Koorisuberi (Ice Sliding)

Skill: Kekkei Genkai - Ninjutsu, Supplementary
Effect: Allows the user to move around on the ground or water as if they were skating on ice. Cuts travel time by half.
Special: “Hand Seals” – Serpent, Dragon, Tiger
Drawback: It is easy to track down anyone who uses this technique anywhere besides an ice terrain.
Description: By manipulating water molecules and chakra underneath their feet, the user slides across the ground or water as if they were skating on ice allowing them to travel much faster then the average shinobi’s running speed with less strain on their muscles. With each step, the area stepped on is covered with some frost.
Limit: Kaishin Bloodlimit. Requires “Water Creation” and “Ice Creation”.

"Mannnn... Another hot day today. Thank god it's night time and it cooled off a little, but its still pretty hot. Ah well, 2 AM training is what I do best!"[/color] Toast thought as he stood on the streets of Kirigakure. Nothing was on him except the sword and his secondary weapon pouch. He wasn't sure if he would have to use them or not, but anything could happen. All his clothes were left at home, leaving him completely naked as he started to stretch out a little. Clothes were so annoying... This would make it nicer!
As he stood there, he thought back to his studying of the scrolls of his clan. There was a simple technique that seemed incredibly fun for him as it would allow him to basically run around like he was running on ice. This would allow him to basically skate across the ground as if he had ice skates on. He thought it would be one of the cooler techniques that he could just run around town much quicker than others.
His hands flicked through the handseals he had seen in that technique and gathered the mist around him to the ground and froze it beneath his feet. It was difficult to do as he was, well... standing on them! The ice seemed to form around the outside of his feet, but he couldn't quite get it underneath. Perhaps trying to do it sitting down would be easier...
Sitting down on the park bench next to him, he looked at his feet. Definitely not the correct technique. He quickly removed the ice from his feet as he concentrated. While he was usually an outgoing and flirtatious boy, he could be serious and concentrate when needed. Handseals were formed once more as the water was gathered from the air around him. All of the water formed around his feet, creating almost a shoe of water right now. Suddenly, the water froze around his feet. Most people wouldn't be able to handle it, but Saketsu was used to it.
Now that the ice was frozen around his feet, he needed to work on walking with such frozen feet. If he could walk, he would be able to work on running. Stepping into the grassy area incase he fell over, Toast started to just walk around. He could see the shoes freezing the grass underneath it and laughed a little bit. His own little icy path.... It felt great. It was weird though because he almost fell a couple of times getting used to it. And then came a rock... He stepped on it and slipped on it, falling right on his butt.
"Ugh.... Change in landscape isn't fun, even when its a small rock."[/color] He said as he stood up, rubbing his butt a little before walking around some more. He was getting used to it a little more and started to walk faster. The ice was holding up underneath his feet and causing him to move quicker than he had anticipated. Another trip here, another fall there, this was definitely getting painful. He made his way to a fountain to try washing off the green from the grass.
As he walked over there, he moved his feet over the ledge and stepped in. But instead of sinking in to wash up, the ice on his feet froze the water and allowed him to stand up in. He laughed hard now as he moved into the way of the spouting water and let it rinse him off. He left a small path of ice and it made him happy. Leaving his little ice mark on the world. Now he was curious about something... His feet took off around the fountain, freezing the entire outer ring as more water poured ontop of it. Now this was fun!
But being as wet as he was, the naked boy would have to dry off somehow. And what better way to dry off then run at super fast speeds until the water was all gone? As he got off of his little ice ring, he went back to the streets. He would keep an eye out for any obstacles so he could avoid them as falling on the street would not be fun in the slightest. He got down into a position as if he was running a race and then... Took off!
At first, he was trying to run, but it was getting difficult with the speed in which he was moving, so he decided to change it. Now he let his feet glide across the ground as it formed a continuous icy path behind him. He looked as though he was skating at this point as he started to maneuver around and turn corners. This was much more fun than he had thought. "YAHOOOOOO!"[/color] He shouted as someone looked out their window only to see an ice skating, naked boy moving quickly down the street. He chuckled slightly, knowing that the female who had just seen him naked looked on in horror. This was turning out to be a great night after all...
