As much as I like you, Flower, unfortunately I have to agree with Ayame. I haven't seen a purple name in subs, support or customs giving out suggestions and things like that at all. (Since you are the ONLY active Local Mod on this site)
To be honest I've actually seen one post from you being helpful in Submissions. Personally, if you wish to have the title of assistant, I strongly suggest that you do more visible helping around NFRP before reapplying again.

I'm not accepting or denying because I know for a fact that you have potential and someone else might see that besides me. So good luck!
