Makato is very mature. He is friendly to almost anyone and his completly loyal to the sound village. In battle it may seem like he does not know what he is doing he very well know what is going on. He is still cocky and like to show off a lot but he know how to pick his battles. He no longer make a challege that he know he can't win unless he has no choice in the matter.

He wears a long sleeve white shirt with regular blue jeans. He keeps his headband in his back poket untill he's on a mission or have to show that he is of some importance he wear it around his neck. He does not wear shoes anymore because he feels that they are now uncomfortable. His hair is layed down and most of the time messy. Also his eyes have turned black and have bags under them from lack of sleep from studing all the time. He is taller and slim.

Whenever Makato goes on missions he wears a gray vest with a dark blue sleevless shirt under it. He have a cover that cover's the bottom portion of his face. He also wears arm gaurds on both arms. Effect: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. This technique allows a user to move from one point to another at speeds double of their speed potential of up to ten meters.

If the user uses this technique more then stated, the user's muscles will cramp and render the user unable to run about and move period.

Kagemane no Jutsu, ‰e^Ž—‚Ìp (Shadow Imitation Technique)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The signature move of the Nara family, this jutsu allows the user to control their own shadow and merge it with their opponent's shadow, combining them. This links the movements of the user with the target; the target is subsequently forced to make any movement the user makes. It is an extremely versatile technique, as the user can contract and change the shape of their shadow, potentially grabbing multiple targets at once. The degree to which the user's shadow can be stretched is limited by its total surface area.
Special: "Hanseals"
Drawback: Must Be Learned Multiple times in order to truly achieve something grand. Must hold Rat hand seal until the technique connects with the targets shadow.
Description: Using the shadows of other objects, the user can extend their shadow beyond its normal range. The amount of time for which an opponent can be held is limited by the user's chakra, since the user must constantly maintain the jutsu. The jutsu is also more difficult to maintain at greater ranges or for multiple opponents, since the user's shadow must be stretched constantly. At closer ranges, it requires considerably less effort on the user's part. Additionally, the target can force their way free with enough effort, though the amount of effort required to do so is considerable. There are two tables or understandings for this technique that consists of the Difficulty class of the User as well as the Opponent, and as to how far the user is capable of using this technique. When first learned the user is only capable of using this technique at a distance of Ten meters. Each higher Rank archived, the user is capable of extending the shadow another five meters. The user must first however, learn each rank a certain amount of times before then next rank is obtainable. The C rank version must be learned five times total. At which point the ditance is upgraded to "B" Rank training and now extends ten meters each time trained. This version must be learned 3 times total. The "A" Rank version, extends the range to Seventy meters, and every additional "A" Rank training extends it another ten meters. This technique caps out at 100 meters. The user is capable of making their shadow split and by doing so takes up the distance of the total form of the original technique. This means that if a user has this technique to where they can use thirty meters and wishes to make this technique split to three shadows the maximum distance is ten meters per shadow.
Difficulty on Escaping: Escaping the Kagemane is a tricky art for some, easier for others. Depending on your Stamina and Difficulty class depends on how well the opponent can escape the Kagemane. The Kagemane is held for a Certain time frame depending on Rank of the technique learned. "C" Rank can be held for 18 seconds before it breaks no matter what. "B" Rank 36 seconds, "A" Rank 54 Seconds. For every difficulty class the user is above the opponent, add another five seconds. If the opponent for every difficulty class above th user, subtract five seconds. If the Opponent captured is a Taimaster, subtract 15 seconds additionally. If the opponent is a Tai specialist, subtract 5 additional seconds. If the opponent is a Taijutsu No specialist, leave it as is. After doing the math, the amount of turns held will be apparent.

Description: The way this works is that the user concentrates along the Sound release as they push the chakra along towards their ears. As the user does this, they concentrate on certain sounds that surrounds the user. If the sounds are in a large area and more sounds is created the user is capable of identifying the general location as to where the sound is coming from.

Effect: The user can locate the general location of enemies.

Drawback: Some objects might interfere with the sonar. Low rank provides a 2-D reading (explained below). Must be learned multiple times
Description: The user performs the need handseals. From there, the user emits 3, very low pitched sound waves(via voice or weapon). The sound travels very quickly in a 360 degree radius. The low pitched sound bounces off various objects with the area and returns to the user to interpret. With this done, the user can pin point enemy movement and location in fractions of a second. The draw back to this that the sound wave only travels in a flat line until a C-rank is attained.
The user begins with 10 meters distance, increasing 20 Meters every time learned. After 50 meters, Training is moved to a C-Rank, which then allows the user to emit the sound wave in all three dimensions. Every time learned in C-ranked increase the distance to 25 meters, With a maximum of 150 meters.

Effect: A technique where the user throws their voice off in a different direction so then opponents or those who wish to hear coming from the user wont be capable of hearing.

Drawback: Can not throw more then six words at a time. Maximum distance of this technique is fifty meters in radius.
Description: The user concentrates on the chakra within, and along the mouth. As they do this the user transmits a few words and uses their sound release to where the sound does not come forth. As the user does this the words are "thrown" out. This allows them throw their voice or move any sounds they can make with their mouth to any location without the sound fading. If by chance the user is capable of noticing or knowing the exact location of an ear, the user is capable of whispering the message into their ear.

Incoming projectiles bend away and are steered off course, effectively missing there target.. The large sound waves only travel a short distance (D-rank= 6 feet, C-rank= 16 feet)

Effect: Creates a buffer of chakra around the user to prevent the release of sound waves, making the person silent.

Drawback: Canft make any sound until the Tech is stopped even if you wanted to *like yelling help*. Tech breaks once ram seal is broke
Description: After forming the handseals and holding the ram seal, the user coats his entire body in chakra. This chakra will absorb any sound waves released and nullify by the body, including those caused by stepping. This does not fool sight in anyway. You can still hear cause the sound waves are only absorbed one way.

Suzu Senbon no Genkaku (Illusion Bell Needles)

Effect: A technique where the bells created is used at a certain frequency so then the opponent feels disoriented in which the sound affects directly along the brain making the opponent see as if perhaps they are seeing more then one after image of the user.

Drawback: May affect the user if they are within the same distance.
Description: This technique lasts for one post which is enough time for the user to take the time to attack with more of a decicive and a more of an important tactical attack. When the opponent is hit with this attack the opponent feels nausious and the sense of balance is compromised to the point where the user feels they wish to throw up. As this occurs the vision of the opponent becomes blurry and doubled. With the small bell the maximum distance of this technique is ten meters.
Limit: Sound Release, must have a weapon so then the bell is affected along with it.

Effect: Confuses the enemy by making the opponent think that the user is perhaps located at a location different then that of the right location

Description: The user does a series of hands seals as they concentrate on the chakra along their vocal chords and deep within the Diaphram. Coating the Sound waves with chakra the user projects forth in a minor manor as the soundwaves bounce off of various objects. Doing so the voice, or the sounds coming from the very mouth is not projected or heard for a brief moment. As the user does this, this is used to confuse the enemy making the opponent seem as if they know the exact location of the user but of course this would not be true.

The user's difficulty class is what seperates the magnitude of the attack as well. The technique has a range of twenty meters for the basic D Class Ninja. When the user opens up their mouth they concentrate on the very vocal chords of their throat and push forth in all directions a massive scream capable of great damage is thrown out. For every difficulty class the range increases by five meters with a maximum of fourty meters for S Class. For any opponent that is within one third of distance from the user the opponent is unable to hear for three posts, feels nautious for two posts, and can mot move for one post. For any opponent that is within two thirds distance from the user the opponent is unable to hear for two posts, feels nautious for one post. For any opponent that is within three thirds distance from the user the opponent is unable to hear for one post. No matter what Class the user is in the user is unable to hear for three posts.

"Urutora Oto Shindou" (Ultra sound vibration)

Description: Much like Himei no Jutsu. The user send a powerful and high pitched noise directly at an opponenet. The user may use their vocal cords or weapon to emit the sound, which is launched at a 60 degree radius. The sound waves do not target hearing, bit rather an opponenet bone structure. The sound waves hits the solid bones and bounces off of them, causing them to vibrate. This vibration is extremely painful to the opponenet, can tamper with an opponents actions. The opponenet can still move and hear, but attacks and movements are servilely hindered (C- rank=2 post, B-Rank=4 posts) the effectiveness of this jutsu and an opponenet must caught at least 1/3 in this jutsu range.
C-Ranks reaches a maximum of 30 meters,
B-Ranks reaches a Maximum of 60 meters.

"Oto Dangan" (Sound Bullet)

Effect: Small invisble sound waves pass through opponents body, but harms body on the molecular level.

Drawback: Some armors may greatly reduce the effectiveness of this jutsus. Other (large) sources of sound may cancel out this jutsu. Also, the users hands at the same time cannot be used for anything else (explained below). Visible to those with chakra seeing powers.
Special: Horse, Monkey, Bird, Ox, (Hold) Tiger
Description: While holding the the tiger handseal, chakra begins to flow between the small gap left by the two hands being held together. The user proceeds to position the handseal held over his/her own mouth now. All sounds emitted through the handseal are converted and charged by the chakra, to become far more deadlier. The chakra compresses, and alters the sounds wave lengths, forcing them into a smaller area (roughly the size of senbon needles). The entire process occurs within fractions of a sec and the user is able to create multiple sound bullets. The sound bullet itself travels at amazing speeds and are extremely hard to dodge.
-Upon hitting the opponenet, the sound bullets travel right through the human body. Once inside the body, the sound bullet clashes against every cell in the vicinity, vibrating them violently. Water retained in the cell vibrate so much, that they explode upon themselves. To the opponent, he/she will suffer searing pain in the area where the sound bullet hits.
-This jutsu is best used on open extremities of the opponenet
C-Rank:The user is able to create three sound bullets that travel a maximum of 40 meter

Effect: With this technique the user is capable of performing Jutsus that deals with the type of perception of Figment kind. The Figment GenJutsus are Jutsus that deals, and consists of

Drawback: Without this the user is unable to perform Jutsus dealing with the Figment Perception.
Description: A Figment GenJutsu creates a false sensation. Those who perceive the figment perceive the same thing, not their own slightly different versions of the figment. This means that it is not a personalized mental impression. Figments cannot make something seem to be something else. A figment that includes audible effects cannot duplicate intelligible speech unless the technique description specifically says it can. If intelligible speech is possible, it must be in a language that the user is capable of speaking. If the character tries to duplicate a language the character cannot speak, the image produces gibberish. However since Genjutsus are not specific such as that it only works with how a user knows or fibs forth. This also works when a character cannot make a visual copy of something unless the character knows what it looks like.

Effect: A technique that is used in order to confuse the opponent in a large area. A type of entrapment technique that is used in order to man an opponent tired and fatigued for better striking opportunities.

Drawback: A Non Specialist is only capable of going into the "C" And "B" Rank version of this technique. Also they must learn each rank in order to be capable of using this technique in a further style of distance.
Description: When first learned and depending on the Specialist the user may be is what depends on how far the user is capable of using this technique in order to help the user into tricking the opponent in a large area. The larger the distance the harder it is to figure out that they are being trapped inside the technique. When first learned the user is capable of using this technique and tricking the opponent in a forty meter radius. When learned the "B" Rank version, the distance increases by Ten Meters. For every Rank higher the technique increases by another ten Meters which allows the user the capability of seventy meters. Now if the user is a GenJutsu Non Specialist that is going to be the base at all times, but if the user is a GenJutsu Specialist then the distance increases by fifteen meters. If the user is a GenJutsu Master the distance increases by Twenty Meters for each rank. What occurs with this technique again is that the opponent begins to wonder around in a large circle over and over again. This type of technique allows the opponent to think that they are moving forward when in actuality they are moving in a circle. This technique tricks the mind greatly, but if the user notices a marking over and over that is when the technique will become somewhat useless because the opponent would have or should have figured it out.

Description: Not exactly a technique, but a fighting style. It packs tons of speed and power and relies on the user's physical strength and fitness. It is also the prime holder of the majority of Konoha's elite taijutsu techniques. Standing with one arm behind their back and one extended, the user is ready for a quick strick with their fists and feet. This leaves them open for quick spins and jumps that will power their attacks.

Dainamikku-Entori (Dynamic Entry)

Effect: Jumping forward with a kick to the opponent’s face, the user sends the opponent flying

Makato always wanted to be one of the legendary Sannins. Every since he was 7 he voyed to himself that he was going to achieve the respect he thinks he deserve. His parents died from an attack and now he live on the streets mastering the moves that his parents has taught him. He always wanted to be in an acadamy and learn new techniques. He was found by a ninja who saw how determined he was and offered to put him in an acadamy. Of course he accepted the offer and the rest goes from there....
Once Makato graduated from the academy of course the first thing he did was train. He wanted to hang out with the girl that he met in his classroom named Sayuri but she had to get some bussiness done. Eventually that got to spend time together because they had did the "My Flute" mission with someone Makato still do not know till this day.
After the mission he began training but saw that it was useless unless he have a partner. That's when he met Ari who taught him a few techniques. Pretty soon they were on a mission to escort someone from the sound village to the sand village. The two barely made it since they had to run from two Jounin ninjas from the leaf village. They completed the mission.
After the mission Ari left to go home and Makato was sad and upsett because he have nowhere to go. Then all of a sudden he bumps into Sayuri again. Except she was with someone else. Hibiki was the name and Makato could tell that he was stronger than him. He did not mind he just looked at Hibiki as someone else he could train with.
Now the three of them is on a mission and Makato lost trace of both Sayuri and Hibiki. How is he gonna get through this mission without the two of them?
During Time Skip
After losing all contact with his comrads Makato have been studing jutsus and battle strategies. He learns that someone he really cared about ,Ari, was living in the city of dante. Makato made many attempts to bring her out of that city and live a heathy life with him but she always refused to do so.
They've been friends eversince the near death experince with the two konoha jounin ninjas that was trying to kill them. Makato visit her just about everyday. Even though he found a friend in Ari he still wonders what ever happened to Sayuri and Hibiki.
