Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique)

Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: A Genjutsu in which causes the opponent to see a grand horrifying vision. A Technique that is used by most of the ANBU kind but is known for all GenJutsu users in order to scare their opponents greatly hoping to perhaps make them run off in fear.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: The GenJutsu Non Specialist is only capable of learning up to the "B" Rank version of this technique. Depending on the Rank of the technique is dependent on how well, how far, as well as how large the user is capable of using this technique.
Description: The user creates and holds the rat handsign. As the user does, so the figment of leaves begins to circle all around in circular fashion as the opponent is engulfed into the GenJutsu. Then the technique takes in place as what the user wishes the opponent to see they are capable of seeing. The figment however has to be considered a horrifying state of creation. When first learned the user is capable of creating horrifying images within Tiny to Small size. The user is also capable of creating an image within a Twenty-Meter radius of the user. When the user learns the "C" Rank version, they are capable of creating Medium to Large Size horrifying creations with a distance of Thirty Meters in radius of the user. "B" Rank allows them to create a Huge Size horrifying creation with a distance of Forty Meters. "A" Rank allows them to create a Gargantuan Size horrifying creation with a distance of Fifty Meters. "S" Rank allows them to create a Horrifying image of Sixty meters. If the user is a GenJutsu Specialist by the time, they learn the "B" Rank version of the technique the user is capable of creating the image without the figment of leaves as a basis. With a GenJutsu Master, the user is capable of creating the figment image without the figment of leaves as a basis when they learn the "C" Rank version of the technique. NonSpecialist will always create the figment of leaves.
Limit: Must know Pattern Perception, GenJutsu Specialist is capable of going into all ranks of this technique.

The ultimate loneliness, the torture of working to support myself, to know that my work would die with me, to know that I cannot be a good person, because I cannot be good when there is nothing to be good to. So When I die, I will continue to live like this and that will be my punishment.

I examined my feelings. I felt all the terror of it. I saw what my body looked like. I felt my movement, and I cover my entire thought with chakra. Ifelt all the terror. Then I drew the feelings I had impressed upon myself back. I felt the chakra and feeling all mixed. I felt terror and I remembered what it felt like. IT was another pattern of chakra within me, another shape my chakra has memorized. It was repeated. Terror is fundamental within the human mind, so one pattern can be used for anyone. One shape is terror.

Now to build of terror. I imagine a small flame. Burning in the air, butmmenacing. It was a dancing flame that cast an eerie light. But I made it no longer cast any light. I made it dance on the gras, and the grass was dark. The flame took in light, but it sent off very little. It was a floating candle light without a candle. I took the pattern of terror and had the candle resonate it with the light. I used the handseals that best created my terror pattern. The flame put off my chakra signature of terror.

But in real life it did not appear. My eyes could not switch from real to false that fast. I imagined afew leaves obscuring various spots and added the rat handseal. As I held it the leaves let spots of my image in the places that had hidden. Yes, terror was there. The flame was scary, and I felt it poring through me. The flame knew what I had done.[/ul][/font]

Quite the original post here, and I do like it. Perhaps a bit more length next time? I'll give you the +10 for the originality of it, but in the future, just add a little bit more, okay?

Tori Shuugoo no jutsu (Bird Command)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Lets the user gather birds.
Special: "Handsigns"
Drawback: Birds may not come depending on the hostility of the environment.
Description: The user focuses chakra into their voice, letting forth a great call that summons a flock of birds to the user’s assistance. D-rank can call 10 birds in a twenty foot radius, C-Rank can call 20 birds in a forty foot radius, B-Rank can call 40 birds in an eighty foot radius, A-Rank can call 70 birds in a one hundred sixty foot radius, and S-Rank can call 100 birds in a three hundred foot radius. These birds will then attack the opponent at the user's command. For increasing levels of this technique, not only will more birds come from a greater distance, but the birds will be progressively more dangerous based on the level known.
Limit: Must be a Tsubasa.

One bird sat on a park bench. It looked at me in hopes of receiving food, but didn’t pay any other heed to me. It should respect me. I am part of the Tsubasa clan, so the bird should see that I have all the talents of it and more. Time I took my Clan Jutsu for a test run. Instead of flying, I decided for a more subtle approach.

It was decided. I looked at the bird, and I spoke.”Hey, get over here!”. The bird didn’t understand me, which was natural. The bird didn’t speak plain English. Angrily, I tried chirping. That was probably irrational because the bird gave me this look that said”Kid, who do you think you are.” I was so upset I almost called out, “Who are you calling kid.” Good thing I didn’t.

This skill is probably out of my reach, but I have an idea. What if I resonated out chakra. I performed hand-signs. Then I imagined a wave coming out from my hands. I heard rustling of feathers; the birds could feel the gentle vibrations of my chakra. I hear the cooing of a dove in a nearby bush. I’ll show that bird, I thought. I slip into this irrational state when I practice the physical arts, I guess that is why I usually stick to Genjutsu. Ninjutsu makes me go a little bit crazy.

I refocused. This art requires me to communicate details to the falcons. In my mind I thought of one word. Come. I thought of birds flying towards me, as I slid one of my Kumomusha arms out of my sweatshirt in preparation for the dove to come. I imagine the dove pushing its way through the bush. That was the thought I imagined. I imagined the bird sitting on my wooden arm, I felt its warmth as it sat on me. Then I imagined it shooting forward and flying around me.

As I thought I once again performed hand-signs. That’s when I was shocked. Two doves came. Then a little sparrow landed on my arm. Then more. There were nine or ten birds flocking around my arm. They flew around, responding. They obeyed me. They came. The bluebird was stubborn, and it glared at my array of birds. My bird were around me, they were my companions.

But companions do not win battles. The birds would need to obey me even better. I listened to the chirps of the different birds. The doves cooed out the gentlest of sounds. I imagined a slow sound, lower and I put chakra into my throat, and cooed. The doves separated themselves from the others, and stood before me. One of them was louder, so I pulled more of my chakra into my voice and rumbled out a sound. The smallest of the pair left, leaving me with just the specific bird I had commanded.

One final command. I put the biggest amount of chakra I could. This time I put one phrase into my mind. To The Bench. I imagined birds chirping on the bench, before I released my voice and chakra. The birds all perked up and began the flight towards the bench. They were graceful, beautiful, and likely to be my potential allies.

Raiton no Jutsu (Lightning Release Skill)

Description: With this skill, or release, the user is now capable of using, and performing techniques that deal with the element of Lightning. This means that any NinJutsu or specialized TaiJutsu that deals the Lightning Release will need this in order to be performed correctly.

Lightning rumbled overhead. A storm began to blow its way in. Not wanting to be inhumane I released the birds, with a shooing gesture. The first fat raindrops covered my hair. Storms truly are an uncontrollable thing. Do they have to be?

I could break it down into three basic elements. Ninja can control Water, Wind and Lightning. All of these are too much though. To focus on one, that will be the challenge. The flood of water, the gales of wind, or the charge of lightning. Thunder rumbled on overhead, and I decided I clearly had been signaled by some divine presence.

How is lightning different then Chakra? It is energy, charging the air as it passes by. It is spontaneous and uncontrollable, it cannot be pulled back. That sounds like my understanding of the physical ninja arts. So I fell back into my personal reality.
The greatest storm I have ever seen. Only light rain, but the trees were still. The devastation was from lightning. The trees were foreboding, but also fearful, standing stock still, as if to hide from the strike of lightning. I also felt as if my immortal soul was tied to lightning. Especially during this memory. A dead and hollow tree was by me, but it wouldn’t be for long. In an arc of lightning I watched a tree in the distance be struck down. In another instant the tree beside me exploded with energy and set fire to itself.

That memory, that was lightning. That was as close as I ever go to the true nature of the element. It is closer than most ever get, so I must use it as a template for my chakra. Gently, I muse that I have felt lightning, and the force I have seen coincides with every time lightning has ever existed. Lightning isn’t this premeditated thing though. Lightning doesn’t move. It has a straightforward existence, unlike a shinobi. It is the image of a weapon. A strike of lightning is unanswerable, it does and none may question, but if one believes in divine, they may question a wielder of it. This force, it can be a weapon for either ninja or the gods.

There was the hypothetical, here is the practical.

I spread my hands but a foot apart. I dreamed of the lightning that moves from the sky. I felt it with my chakra, then froze my energy. Returning to reality, my lightning remained trapped within my chakra. My eyes flicked open and I prepared for lightning to move in between my hands. I imagined the energy, flowing across that space. Barely a spark managed to come through my chakra points, but it still felt like the drain of a full lightning bolt. I hadn't expected perfect, but it would require more practice.
