by this. The words were harsh, but in their own way, felt logical and sound. Hannah could kill anyone, and never bat an eyelash. It was Jules that would brood over it after the deed was done. It was Jules, because of this, that proved she wasn't capable of leading the duo like Hannah usually did.

So Hannah carried the two of them towards the gates of Takigakure. Leaving the Village to find their destination. "I almost hope somebody does try something stupid. I've been wanting to practice something."

[ENTER THE CO OP MISSION]

As if she was answer to Hannah's prayer, Emi came to the gate, still inspecting the scroll with her mission specification. She chuckled at the great bother this mission represented. A cowardly witness, a lowly crime, and a bothersome journey in order to prevent the two pitiful existence colliding. Chuckles escaped her pale lips.

"Those who can't protect themselves should just stay with other herbivores... at the bottom of the food chain." Emi said as she read the instructions. There was so much to memorize and were it not for her fashion sense and desperate need to make a new 'Journey Outfit' she would've remembered it all. This new 'epic' combination comprised of her black laced sandals, followed by short tight shorts with two white stripes on each of her thighs. Most of the shorts was covered by her sleeveless black shirt with laced outline and this too was covered by a small white leather jacket.

On her back, tied safely onto her leather jacket, was her faithful umbrella which barely missed her proud unmoving head with its large handle. It just grazed her haircut a few times, back of her hair tied neatly into short bun, while on the front her bangs still teased her one eyed vision. Still most peculiar accessory she had were her earrings, two metal rings filled with many raven colored feathers, black in shadows, glowing bluish on the sun. To fill up her theme she held a single long stiff gull feather in her free hand and teased her nose. Eccentric as she was, she liked the feeling.

"So where exactly are you Mr. Paranoid Witness..." Emi said as she went through the gates, barely giving a single wave with her gull feather to the guards. Still her small feet didn't pass even three steps before bumping into something. Something soft hit her chest and made her step backward. Still she didn't turn to her bitchy self.

Single purple eye followed up and down the somewhat pretty woman in front of her and even though she wanted to yell at her and make her miserable, something in her guts told her not to.

"Hmmm...?" she muttered as she put tip of the feather on her lips "Might I inquire your intention of coming or going, for I need to get on the road fast. I have a crazy man to take care of..."

Hannah turned around slowly as the faint soft impact of the child colliding into her ass was felt. Hannah, much like Emi examined her, looked over the girl for a brief moment, then gave a faint inquisitive hum. 'Oh, Hannah, she's so cute. Do you think she wants something?' It had felt more like an accidental introduction than anything, but that didn't mean there wasn't something desired. Still, she was a child, Hannah wasn't particularly fond of most children.

"Might you inquire my intentions? Who the hell talks like this?" Hannah scoffed briefly before reaching back into what little exposure of cleavage was there in that "V" of her Kimono, then showed the leaflet to Emi. "I've got business. Some witness needs an escort. I don't have time for this. I need to go." Hannah was rude, even if Emi was being more civilized than she normally was. Hannah had no reason to act better. She had no desire to. She wanted to get the mission done.

'Hannah, I think she has a mission too. Did you see that scroll? It's from the Takikage's tower. Maybe she's doing the same mission. This means...' Hannah stopped before taking too many steps from Emi, then turned to glance at the exotically dressed girl. Who at that age would really wear such tight and short clothing?

'That means we need to beat her to it. What the hell is the Takikage's assistant doing handing out several of the exact same request?'

'I was thinking she could follow us. We're still guaranteed our money if we are in the mission.' Hannah sighed, but realized Jules was correct.

"Hey kid, I'm going to do this mission. If you want to tag along, then it's fine by me, as long as you don't talk to much or get on my nerves. I swear I will leave you behind if you do." And like that, Hannah turned and started to walk away, through the gates, and out of Takigakure.

Hours later, after navigating through the wilds of Taki no Kuni, Hannah found that home, a small shack only forty or so meters from a very impressive waterfall, and highly dangerous cliff, was in sight. As explained in their directions, it was the home of the witness she was supposed to be escorting to Takigakure. Hannah glanced back at Emi (assuming she had indeed joined the Futakongo sisters in their journey) and nodded. "The witness should be inside. We need to get him back to the village."

Emi wanted to protest a bit, to bitch a lot and bring this woman to right stature toward a noble, but somehow the sheer beauty and superficial elegance Emi saw in her and her cheap kimono kept her shut. Still this doesn't mean she was friendly toward her, but somehow during their walk she thought more and more about this woman.

As far as she understood she was ninja too, and full grown woman as her she could be her higher up, so she knew better than to challenge her. She just walked next to her on her left and threw few glances here and there. Few things she noticed bothered her. Even though she was dressed in kimono there was no elegance in movement, there was no pride, no style. It looked like she was wearing piece of colorful sheets. Still some primal beauty was behind it... like a savage, but beautiful beast. She wanted that appearance combined with her elegance.

Few hours of walking took away that very elegance. Emi wasn't too tired from the walk, but she still could've use a rest and then suddenly they got near the house she got an idea.

Making her best cute face she could she turned to kunouchi with big sparkling glare and spoke to her for the first time.

"Umm... miss. I think it would be bad idea to go back during the dark, plus we are little tired from walking. We could guard him here tonight and move early in the morning. What do you say?"

Miss? Miss? Really? Why Miss? She wasn't some old hag. She was still young, she didn't need all that old lady shit. "Call me Hannah already." She barked, though it wasn't so much that Emi was irritating her (though she wasn't helping Hannah's lousy mood), but it was the mission. Why was this witness so far in the middle of nowhere? Oh, that's right, he's retarded crazy. Why was she hiking all this way for something so trivial as to make him feel better about his safety? Oh right, he's a retarded crazy. Hannah growled softly as she stared at the house. She knew the kid was right. It was getting dark, maybe they could see now, but traversing through a land of forest and raging rivers that led into wicked waterfalls, that was just retarded crazy. Still, it would have been nice to finish this mission ages ago. "If he tries to touch me, I swear on my mother's life I'm going to cut off his dick and throw it off this cliff. Watch me." Hannah took a moment to regain composure and stormed up to the door of the shack. What a piece of crap it was too.

For a fairly thin girl, Hannah could pack a punch. She knocked on the door, but with enough ferocity to startle even a sane man. "Mr. Kobayashi! Open the door, I'm from Takigakure. I'm here to escort you to the village. You're a witness, they need you there." Silence. The wasn't so much as a peep from the house. Only the distant sounds of the waterfall rushing over the side of the cliff into the slowly growing darkness of night below. Surely this man didn't suspect her as a murderer, did he?

"Mr. Kobayashi. Open this door, or I'm burning it down and dragging you to Takigakure by your balls!" Hannah glanced back at her companion, Emi, and grinned. There was a moment of near silence, but the man eventually opened the door, only a crack, to peer outside at the two Genin. Hannah took this opportunity to deliver a fierce kick into the door, forcing it to fling open and the cowardly, and significantly short, man to stumble and roll backwards into the gloom of his home. He started to wail and scream in panic, surely thinking his life was nearly at end. 'Was that necessary Hannah? He's supposed to be protected, remember?"

Hannah looked back to Emi, thinking now that Hannah herself scared the midget (yes, technically and officially, a midget) to hysterical sobbing in the darkness of his own home, would be best to comfort him. Besides, she was a young girl, who wasn't quite as imposing as a full grown woman. "It's your turn to pull your weight. Shut him up while I search this shack." And with that, Hannah stepped inside and slowly stalked around in the darkness. Searching doubtfully for any dangerous presence that might want their client killed. And she found none.

Power of a tiger, elegance of a mammoth, that was Hannah in Emi's eyes. Still her way wasn't much different from what she wanted to do, forcefully entering the house, calming down the hysteric man, belittling him and his ego.

Elegantly coming into dusty house like a breeze into unexplored cave, Emi just swayed passed the man waved to him with her feather speaking only few word before lying onto nearby couch and unlacing her sandals and letting them fall down onto the floor with thud. Then things said were something like...

"Don't be alarmed mister Kobayashi, we are here to satisfy your little ego of being in danger. Tonight we rest, tomorrow we go. Cold drinks would be nice."

Laying on the couch while her pale feet dangled over the end of the sofa, and still playing with her feather, Emi listened the surrounding. Disregarding Hannah's presence, it was somewhat too quiet, enjoyable, but creepy. They were in the middle of nowhere and there should've been more animal sounds or at least some insects. Disregarding this occurrence she yelled about drinks to Kobayashi once more, making the man jump to his feet and hurry into the kitchen.

"Hannah it seems its all ok. Come and rest here for a while!" Emi said with wicked smirk as she disregarded ethics and started calling Hannah by her first name. She was in playful mood and Kobayashi and Hannah will have to do.

Hannah had to agree with Emi. The house seemed empty. If there was a presence that wanted to kill the midget witness, then it certainly wasn't in the house. Still, Kobayashi's life was worth exactly one thousand, eight hundred, and seventy-five ryo, and Hannah wasn't going to let this trip be wasted just because they didn't take a few extra precautions. Hannah took the time to check every window, to see that they were locked (which they were, good work Mr. Paranoia) and that something was covering most windows, such as a blanket, a towel, or even a nearby worn down bookcase. Then Hannah returned to the main room, locked the door with all four separate locks set in place, and sighed. "Mr. Kobayashi, your house is secure. Don't you dare go anywhere unless I give you a goddamn 'okay' to do it. I don't care if you have to piss, you don't hesitate about leaving the room unless I tell you to. Are we clear?" There was no politeness, no negotiation, and the witness wasn't about to fight it. He was spineless, and by now he figured out the girls were, in fact, here to defend him. Such a nervous wreck wasn't about to complain about this new circumstance, even if he was commanded by a child that could easily be his daughter like a common servant.

After the short man returned with their drinks, sadly it wasn't something strong, Hannah set her glass on a nearby half table and sat in the creaking wooden seat that sat beside it. "Alright, here's how this is going to work Mr. Kobayashi. My companion and I are being paid to bring you to Takigakure alive. We've been told you are a witness to a small trial that is probably not even worth killing you over, so I don't expect any outside trouble. You, however, I can tell are going to be obnoxious, so I'm going to warn you once, right now. You do as I tell you or else I'm going to throw you off a cliff and blame it on an ambush of bandits." Of course that was a lie, he was worth money, not a lot, but money still. Nevertheless, Kobayashi got the message and nodded frantically.

"Next, we are all sleeping in this room. Since I don't see a bed, and only one couch (and dammit, Emi already claimed it), that means we're sleeping on the floor. If you have a cot, I suggest you tell me where it is. Secondly about the sleep over. If you get any ideas, if you so much as consider touching me or my companion, I promise you. Not only will you die, but I will make you suffer things that will even make Hell seem like a respite. Understood?"

"Now, I'm going to go shower. You sit right there, do what she tells you, and be alive when I get back." Hannah then excused herself and moved to the back room, where she had earlier found a bathroom and a somewhat small shower. Closing the door behind her, Hannah stripped out of her Kimono, her undergarments. Jules on the other hand, took this time to separate from her sister. It was the first time today she had been released, not that she cared much. Her sister's protection was comforting.

"That Mr. Kobayashi is a cute little man, isn't he?" Jules stepped into the shower first and turned on the water, gasping at the sudden surge of cold spray, which only warmed up marginally throughout the entire shower break. "How old do you think he is?" Hannah shook her head slowly as she also stepped into the show; she was obviously not enjoying her sister talking about the client like he was some toy. That was Jules though.

"Why am I here, Jules? Is this really the best we can do? We're fighters. We're ninja now. We have been."

"Shush, Hannah. We're fine. These things take time. We can't rush this. You are doing the right thing. We just need to keep it up." Jules, being the more affectionate and caring of the twins, wrapped her arms around her sister and pulled her close. "Everything will be fine. Just keep being strong."

If they had been at home, Hannah just would have walked around their house stark naked, but there was a man in the area now. Half a man, but still a man. She didn't want to draw any more attention from him than she was already getting (which wasn't much since he was more scared of his own shadow than anything). So Hannah dried herself off thoroughly, wrapped her hair in a spare towel from the bathroom, and redressed into her Kimono (a bad choice for a mission, not a mistake to happen again). She returned, again with Jules resting inside her body. Anything happen while I was gone?"

"Everything safe?" Emi asked the passing figure of Hannah which gave her a simple nod, but the bothersome look on her face told more than it should have. This man was paranoid beyond belief. Every other entrance except front doors were nailed in, the windows covered, even the bloody cupboards were shut behind a lock. What could've attack him from cupboard, an overly abused and abandoned tea cup?

That funny thought kept her amused as she followed Hannah's talk about Kobayashi's, but their own safety. Hannah should watch in her opinion, she was fully developed, with some nice curves under that pink kimono, but little Ibitsu was still due to blossom up into a beautiful woman. Her chest just started forming, she got taller by a month and her skin seemed to shine in a manner. This all could be characteristics of a beautiful woman, but Emi didn't concern herself with that currently.

She was playful and she decided to play few games. Raising slowly from her back and lifting herself into sitting position. She darted her glare towards fat and sweaty face of the small man that was Kobayashi. From her point of the look he had a face of a pig and a frog, a pifrog as she would dub it. Glaring him with evil spark in her eye, the predator chose her first prey.

"There is no real danger around us Kobayashi-sama..." Emi said with whimsical smile allowing her voice to dance a little bit before continuing in darker and more sadistic tone "... cause nobody would even try to hunt down such a ugly man. They probably thought you were an animal or something. You should've brought a sigh 'Don't shoot from the behind I might look human'."

With each of her hurtful word the kneeling midget felt an impact of a Depression slab that made him crumble down, more and more. She could almost see the cracks on the floor from the weight of pain she inflicted on him.

"Still I bet you aren't that useless Kobayashi-sama. We can always use you as a meat shield if things get tough, plus you are excellent for cleaning under the tables." Another heavy block fell on him, this time making him curve himself in most painful manner. One more word should be enough to finish him off.

"Endooi!" The word of 'little prospect of marriage' dealt final knock out to the little man and nailed him down, putting him into desperately needed sleep. Emi had to admit she enjoyed this practice very much, but it wasn't by far enough. Now it was time to act as innocent and good girl. She looked around the place, opening few nailed down closets and inspecting content of them, looking for a comfy blanket. One was too thick for this season, one was too long, but third one was just about right. It was two heads shorter than Hannah's full height, so it could be used for this game. Grabbing two pillows, Emi returned to the main room and set up a comfy looking bed. Bait was in place, now she just had to use up some time before she could start everything.

This little pause she could use for her 'grooming'. Taking off her eye patch, Emi protruded a small medicine bottle and piece of gauze. Spilling swampy green liquid from medicine bottle and soaking the gauze Emi was ready to do her daily cleaning of some wounds around her eye that never healed properly. They hurt, they bleed, they reminded her of her hate, like other parts of her scars.

Then suddenly her ritual was broken by a voice of Hannah, coming from bathroom all fresh and prepared for night. Quickly she covered back her damaged eye, ashamed that anyone has seen it and hoping she didn't see anything at all. Still if she were to see what she could see would be described as eye similar to Byakugan, pale without iris, almost dead in appearance, but with no special powers that would let her see, unfortunately.

"Ummm... nothing really Hannah. Our little protectee fell asleep on the floor and I made a bed for you. I thought I should take first shift in guarding, just for safety sake." Emi said as innocently as she could while putting back her eye patch and safely tying it I tried to find suitable blanket, but this was the best I could do. Hope you don't mind.

Leading her senpai to the couch she would tuck her in and let her rest for a while. An hour or two before she would try to play her game.

* * * Two Hours later * * *

It was peaceful two hours after everyone in the house fell asleep. Emi was dutiful to her ninja mission, checking out every possible entry point every fifteen minutes and being sure they were safe before going to play her game. It was about the time as her hunger grew and she wanted to see other side of Hannah too and although she couldn't challenge her face to face, she could abuse her weak points when she was most vulnerable. In her sleep.

Standing as a wicked evil character of helpless innocent person, Emi chuckled softly as she twirled her white stiff feather. There were so many things she could do, maybe the classic of using shaving cream and on her hand and tickling her nose. Nah, she decided against that as she would beat the crap out of her. That would really be bad. So she decided to do the gentler, but still fun version of the joke. Just tickle her.

Holding the feather between her thumb and index finger Ibitsu slowly dragged the tip behind Hannah's ear and down to her bare neck. Fortunately the blanket was short enough to cover only the parts from her elbows to the tips of her toes, but Emi didn't want this area uncovered, hence the gentle tickling. This was just teasing to get her initial instincts to pull the blanket up and cover her bare areas, possibly uncover some other juicy part she could play with.

For a moment Hannah seemed to mutter something, but soon she covered her head with blanket revealing a pair of feet. She muttered some more, adjusted herself and seemingly returned to sleep.

""Yummy... Emi smiled as she hit the jackpot. She expected that the fair kunouchi would just turn around, reveal her back or sides or something, because blanket was overly small, but to get this area was jackpot. Hannah's feet were over the edge, so as long as Emi kept herself on the floor there was no way kunouchi would notice her and if she is careful with playing with her, she could do it for hours.

Doing so, she placed herself in a very good position to tickle attack Hannah, staring at the ceiling with her mischievous energy filled eye. One hand stroke, and tip of the feather traveled the whole length of Hannah's sole, then once more and once more. Sometimes there was an reaction, sometimes it sounded like her partner was giggling, she couldn't be sure as she was captivated in this relaxing activity. The feather flew around, between, everywhere on her feet, like a greedy white monster, while Emi herself giggled in doing so. Still the interest quickly fell as it wasn't much of an interaction with a sleepy person, thought she could analyze the reaction later on and see if she could use it against her in real life. Still it would be silly... using tickle torture to convince Hannah to join her cause one day? Fantasy only a kid like her could think off. Still Emi stayed there on the ground and wondered if it could be done. She would have to ask Hannah about that in the morning.

It was only half way into the night and Emi was still not sleepy enough, so for fun sake she checked everything out again. Nothing, not even a peep from animal kingdom. This place really gave her the creeps, making her shiver and her skin crawl. She removed one of the cloths blocking the windows and looked into endless darkness that was in front of her. Nothing to see, nothing to hear. It almost frightened her. If someone were to watch her right now, she wouldn't see him even if he was on the other side of the window.

Still it seemed safe enough. Tip toeing silently toward her protectee, kneeled besides him, gently caressed his bold head and whispered into his ear.

"Endooi..." The sound of dreams and hearts crashing brought a new joy to her as calm Kobayashi turned restless in his dreams. Few more hours before dawn. Deciding to leave her senpai to sleep Emi went back to the kitchen and started silently preparing some tea and even though she was silent, the smell the green tea made couldn't be hidden. It filled the room with beautiful aroma. Sharp aroma and feeling of invisibility.

Embodied Separation

Type: NinJutsu
Effect: This is the start of all techniques for the techniques within the Futakongo Bloodlimit. Since all children born within the Futakongo bloodlimit are born somewhat like Siamese twins, this enables the two twins the capability to be separate, to be apart and attack as two. The larger the rank the user gets into this technique the longer the brothers/sisters can be separated before dire consequences are made.

Drawback: Depending on which rank, if the brothers/sisters stay separated longer then it is stated, the brothers/sisters will never be capable of joining together ever again. When separated the two bodies only have half chakra each instead of one large amount of chakra as if they were whole.
Description: This technique with all brothers/sisters when together are born as if they were back and forth, this means that there are two heads but one body. This technique allows the users to separate their chakra, to push forth using their ability of their body molecules to where the users gain the ability of separating apart. When first learned, the D Rank, it enables the brothers/sisers the capability of being separated for up to 4 hours. C Rank enables them to be separated for 8 hours. B Rank enables them to be separated for 12 Hours. A Rank enables them to be separated for 16 Hours. S Rank enables them to be separated for 20 Hours. "S + C" worth of training enables them to be separated for 24 Hours.
Limit: Must be part of the Futakongo bloodlimit.

Oddly enough, where the assault of tickling failed to arouse Hannah from her slumber, the tea worked. Well, not on Hannah, but on Jules at least. The guest twin, though could not see through Hannah's closed eyes, was able to to take in the smells of tea, and how delicious it smelled. Hannah, to be honest, was exhausted the night before, though she did her best to hide it in front of Midget and Child-Companion. Jules, on the other hand, had been doing nothing but resting all day. She was ready to stretch her legs a little. Besides, her companions didn't even know she existed. It was time to introduce herself.

Slowly, Jules began to crawl out of Hannah's body. It was a little awkward to anybody who might have been watching, since the covers themselves would appear to be possessed as they moved and bulged and, eventually, rolled off the couch entirely. Jules stood up slowly, inhaling that sweet tea-scented air as she wrapped the blanket around her body, since she was naked. She moved silently towards the kitchen, watching Kobayashi as she transferred rooms.

"Are you the one that was harassing my sister?" Jules only had he head peering through the door as she interrogated Emi. There was a fierce scowl on her face, a face that looked identical to Hannah. There was no doubt, twins. The difference was that Jules's hair was cut so very short it could have been mistaken for a boy's haircut, not that someone with a body like hers would ever be mistaken for a boy though. Her earring studs shown ever so faintly in the beams of moonlight that broke through the slight openings in the wooden boards that kept the window shut for good. "Hannah is very tired you know. She needs her rest."

Jules stepped into the kitchen, the chilled tiles were both shocking and comforting. How strange it was to be stuffed inside your sister for so long. Jules kept her gaze on Emi, as if considering whether she was a friend or an enemy, as she moved towards the table, and sat herself down. Still she held the blanket tight to her body.

Then, Jules grinned, letting Emi know it was all an act. "I'm Jules, Hannah's sister. You never told us what your name is."

Her face was filled with steam from the boiling of the water as she heard a whimsical sound of someone protruding body, or at least part of their body through the door. It sounded like a thud, but less forceful, more fun, more elegance.

Unless Kobayashi turned female then it would seem that Hannah has something girlish about her after all expect hair and dress. Slowly she turned to meet her company, water slowly dripping from her face as it cooled down from vapor onto solid drops.

'Are you the one that was harassing my sister?', the voice said but all Emi could see was Hannah's face. Harassing her sister? She only met her today. Her mouth opened as she was in the awe of the question that was on the table, dumbfounded, but also struck down with the terrible glare she had, sharp as any knife that wasn't from Kobayashi household, for as it seemed Kobayashi threw all sharp objects out.

"Han-Hannah senpai what are you saying?" She asked as she didn't noticed the difference between this person and Hannah, her partner. She was too busy being captivated by her face, her words, her actions to do anything. Still as the preaching continued Emi finally managed to regain some composure, her blue blood taking over, calm coming to her mind even in this confusion. The situation reached its prime with sentences that Hannah was too tired and that this persona was her sister Jules. Still too many question's were unanswered.

Where did Jules come from? She didn't hear anything last night during the night, the night she used to both gain some praise from her senpai and build their relationship, to have some fun and to be dutiful. Even if Jules came during the night how did she know what Emi did to Hannah and why was she so mad? Hell it was just a little game in her eyes, it was nothing like making Takikage mad.

"Ibitsu Emi..." Emi said as she bowed as deep as she could "... I am sorry for my behavior towards your sister Hannah. I... just wanted to do something fun and that was the least harmful thing I could think of."

She was apologetic. Whether it was an act or honest feelings, people would never know, but she didn't need wrath of her senpai's on her. She was already bad with her villages Kage and few other ninjas. Emi desperately needed allies.

"I am at fault and as Ibitsu noble I will accept my due punishment." She said with tired look on her face. It seems she spent her night uselessly, throwing away her fun, relationship with senpai and doing her duty badly as this person got in "Still Jules-senpai you are amazing. I didn't hear you sneak in here last night and I was up most of the night. You put me to shame as ninja..."

Jules slowly crossed the room with her patient stare, glancing over the kitchen, and eventually resting her gaze on Emi. "Calm down. I was merely teasing you. My sister sleeps like a rock when she exhausts herself. Here, take a seat. We only have a few hours until Dawn, and Hannah will be up and ready to move by then." Jules grinned as she allowed the blanket to fall from her right shoulder, just so she could pat at the seat next to her before retracting her hand and replacing the sheet.

"You give me too much credit, doll. My sister and I are twins, we share a single body more often than we don't. You didn't see me, because I was a guest inside my sister's body. Do you understand?" Jules nodded sagely as she spoke, as if doing so confirmed everything she said as fact. "I know my sister can seem cruel, but believe me when I say this. She's only looking out for herself and me. She has a plan, a dream even that she must achieve, and to lose control feels like a threat against everything she's struggling for. You are a threat to her." Jules's hand reached out from under the blanket to point at Emi for emphasis. Briefly, then it was once again retracted.

"You remind her of herself as a child. And, you act like her to some extent." Jules peered through the slivers of moonlight, which was all but gone now, in the windows as the sky was starting to shift from purple to orange, slowly but surely.

"We should get ready to leave soon. Hannah's eager to get back to Takigakure."

The glistening skin of her revealed shoulder that illuminated the darkness, her hand moving like a gentle dove and showing her to opposite seat, swayed Emi like a most powerful genjutsu. This girl had far more elegance than Hannah and was equally enchanting in her eyes.

"Oh my Jules-senpai you teased me a bit too much." Still acting like a innocent girl Emi spoke to Jules, glaring at her feet, but flushing at what Hannah's sister could think about all this. Then the explanation about Jules infiltration came, just adding more questions to confused Emi's mind maze.

"Wait... you were... inside your sisters body? Is that possible? How do you do it? How long can you stay inside? Oh my... is that how you know what happened to Hannah in sleep? Did you feel that as well? I am sorry if that is the case, I didn't think of tickling you, I just wanted to tease Hannah a bit." Emi barraged Jules with questions, but almost ominous words from Jules cut her down in place. She was a threat. SHE was a threat. Indeed she was a threat, a threat to every ninja, as were they to her. Scar started to hurt her, like it was trying to stab her mind with anger and in the end it resulted in her gloomy face. There was no trace of innocent girl anymore, just someone lonely and depressed.

Quickly she stood up and laced her sandals, not even throwing a glare at any living being in the room. They weren't worth it. As she finished tying the complicated laces she took her white feather and sent it flying like a kunai, stucking the stiff end into the wall and rushing out the house. The doors were left open and chilly morning air entered the warm steam filled house, clashing with each other and creating an unique atmosphere.

She rushed toward the edge of the cliff and sat down there. No cold, nor dirty ground, or anything else mattered to her. Loneliness was best after all, nothing to lose or gain.

"What was that all about?" Ever clueless as she was, Jules stood up from her seat and returned to her sister's side, then prodded her until she roused from her sleep. "Hannah, it's nearly sunrise. You wanted to leave early, we should go." Already Jules was feeling aware of time. It had only been an hour tops, but Jules and Hannah were never separated for long. She could feel the tugging in her body, urging to merge with her sister, but she would resist it for now. She knew two things for certain about being a Futakongo twin. One, you had to share a body to keep your connection with your sibling. And two, you could extend the time of separation by simply working on pushing your time limit. It was a tricky, and scary, theory, but she was going to put it to the test.

"Alright. Where's uh..."

"Emi. She's outside, ready to move."

"I see. She reminds me of us." Jules grinned as she helped her sister up from the couch. Still groggy from her deep slumber, it took her a minute to realize her sister was stark naked. Of course she was, they didn't bring an extra pair of clothing. Yet, Hannah didn't plan on her sister separating. "How long have you been up?" Jules understood the question. It wasn't referring to her being awake, but rather, split from her sister. Her concerns were the same as Jules's.

"Half an hour." She lied. "I'm going to walk about for another hour or two." She lied again. "Kobayashi! Time to move." Hannah clasped her hand over Jules's mouth a moment too late. The midget witness was already stirring from his slumber. With his paranoia, it was a shock he hadn't awaken just at the tiniest sounds of Jules walking around.

"Idiot! You're naked! I will not have some dwarf ogling my sister in the nude." Hannah latched onto Jules's chest with one hand. "Put these away!" Hannah meant for Jules to merge, but Jules had made up her mind already to be free for a bit. So, she was going to remain naked and free, but still would please her sister (somewhat) by hiding the goods.

With a few handseals and a few seconds later, Jules was engulfed by a sudden wisp of smoke, only to emerge as a man, tall and muscular... and still naked. He had all the features of Jules, short cut bright blue hair, the pierced ears, except now she was sporting a slightly exaggerated sexual component of the male anatomy. "What the hell Jules!" Hannah turned around suddenly, face as red as a tomato and her temper near exploding point. "Fine, whatever. Kobayashi, it's time to return to Takigakure. Outside, now." And with that, Hannah lead the group outside the house, Kobayashi behind her, and naked-man-Jules striding proudly in the back of their three-man line. Kobayashi was frightened that such a muscular, tall, and intimidatingly nude man had showed up, but as long as he was on their side, Kobayashi seemed okay with it. Well, somewhat. He was a little unnerved to have a large swaying penis only a meter behind him, but at least it was friendly... and not too friendly.

"Damn you, Jules. Hey, kid, we're heading back. Let's go."

Now that Hannah knew her way here, she could backtrack their steps from the previous day with relative ease. They could make it there in ten hours easily, fourteen tops (which may be more accurate since Kobayashi had tiny legs and waddled more than walked). Then again, that was only calculated by the assumption no trouble would become of them.

But already, trouble was watching from the distance, hidden in the shadows of the forest.

Event could've happen without Emi and she wouldn't mind, actually events did happen without Emi and nobody really cared. There was yelling, fighting from the inside of the house and as it was done three people came out of the small cottage. A freshly woken Hannah, her moves stiff like she has been sleeping on the pile of rocks, a small egg shaped man that wobbled around like Humpty Dumpty, and a naked male figure.

This was first time Emi was happy she was half blind, at least she could turn her head and not see it even if it this person... dangled next to her on their long travel back to the village. Still Emi wasn't in much of a mood to care anyways, she just humphed at order from Hannah, her swollen and sleepy eye just throwing one cold glare at her before they started their long journey. After all there were no friends in this company expect the two sisters. Her presence was as unimportant as the Kobayashi's was, for nobody would bother them on their way back to the village.

How wrong she was. Walk lasted for five hours and they were at half of their journey, soon to see and hear first signs of the village and were passing through another monotone looking path through the forest. For the past five hours Emi kept to herself, not saying a word, not throwing a single glance at anyone. She felt to guilty and she felt betrayed. It was like her very life was a threat to every being on this planet, while she was as meaningless and powerful as a bug.

As she was thinking this she threw a cold glare towards Kobayashi, who fit the description she was giving herself, and she witnessed an unpleasing sight. Kobayashi stepped on something on the ground which reminded her of a tag she learned about on academy. As it started to burn she knew she was right. Quickly as a leopard she jumped on Kobayashi and pushed him from the spot, jumping high in order to avoid her own demise, but as the blast took place she was thrown charging into the tree, impacting so hard that she bared the tree out of it bark.

She could barely cough, yet alone stand up as another surprise took place, ropes encircling her and quickly binding her in place, revealing two people from the nearby bushes. They looked like pirates from the stories, unshaved, bare chested and with whimsical smile on their faces while bandanna's were tied around their greasy hairdon'ts.

"Olla ladies and gents. We are lonely travelers asking to relieve you of your luggage and worldly belongings." One of them said as they eyes male Jules "That one can keep its belongings. We have hearts after all."

Other one took a handful of kunai's and prepared himself to clumsily aim if anyone would move, but instead he spoke in deep voice.

"You see, we have lots of bills to pay and many lazy wives to please."

Had it been five hours? Unlikely, the twins were still separated, but they both felt it now. The very cells of their bodies craving to reunite. Their limit was so close that they didn't dare deny it any longer. "Hey, Jules." Somehow, Hannah and Jules both missed the tag that was placed as a trap for them. Yet, when the paper started to burn, the two sisters bailed out of the line and jumped with all of their might. Hannah was able to get behind a tree, completely nullifying the blast from tearing her to shreds. Jules mostly did, but the impact had been so close that her own situation wasn't much better than Emi's Jules was sent knocked off her feet, tossed in the air like a ragdoll, then literally bit the dust, face planted into the semi-moist earth. She groaned painfully as she pushed up on her knees.

Hannah didn't even bother to check on Emi or Kobayashi, but rather darted to her sister, naked man form or not, and knelt beside her. "Dammit to hell Jules, it's time to merge already. We've already gone farther than we've done before." Jules smirked and nodded, yet before she did, the makeshift pirates started their threats. And no sooner than they mentioned the "man" of the group, did the Oiroke disguise explode into a fine white smoke, leaving only the naked, bruised, and uncomfortable Jules. Wasting no time, she reached for her sister, and as if there was some anchor inside that body, she simple pulled herself in. Instantly Hannah gave a sigh of relief. It hadn't been too late it seemed. Perhaps, if they were lucky, they might have extended their limit some.

It was clear that these men weren't shinobi, or if they were, then they were no better than academy dropouts. Hannah stood up, now feeling both her own abilities and Jules's talents pulsing in her fingertips. "I hope you pigs know, I am very busy today. I have a mission to finish, I have money to collect, and I have to get my companions home in one piece. Thanks to you donkey-humping jackasses, I'm severely pissed off. So, here's your options. One, you release Emi, drop your weapons, tuck your balls in between your legs, and get the hell out of here. Or, two. You die." Hannah was never much of a poet. As she spoke she reached into the accessory pouch at her back and drew from it four long, slender, aerodynamic needles. Senbon. It was traditionally Jules's skills with the Senbon, but they were one now, they shared everything they were.

Hannah slipped one of the four senbon needles in between her teeth, resting the tip on top of her tongue, then she gently closed her lips, thus holding the senbon gently within her mouth. Already small amounts of chakra were spilling into the senbon. These wanna-be pirates would have no idea what to expect.

It was a sloppy trap, but it worked and Emi was tied snuggly as a sausage. If the knots were not at her ankles she would've untied herself and help Hannah and Jules. She would also help herself restore her own pride, as she was caught like a damsel in distress, she was useless, she wanted to cry. Again ninja's overpowered her.

Meanwhile the bandit duo were ready to wrap this up, cracking their muscles and ready to jump forward at now one girl and one egg shaped man. Actually they didn't need to attack Kobayashi, he was unconscious from panic attack.

The taller, the dumber looking one with the hand full of weapons swayed widely in an arch, then rushed, jumped highly before forcing his hand to the crescent motion again trying to hit Hannah with five projectiles. On the other hand, the leader rushed low and forward, preparing to punch Hannah if she were to deflect the projectiles.

Hannah sighed. It just had to happen this way. So be it. The moment the larger foe leaped into the air and threw five different weapons towards her (which she noted was impressive for a non-ninja, if he was one), she launched the single senbon from her mouth. Such an attack was rare, strange to see, and difficult to expect or predict. She, of course, could not say there, else she'd be turned into a pin cushion. Instead, she would hurl a second senbon towards the man charging at her, then as fast as she could, which wasn't particularly slow for a taijutsu specialist, and she would return blow for blow.

However, it wouldn't be likely for the man to both deflect the senbon and still be on track to strike her. Unless, again, they were actually skilled ninja, like Hannah was confident she was. When the both swung their fists, assuming he still managed to do so with or without a senbon protruding from his chest, throat, or face, she would strike out at him with all her might.

If only the twins weren't separated for so long. That would mean Hannah could send Jules to untie Emi while she held off the thugs, or at least they could work together, two on two, to take these bandits down. Yet, as it was, they had already been split too long, and to divide up again would only invite a permanent separation, which neither wanted.

Sun shined strongly as the dark shadow fell from the sky on the ground, standing on its two legs lazily one moment and then crushing down the next moment, coughing up pool of blood as last thing he would ever do. The reason behind all this was a single senbon going through his throat and lunging itself into his spine. His breathing stopped, his face froze, he stopped jerking. There was nothing anyone could do about him.

Still as an easy target the first man proved, the second man complemented with his usefulness. He managed to dodge the senbon with lower stance, a stop, quickly raising his posture and then making crescent motion with his right leg along the ground. Obviously he was taking a fighting stance and a good one, discipline one. He retracted back and analyzed the situation for a moment, just a moment before he launched himself like a tiger on a deer. A flurry of kicks flashes around Hannah's head, but not precise enough to do any serious damage even if they hit, still that wasn't the point. While he was using all of his strength into the kicks, all the finesse went into his upper body which was lowered in order to compensate for change of balance.

His hands picked something from his belt, quickly exchanging his massive amount of kicks for a sideswipe and then a swift movement with his arm, throwing a piece of rope with a rock on it towards Hannah. It went fast, almost as fast as bullet as it grazed Hannah's cheek, but that wasn't its aim. Its aim was to grab her neck when he would retract the rope with one tug and capture her like that. Will he be able to do that?

'Hannah, the first one is down.'

Hannah would have spoken, but she was focusing too hard on everything in front of her. Her senbon was sent sailing somewhere deep into the forest. The man was swifter than she expected, and quite a fighter at that. She was unfamiliar with his style of combat, and as such she was caught off guard by her generic punch, which failed to retract quickly enough, and his sudden flurry of kicks. Once, twice, she was struck hard by those wicked striking feet of his. The first dazed her, forcing her to drop the remaining two senbon in her hand, and the second kick knocked her backwards, stumbling, and gazing around for something. However, his attacks paused for just a moment as he reached for a weapon, a perfect window for her to move her hands. It was a technique she had been waiting to use until she was guaranteed an opening, but she needed too get away from this man, just enough to utilize the senbon once again.

But as her hands worked, the assailant's weapon soared past her and wrapped around her neck. That would have likely ended the fight, except now that she was caught by the rope, and he was holding onto the other end, he was frozen. Trapped, and now he was the rat, and she was psychotic feline ready to rip his head off.

The kagemane technique was instant, connecting her assailant's shadow with her own, instantly, via the shadow of the rope itself. There was, literally, nothing he could have done to avoid this, not after his own attack. Hannah only stood there for a moment as she watched him, slowly her bloodied lip curled into a grin. She released her handseals, now that they were finished. She began unwrapping the rope and stone from around her neck, which forced the bandit to unwrap the imaginary cord about his own neck. He was forced to mimic ever single movement of hers, which was exactly what she wanted, because she was confident she had at least one thing that he did not have, the senbon. "You're pretty good. Better than I expected at least. It's a pity you don't have an ounce of intelligence to accompany those kicks of yours." Reaching behind her into her accessory pouch, Hannah took out another four senbon needles, and like last time, she tucked on gently in between her lips. "Well, you're time is up."

One shot from the mouth at close range, and the man was dealing with a senbon piercing his eye. Hannah hurled the next into the other eye. The next into his chest, and the final through his throat. If, by some freak chance the man was unfortunate enough to survive, he would still be locked within her Kagemane shadow. Otherwise, he was merely a silent body lying on the forest floor.

After this, Hannah would drag her feet all the way to Emi and cut her bonds with one of her several Kunai blades. "Did they hurt you?"

Kagemane no Jutsu (Shadow Imitation Technique)

Effect: The Kagemane no Jutsu (Shadow Imitation Technique) allows the user to extend their shadow on any surface, including water, and as far as they know and as long as there is sufficient area.
Special: "Holds Rat Seal" Technique performs after length of normal handseals.
Drawback: Tiring to use repeatedly. The ability is subject to some form of diminishing return and decreases in potency after repeated use. If the user is low on chakra, the performance rate of the technique also deteriorates. Insufficient lightning will make the technique less effective. A particularly strong opponent can also resist the shadow's forced imitation. May only change directions within the span of 60 degrees. When retracting the technique it may only retract by retracing where it has gone.
Description: Once the user's shadow comes in contact with the target's shadow, the two merge and the target is forced to imitate the user's movements. The user and the target could both throw a kunai. It is recommended to keep all weapons in areas where they normally don't keep them.
First Learned user uses technique up to 10 meters. Each time learned gains an extra 10 meters.
After 50 meters user must train an extra 10 TP per tech - TP Does not go down by Class Level.
After 100 meters user must train an extra 10 TP per tech - TP Does not go down by Class Level.
After 150 meters user must train an extra 10 TP per tech - TP Does not go down by Class Level.
Cap of this technique is 200 meters.

Technique may travel 10 meters per second plus 5 meters per Class Level.
Every 20 meters user is able to split the shadow by 1 giving a maximum of 10 splits.
Each split shares the max amount of distance user is able to perform this technique.

Every time used in a single mission that is in the time-span of 1 I.C. day will reduce max distance by 5 meters.
User may hold an opponent for 4 rounds plus 1 round per 50 meters.
Every Class level the opponent is higher than user the time limit reduces by 1 round.
If user is a Master of the Clan the amount of rounds increases by 1 round.

When user's Chakra reduces by 1/4 their max distance reduces by 1/4. Same mathematics occurs the more chakra is used. (Use Honor System).
May only use other Nara Techniques in conjunction with this technique.

Emi could only sit as a little child through this whole ordeal, no more an adult then she was when ninja gave her that scar across her face. She was still helpless little girl with no real power and real angel of death was in front of her. Her eye was filled with admiration toward this person, but also sadness, anger and guilt. Her mind was Pan's labyrinth, cruel nightmare without solutions and no hope.

"I don't need your help!" Emi yelled at Hannah from tops of her lungs as she felt anger boiling inside of her. Desperately she wanted to be acknowledged as a good ninja, as someone that could change this twisted world of shadow assassins, but she was nothing more than a bug, a bug that Hannah would crush down if she were to impose herself.

"And why would you care anyways... am I not a threat to you? Don't you hate me. Of course you do... everyone does. And for what?! You do not know the fear of your life clinging on the whim of a sadist, you don't know what it is to be abandoned by all and never have anyone! You always have your sister! I hoped I had someone, but I don't! Emi said as she started crying. It wasn't easy for her to divulge all that information and it would be even harder for her to face Hannah after this, so she quickly ran deeper into forest, hiding from her and stopping after few minutes to cry her soul out.

She was lonely. She had nobody, she didn't know what it is to be like everyone. Where was the respect her family promised her she would gain as a noble, where was the power she was ought to gain as ninja, where did the revolution of ninja world went? No power... in the end it was all about power and Emi had none. No political power, no mental power, no friendship power, nothing. Her existence could've been nothing, nobody would've cared. A threat, a minor threat, a bug on someones way, that was all she was.
