Summon, master scroll, inactive holder

I'm reffering to this thread. It states in the restrictions that I must PM Nirashi Cora for use and that I also need to know him IC. The problem, however (disregarding the fact that I don't yet have a character) is that he hasn't been active from this years January, making the scroll unachievable.

I would like to ask if it's possible to somehow obtain the scroll, through RP, or through other means.

A user has to be inactive for 6 months; Nirashi was last on in July which is only 3 months ago. If you want to bypass that somehow, you would need to ask Heero.

You'll need to join Sand in order to use them, anyways.

The character Nirashi died, so that scroll is in limbo, technically, so you'll need to PM Heero about that one.

Oh, I know that. I will be making a Sand-nin, since my previous character is dead. Can be locked.
