The two ninja walked behind a clone in the direction they thought Kenta went in, perhaps hoping to hear the familiar sound of a flute, a swoosh of a black robe, or in ishiro's case, the sound waves from his running feet. As they continued on Ishiro could perhaps, if listening keenly enough here the ever so soft sound of a person breathing as if sleeping or unconscious.

If they approached the sleeping person they would see Kenta on the ground unconscious among trees.

Most likely endetected by them were two wind entities hiding in the trees making no sound, and instilling no vibrations on the area around them as they lightly hovered above a branch and held the ram hand seal. Etsuba, if he did look up at the branch, would likely nothing, only with close inspection could two marble sized masses be seen at the center of the wind entities.

Description: After forming the hand seals and holding the ram seal, the user coats his entire body in chakra. This chakra will absorb any sound waves released and nullify by the body, including those caused by stepping. This does not fool sight in anyway. You can still hear cause the sound waves are only absorbed one way.

Effect: Transforms the user into the wind form of the Kazechuushin.

Description: Through the use of this technique, the user is capable of expanding their form, transforming into wind. However, all forms of the Kazechuushin will die if they are crushed by something larger than their maximum volume. Kazechuushin techniques are unaffected by the technique restrictions. If limbs are severed in the B, A, and S ranked versions, they will reform. However, if severed in the D rank version they will not, regardless if you switch to a higher rank. Kazechuushin techniques are unaffected by the technique restrictions imposed by ranks B, A, S.
D – In this form, the user is fully human, suffering all the ailments and advantages a normal human has. This is the default form of the Kazechuushin.
B – In this form, the user is a wind body concentrated around a central chakra core. In this form, the user’s maximum volume is spreading out to roughly two meters by two meters by one meter. Drawback: Effectively divides the user’s chakra.
Description: The Kazechuushin performs their hand seals, and then removes a limb in some manner. The severed limb re-grows at a normal pace, whilst the limb itself forms into an entirely new clone of the user, comprised of roughly thirty percent of the user’s chakra. The clone may use techniques and act until it runs out of chakra, or is struck by a B or higher rank technique.
Limit: Must be Kazechuushin, must have Kazeotokooya Megumi B rank

Ishiro's careful ears had no trouble at all picking out the careful breathing of the unconscious VIP. Ishiro frowned, but remained quiet. If he was unconcious, it mean that there were more nearby. He didn't tell his partner that yet, but he held his hand up, trying to get him to stop. He directed his clone towards the unconcsious body, and had the clone "stumble upon" the body.

The clone than shouted "Hey Etsuba, I found him!"

If Ishiro was lucky, the enemies would fall for the technique and reveal themselves...

Etsuba paused mid-step at the sight of Ishiro's halt signal. Widening his eyes to take in more light the genin began carefully examining ahead while his ally's clone moved ahead. The silence from the blind shinobi was enough to put him on alert. Panning his view slowly across the area ahead of him in hopes of noticing any disturbances. As far as he could tell there were none.

Placing faith in Ishiro's actions, Etsuba formed several handseals and channeled his chakra. Next to him appeared a clone of himself, but unlike the sand clone this one was simply an illusion. There was no tangible body and it would be easily noticed by a keen eye. Following suit Etsuba called out, "I'll be right there!" and sent his clone ahead to join Ishiro's. He made sure to have it avoid walking through any objects and kept it in as much shadow as possible.

To help maintain the credibility Etsuba picked up pieces of forest debris from the ground and tossed them into the shrubbery surrounding in hope of imitating the sound of footfalls on the floor. He was careful to match them with the clones steps, hoping that any errors he made could have been dismissed by any potential ambushers.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Skill)

Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: This technique creates intangible clones of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something.
Special: Tiger, Boar, Ox, Dog or Ram, Snake, Tiger.
Drawback: The illusions can be seen through Chakra seeing techniques. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).
Description: Bunshin no Jutsu creates a clone of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Like Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these clones will simply disappear if come into contact, but unlike Kage Bunshin, they are substanceless, and thus cannot do any damage. These Clones may be moved around freely and easily to the user's wish.
Limit: Universal Academy technique, must have a perception.

ooc: I gave you guys a roll (1-100) for this one, 1-30 the two air beings believe the clone is real. Below reflects the oucome. Sorry ahead of time for the short post, not a lot needed to be said.

The two figured saw the clone of Ishiro come out and yell back saying he found Kenta. A clone of Etsuba came into view. The two figures did not move and simply looked around to see if there were any other beings in the area.

Ishiro had thought, by now, that the clone would have been attacked. Perphaps they saw through the clone, perhaps they were simply patient. Either way, he would do something to excite the enemy ninja to attack, anyways. Ishiro, from afar, commanded his sand clone...

The sand clone, looking at Kenta with a blank stare, picked him up, and began to carry him towards the road. If he went all the way untouched, Ishiro would attempt to follow through the woods unseen as his clone traveled down the road towards Kenta's destination...

Etsuba remained still and patiently surveyed the area surrounding them. Nothing moved except for a few thin branches and insects, the absence of other animal life was odd. So far he hadn't heard the weighted russle of small mammals in the underbrush. Out the corner of his eye he watched as Ishiro's clone scooped up Kenta and began carrying him. His own clone followed to the side and behind.

Etsuba would follow Ishrio, shadowing him stealthily to avoid giving away their position if they went through the woods.

A noise could be heard from one of the two wind beings in the tree a second before wind senbon were shot into Ishiro's clone causing it to revert back into sand. A blurry looking figure comprised completely of the wind element was now standing over Kenta's body and was waiting for its enemy to reveal themselves.

The other figure stood in the tree, watching for events to unfold still holding his silence technique.

Drawback: Leaves the user drained if used more than four times in battle. Once used, the user must wait until their arm regenerates to use the technique again in battle.
Description: The user performs the required hand seals then the user will then be able to use their arm as a source to create multiple senbons. Which their arm will quickly begin to fire and create senbons out of the user's own arm at the opponent. The user is capable of creating and firing a maximum of 100 senbons in which their arm will disappear, which would then regenerate afterward. The user takes advantage of their ability to regenerate and form weapons out of their arm to use in combat.

Ishiro heard the senbon leave the chakra-covered ex-shinobi, causing him to quickly react. His fingers and hands whirred into a blur, creating handseals for a technique that he had been waiting to use. The figure descended from a tree, but Ishiro immediately noticed that this wasn't any ordinary man. It was almost like a figure of wind, not bipedal or humanoid, but a embodiment of wind. How was Ishiro going to deal with this?

By the time that the thought crossed his head, three thick, sandy tentacles erupted from his gourd, flying straight towards the enemy that was standing over the downed Kenta. One would fly straight for the center of the wind figure, as Ishiro thought that it might do the most damage, to disrupt the centrifugal point, one slightly above the figure, and another to the left of the figure.

He didn't know if the attacks would phase the wind figures, but he wouldn't wait to find out. Forming another string of handseals, he would allow chakra to build up in his eyes, letting it slip out into the opponent. The genjutsu, if correctly connected, would make every attack that Ishiro did something other than it was (requires a dice roll).

He did not yet know about the other shinobi in the tree, but at the moment, he was focused on this figure in front of him. Questions blazed in his head. What were they? How were they being so silent? Were they proficient with Sound? Had they screened Kenta's bodyguards? Was this really a C-Rank mission?

And right now, he had no answers.

Suna Juuriru - Sand Tendrils [3 Tendrils]
Rank: B
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: By using sand, the user can mold the substance into thick, deadly tendrils to pierce into their target.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: Must be still in one spot while performing the handsigns. The user cannot move until the tendrils have formed and emerged.
Description: The user performs handsigns and then will form their sand into tendrils. The tendrils are quite thin only six inches in diameter. The tendrils are strong, flexible, and able to pierce and stab whatever the user aims them towards. They can easily pierce through flesh and bone, and even through some armors. It takes two meters of sand to create one tendril and they can stretch as far as you Sand Control can reach. Meaning with C-Rank Sand Control they can stretch up to twenty-five meters. When you first learn this jutsu you can create a max of three tendrils. Each time you train this jutsu you can add three to the total amount of tendrils you are able to create.

Brain Shuffler
Rank: C
Skill: Genjutsu
Effect: Shuffles the targets information-processing system, making one attack appear to be something very different. Duration: five rounds
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Different shuffle sets are not controllable
Description: After finishing the seals, the target is totally immersed in the genjutsu, as well as totally unable to realize that they were affected, as it only shuffles appearances, but all in all still appears real. There are three distinct shuffle sets:
mirror shuffle: the target sees everything in mirror image, an attack from the left actually coming from the right, top actually from bottom, elemental NinJutsu appear opposite of their element.
clutter shuffle: the target sees everything at a completely random setup, much more effective than the mirror shuffle, as an attack from either side could appear to be coming from the bottom or vice versa.
perfect random: the most powerful illusion, in this version a TaiJutsu may not even be so, it could be a ninjutsu, or even a completely different taijutsu. A target trapped in this level of illusion looks like a complete idiot more often than not, guarding from attacks that do not exist.
Limit: Must have Genjutsu specialist to perform clutter or perfect shuffles. Must have the Phantasm Perception.

Etsuba crouched behind Ishiro his gourd shifted and sprouted three tendrils. The sandy appendages launched themselves at what appeared to be a figure of pure wind. Whatever was going on it was clear that the blind shinobi was attacking. Unsure of whether he was spotted or not, Etsuba had his bunshin speak and form handseals.

Forming four quick seals the clone shouted, "Fire Style: Inferno Technique!" and took a deep breath while putting his hand cupped in front of his mouth.

Etsuba only hoped the diversion would cause some reaction. While that was going on he drew four kunai, two in each hand and prepared to fight.

Drawback: Requires the user to exhale and keep their dominant hand cupped over their mouths. Once the user is out of breath of moves their hand, the technique falls.
Description: The user performs the handseals, energizing their hand and their esophagus with chakra. The user then cups their hand over their lips and exhales. The oxygen being expelled from the lungs combusts upon reaching the chakra from the hand, and the user blows it out a maximum of ten feet away. This is different from the Goukakyou no Jutsu in the fact that this comes out as a stream and not a fireball, and also different from the fact that once the user stops breathing out or moves their hand, the technique ends.

OOC: haha this is probably a harder fight than you had in mind, but don't worry, I think you guys will pull it off with the right ideas.

Clone figure:

The clone stood next to Kenta and saw Ishiro come into sight as well as Etsuba's bunshin start to create handseals. Unfortunately for Etsuba his plan didn't seem to work, since the clone knew that it was just a genjutsu clone it was no threat to it. Ishiro was making handseals. A moment after Ishiro began performing handseals the wind figure began gusting around and was also making handseals (though it probably wasn't obvious to Ishiro what it was doing.). Before Ishiro finished a high pitched scream was aimed at Ishiro. Assuming Ishiro heard the sound he would probably be deafened for a little while (2 posts) and perhaps even be temporarily useless.

The tentacles did however still get off and attack the clone, however even though the chakra core was aimed for it took little to no effort to simply move it to another part of the body of wind and the tentacle, as well as the other tentacles, merely passed through the body of wind leaving it unharmed.

The Windbody then turned toward's etsuba's clone, who by now had finished his handseals and nohing happened. the clone shot wind needles at the clone, assuming it hit, the clone dissappeared. The clone began looking aroun for the Real Etsuba.

Actual figure:

After changing his form into the A rank version of Kazeotokooya Megumi the original figure floated down to the ground about 3 meters in front of Ishiro. It extended its hand and made a link between itself and Ishiro's throat. Ishiro would soon feel a pressure on his throat until he couldn't breath at all. (It doesnt say how long it takes for you to pass out from choking so 2 rounds until you pass out, 2 more after to die?). He would continue to do this until Ishiro would pass out. it seemed to ignore Etsuba entirely.

Effect: The user traps the target inside a packet of intensive air pressure.

Drawback: If the user loses concentration or their hand motion is interrupted, the technique will end.
Description: The user forms the hand seals then extends their hand, releasing a burst of connective chakra into the air, linking the particles between them and the target. The now controlled air then tightens and pressurizes, increasing the pressure on a small portion of the foe, usually the throat. The pressure is enough to cut off circulation, airflow, or other things of the like. The user must hold their hand extended to maintain this.

Effect: The user's voice attacks the victim's ear drums, deafening them for two posts and causing strong ear pain.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: The user cannot perform hand seals while utilizing this technique.
Description: The user uses chakra to make their voice resonate on the same level as the victim's ear drums, wounding them. The opponent is deafened for two posts, and feels intense pain in their ear drums.
Limit: Sound Release, Bo-karu Koukyoukyoku Chishiki C Rank.

EDIT: He goes into A rank form first before using the jutsu, so he begins getting choked toward the end o his turn.

Ishiro didn't have time to hear if the tentacles hit its mark. Before he even got the attack off, he began to hear a strong shout from one of the clones. Ishiro's hearing would have been damaged if not for the sand. That Absolute Defense that had the sand jumping out and forming a sort of sound shield around Ishiro's ears. The sand formed in a way so that the sound would refract off the sand's surface, causing the sound wave to change slightly. It would cause the sound wave to be off, not being in resonance with the Shitakuma's eardrums. That could have been big trouble if he had not been a master of sand.

The figure in front of him turned and shot needles at Etsuba's clone, which meant that he wasn't dealing with Ishiro. He wasn't sure what happened to the tentacles, as they were now on the ground as sand, but he was going to destroy this figure. When, suddenly, a hand slipped around his throat, cutting off his air supply. He could hear this figure clearly. It was a second one, and Ishiro was tired of all of this. As the hand gripped his throat, Ishiro frowned in pain. Forming hand seals, sand jumped upwards in a sliding motion, cutting off the hand. Ishiro took a deep breath, relishing the oxygen he was receiving. Jumping back about four meters, Ishiro would rub his throat, trying to comprehend the situation...

Suberi Suna Nami (Sliding Sand Wave)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: Not a very powerful jutsu in the least, this technique is mainly used to stop oncoming attacks or to psyche out the opponent. Depending on how strong the user is depends on how strong the sand is on defending attacks. If the user is A Class the user is capable of stopping attacks of B Rank Status in one round but must keep pouring more chakra if they wish to keep it up. This technique however is usually used as a one type of thing, this means that each time an attack occurs the sand falls down to the ground.

Drawback: Not very strong. Only as strong as the user. Lightning attacks can push through. For
Description: The user throws his hand to the side as if calling the sand to follow, it forces the sand on the ground to fly up in front of the user to either attack or defend against oncoming jutsus. This sand is not very strong and will easily be broken down if hit by a powerful jutsu and will revert back to the ground. The sand rises to about the size of a normal human body and will revert back to the ground right after being called upon.
Limit: Must have the Sand Release, must know Sand Control

Wind senbon shred apart Etsuba's bunshin. The replica departed from the world in a medium-sized burst of white smoke. Though it was a blatant distraction, he had hoped that somehow the attempt would cause the enemy to second guess themselves. Clearly that was not the case.

Wasting no time Etsuba set his kunai down, formed several handseals and created another clone of himself. His likeness appeared before him in the same exact position he was in, holding the final seal of the jutsu. Without hesitation Etsuba stepped out from behind Ishrio, as the blind shinobi leapt back, formed another set of handseals, cupped his hand over his mouth, while charging it with chakra, and took a deep breath.

At that exact moment his copy rolled into Ishiro's previous position and mimicked Etsuba's moves perfectly in synchronization. A gout of flame was expelled from Etsuba's mouth as he exhaled, stretching across a distance of ten feet. Having taken a deep breath he was prepared to spew fire for several seconds and follow his target with the flame until he was unable to continue.

Finally he would take another deep breath, this time to catch his, and dive roll backwards to join Ishiro with his clone following behind. Upon reaching Ishrio he would speak lowly. Etsuba remembered at the start of the mission Ishiro had attached tags to a good number of weapons. "Maybe we should use those weapons you prepared earlier."

Hydrou Bunshin no Jutsu

Effect: The user performs the needed handsigns and then creates what seems to be an ordinary clone. The clone cannot attack and will disappear the second it meets an opponent. When the clone is destroyed two more clones come in the place of the destroyed clone. This can continue infinitely if the clones are continuously destroyed, its purpose to overwhelm the opponent in numbers and cause an effect of invincibility although the clones can do no damage. A simple "Kai" technique can easily get rid of all of the clones when used by a skilled GenJutsu user.
Special: Boar, Rat, Dragon, Tiger
Drawback: No drawbacks to the user
Description: The hydra clone technique looks like a normal bunshin no jutsu, however this is changed as the clone is destroyed and more take it's place, making the technique look like a high level kage bunshin no jutsu when in reality the clones are simple clones that can do no damage.

Effect: Shoots small gout of flame towards the opponent.

Drawback: Requires the user to exhale and keep their dominant hand cupped over their mouths. Once the user is out of breath of moves their hand, the technique falls.
Description: The user performs the handseals, energizing their hand and their esophagus with chakra. The user then cups their hand over their lips and exhales. The oxygen being expelled from the lungs combusts upon reaching the chakra from the hand, and the user blows it out a maximum of ten feet away. This is different from the Goukakyou no Jutsu in the fact that this comes out as a stream and not a fireball, and also different from the fact that once the user stops breathing out or moves their hand, the technique ends.

Real one:

The air tunnel between him and Ishiro was cut off by sand. Then suddenly Etsuba came out of no where and began blowing fire at him. He didn't have time to dodge and suddenly felt his chakra core heating up to dangerous levels. After being engulfed in the fire for a second he jumped out of Etsuba's range with the fire and reverted into his D rank form.

He appeared to be another missing ninja from Otogakure, but seemed to have a flute dangling from his belt that looked just like the one they saw on Kenta. The ex ninja began making handseals and a second later pointed his arm at Etsuba. Wind needles began firing out of his arm rapidly until 100 needles were formed and fired at Etsuba's position. The wind clone disappeared when the ninja reverted to his human form. He was now susceptible to physical attacks, but seemed too frustrated or perhaps panicked to care because all he wanted to do was kill Etsuba.

Effect: The user forms and launches a torrent of senbon out of their arm.
Special: 'Hand Seals'
Drawback: Leaves the user drained if used more than four times in battle. Once used, the user must wait until their arm regenerates to use the technique again in battle.
Description: The user performs the required hand seals then the user will then be able to use their arm as a source to create multiple senbons. Which their arm will quickly begin to fire and create senbons out of the user's own arm at the opponent. The user is capable of creating and firing a maximum of 100 senbons in which their arm will disappear, which would then regenerate afterward. The user takes advantage of their ability to regenerate and form weapons out of their arm to use in combat.

[The Creator]

Shitakuma Ishiro listened as the ex-shinobi jumped back, cut off by Ishiro's sand jutsu. Ishiro then listened as Etsuba's ace in the hole was revealed, one that surprised the blind genin as much as the enemy himself, a fire jutsu. The wind-demons were so caught up in attacking the stronger genin that they had left their backs open to the other leaf shinobi. The wind-demon, as Ishiro had started to call him, suddenly gained physical form, an ex-shinobi. Ichiro had no time to assess the situation as the figure began to form handseals. Before the blind genin's eyes, wind needles began to form, firing at Etsuba. Ishiro quickly began to form the handseals, and he began to run towards Etsuba. Finally, he slipped in front of Etsuba, cutting off the senbon between the enemy and himself. He caught two senbon in the left arm, one in the bicep, one in the shoulder, one in the soft, fleshy part of the neck, and another in the left side of his chest. Upon finishing the handselas, however, a sand wall rose between the enemy and the two leaf ninja, cutting off the remaining senbon. Ishiro didn't know how many were able to slip and hit Etsuba by during the time he was using to make his jutsu, but right now, they were safe. A large dome, made completely of sand, surrounded the two genin. Their only weakness was if the enemy decided to maneuver through the ground.

"Nice Katon, Etsuba."

[/color] Ishiro said through grimaced teeth. Pain shot through his neck more than anything, with minor hearths of pain within his arm and chest. Breathing deeply, he tried to go through it.

Suna Hogo Sochi no Jutsu (Sand Shield)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The user slams his hands down on the ground, bringing up a large amount of sand around him into the air to block attacks. This technique is as strong as the user and is strong against those who are equal or lower in class then the user themselvs. This technique lasts for three rounds but the user is capable of gaining more time with this technique if the user keeps training into the technique. The more the user learns the longer it is capable of lasting.
Special: "Handseals" Slams their hands to the ground.
Drawback: This technique only lasts as long as the user trains into the technique. This technique also has a very large drawback which is that the user can not be within five feet away from the technique. If the user does so the technique will then fall apart.
Description: The sand Shield looks like a massive dome. As the user performs their seals and slams their hand down to the ground the sand rises up and covers the user in a massive dome of sand. The user is unable to see outside of the sand and would need the technique of the third eye in order to help the user. The massive dome condenses with the sand as the sand hardens greatly allowing a number amount of protection against the opponents who wish to do harm. This attack however is quite weak against Lightning attacks.

Etsuba lowered his hand from his face just in time to see the familiar handseals of the rogue-nin's senbon attack. This was the third time it had been performed before his eyes and now he was prepared to block his vitals with the kote that covered his forearms and knuckles. Before he could react, however, Ishiro appeared before him. He was taking the hit?! Etsuba wouldn't allow his comrade to suffer all that alone.

On pure instinct he wrapped his right arm under Ishiro's to cover his heart and lungs with the forearm and knuckle covers. His left arm bolted in front of and across the blind shinobi's face to protect him further. When the intial hail of air senbon hit they would dig into Etsuba's pronounced left shoulder and the unprotected portion of his right forearm. "Grr!" Protested the genin as pain seared towards his neck and arm as the strikes hit. Nearby, as the sand was rising around them, Etsuba's clone was struck as well. In a cloud of smoke it disappeared but as the haze cleared two more copies stood in place of the previous one.

"Nice Katon, Etsuba.""Do that underground-grab thing, I have a plan!"

A compliment? That was the first time he'd actually heard a tone of impression from his ally! Something good stirred within the genin as the words echoed in his mind and he couldn't help by smile broadly. Retreating his arms away from Ishiro he spoke softly, trying to hide the happiness he felt within. "Affirmative!" Spurred by confidence Etsuba's hands blazed through 12 handseals and he would dive into the earth, leaving his clones to stand with Ishiro in the dome.

The enemy was a straight shot ahead of them so Etsuba hurried across, waiting for the mental ping to inform him of the enemy above. He would lie in wait and follow the rogue-nin if he moved, ready to rise up and grab him when the moment was right.

Effect: By using the similarity of Doton - Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Double Suicide Decapitation Technique) the user is capable of moving through the earth and all around.

Description: The user uses the basic Doton - Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Double Suicide Decapitation Technique) as they slam down into the ground. Doing so the user is capable of moving about within the ground capable of rising, singing and capable of pushing through the very ground in multiple types of ways. This type of attack may be used so then the user may move away from the very opponent and attack at the moment's notice.

The rouge ninja continued shooting out of frustration even after dome was protecting his targets. He was hunched over and breathing heavily. Sweat dripped over his panic stricken eyes. His stare was at the dirt beneath him but was blank as he thought about nothing but his own life. He was running low on chakra, he had used far more than his enemy so at the rate the battle was going he would lose. He stood up with a stronger but forced posture. He was 5 meters from the dome of sand, his knees were bent, and he had two kunai drawn, one in each hand, both bent covering his chest in a defensive position.

He was able to witness the battle at the path and knew of Etsuba's ability to travel underground, but due to exhaustion he didn't think clearly enough. However a light bulb lit as he glanced over at the unconscious Kenta. He jumped over to Kenta and lifted his body up and supported Kena by wraping his arm under his arms and across his chest. He used his other hand to put a kunai to Kenta's neck. He wouldn't be able to hold Kenta there forever, but perhaps he could use him to get his enemy to retreat since he knew he wouldn't have time to run himself before the dome was lifted and they went on the offensive. His eyes were stuck like glue to the dome, awaiting its disablement so he could yell. "Don't move or ill kill him!"

[The Creator]

Ishiro listened as the man scampered across the earth. His form showed that he was giving in to fatigue and that he didn't have that much left within him. Ishiro dropped the dome, trying to cut him off before he was headed to--no, too late. As the sand fell, Ishiro listened to the enemy inform him that the VIP was a hostage.

Ishiro could do nothing at this point. Even if he began to form handseals, it would be too late. Ishiro frowned, at this point, the only thing that he could do was wait for Etsuba to grab him from underground.

Come on Etsuba...get him...

Etsuba clones stood behind Ishrio to his left and right. As the second clone was formed from the demise of the primary one it was likely to appear as if the original was still there when the dome came down. Both copies watched the scene in front of them, mimicking the original's motions. A stalemate was underway with Etsuba being the only one who could put the situation in check.

Etsuba followed the rogue the moment he moved and stayed underneath him. The mental ping kept him aware of the enemy's presence. Kenta was nearby, from what he could recall of the battlefield's layout. Was he the target now? Etsuba couldn't allow anything to happen to him! Not after what he had said on the outset of the mission.

Determined to save the client, Etsuba shifted himself downwards and set his feet onto the earth below. He springboarded himself upwards and erupted from the earth directly in front of the rogue, head first, and at a face-to-face distance. His eyes quickly spotted Kenta's situation and his left arm shot up to wedge his hand between Kenta's throat and the enemy's blade. He then pushed out and to the side to attempt grab the foe's forearm. All the while pain was shooting through him from the injuries sustained prior to the sand dome being raised.

Etsuba's free hand launched to the man's shoulder to try getting a grip on him. If he caught hold he would shove the rogue straight down into the hole he had made upon the exit.

[Tekato Shimura]

The rogue ninja tightened his grip on kenta as the sand dome dissipated. He saw two Etsubas and an Ishiro. This meant there was probably one real Etsuba and one clone in front of him. Just as he was about to yell out commands that would help him get away he was surprised as the real real Etsuba shot out of the ground and grabbed his hand. He struggled with Etsuba and dropped Kenta. He tried to stab the kunai into Etsuba but didn't have the strength and was overpowered. He soon after found himself in the hole Etsuba left behind, both trapped and defenseless. All hope vanished and he let his head droop in the despair of defeat.

Kenta began to gain consciousness. "Wh-where am I?" He said as he rubbed his head and looked around. He saw 3 Etsubas and Ishiro. "Who are you?" His voice was quiet and almost a mumble. He looked at the defeated ninja in the hole. "Did you come to rescue me?" Genuine confusion could be heard in his voice.

[The Creator]

Shitakuma Ishiro listened as Etsuba erupted from the ground. Fluidly moving his hands, Ishiro' partner would disable the enemy from hurting Kenta any time soon. The enemy shinobi began to collapse, from what Ishiro guessed as exhaustion. He didn't know what level of techniques that the enemy had been performing, but he supposed that he had been running on 100% for some time now. Ishiro listened as the enemy dropped his head in defeat. Ishiro quickly moved over to where Kenta, Etsuba, and the enemy were. Relief and exhaustion began to flood over him now that the adrenaline had worn off, and his arms began to feel extremely tired. He felt a soreness around his neck where the enemy had caught him with those wind-like hands.

Ishiro listened to the enemy shinobi, trapped within a hole. As Kenta began to regain consciousness and question everything, Ishiro hoped that Etsuba would deal with the VIP. Ishiro, with his left hand, quickly procured a kunai from his butt-bag. It was wrapped with a fake explosive tag that Ishiro had yet to use, and looked with blank eyes into the soul of the shinobi.

He moved the Kunai towards the enemy's neck, touching the cold metal against the enemy's soft flesh.

"Who are you? Why are you hurting this man? What did he do? Tell me what's going on. Do it or suffer a fate worse than death, friend. I am a master of genjutsu" Ishiro lied. Whatever it would take to get this man to talk. He hoped he could get to the bottom of this.
