Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing
Rank: "C"
Skill: NinJutsu/Supplementary
Effect: Allows a Non-Ninja the ability to perform Advanced chakra techniques.
Special: ---
Drawback: Non Ninjas must learn in order to learn Advanced chakra techniques. Ninjas gain this technique for free in the beginning however does not add into Character Class like other starting techniques. Does not work on Animal Companions.
Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed. Allows a user to learn up to "C" Rank Chakra related Techniques.
Limit: Universal NinJutsu Technique.

o/3o. [Kemuri is learning this tech only, Raui already knows it.]
Somewhat near the city, somewhat outside the city was Raui and Kemuri Futakongo. The two twins were slightly dozing off, but Raui sat in a tree as Kemuri sat on the ground staring at the tree Raui was in.
"I told you! Focus your chakra to your feet and climb up the tree, and as I said before, you can't use your hands to climb!" Raui snapped back, he was a bit annoyed today, his short-sleeved blue shirt ruffled in the breeze. He had been trying to tech Kemuri this technique but he just wouldn't listen.
"Yeah, yeah. Sure" Kemuri muttered with a yawn as he got up from where he was sitting and gazed at the tree for a few seconds. Scratching his arm slightly, ruffling his long-sleeved blue shirt, Kemuri kicked off his shoes and dashed towards the tree. A few seconds, and a few steps he fell back to the ground. Shaking his head, he just got up and crossed his arms. "How can this be so easy to Raui!?" Kemuri thought angrily as he kicked a rock. But Raui had made one mistake, he had given the short sword to Kemuri. With that, Kemuri just took the short sword and began scribbling on the tree as Raui watched him before rolling his eyes.
A little bit later, Kemuri just stabbed the tree with the knife and stared at it. Trying to focus the chakra to his feet, he ran at the tree. Almost half way there....then crash. He had easily fallen back to the ground. "Why does this have to be so hard?" Kemuri asked Raui, but Raui only shrugged. "I don't really know, it was hard for me when the citizen told me. But once I understood it more clearly, it was very easy. We live in the city of research, but since your always messing around, you can never observe or take notes of something like I do" He answered simply, with a yawn. Kemuri just glared at him, "I guess your right" He sighed, he hated it when his brother was right. He loved to fool around, but when it came to something like this, he knew he should pay attention more like Raui instead of drawing or doing something else. Possibly daydreaming like Raui does about greenery.
Standing up on the tree branch, Raui just let himself fall out of the tree. Landing on the ground shortly, not caring if he hurt himself, he just got up and dusted himself off quickly and simply. Not caring if his jeans slightly ripped where his knees were. "Now we both can get back up the tree" He said simply, it was easier if they both training together. It at least helped Kemuri focus more. Kemuri only slightly nodded, "So your just going to walk up the tree and wait for me again?" He asked slightly confused. Raui just simply shook his head, "No, i'm going to stand at places of the tree and wait for you there. Once you reach that branch, i'll simply throw you off the tree and find a higher branch that you can try and get to" He answered, Kemuri just sighed, again. "I get bragging rights if this fails." Kemuri said happily, and Raui only nodded in agreement. They usually had simple little disagreements, but they always seemed to figure out something to agree on.
About two meters off the ground on a somewhat weak branch stood Raui. Sighing as he kept watching his twin brother get about three feet off the ground and then just fall completely. Kemuri soon just shook his head and began focusing his chakra to his feet. Trying to clear his head of thoughts which was somewhat easy for him. Keeping his mind clear, and the chakra focused to his feet, and began to walk up the tree. A few minutes later, his hyper mood came back as he stood next to Raui on the same branch. "Finally was able to get somewhere!" Kemuri nearly shouted happily. Kemuri's happiness was soon ruined though as Raui shoved him off the branch and walked up about two more meters to the next branch. Now four meters off the ground. The tree was about fifty meters high, it was a very old tree but neither one of them cared about that.
Kemuri, a few minutes later picked himself up off the ground and dusted off the few bits that stuck to his shirt. Staring up at the branch Raui stood on his sighed. Today was a sort of bad day for both of them, but they didn't complain at all. Kemuri wasn't one to get angry over things, or people, but he was a bit frustrated.
