Name - Jason, but most people on site know me as Jay, so it's probably easier just to call me that.

Experience - I've been Staff in a lot of games, and forums that are minuscule, and don't really compare to nfrp. Byond, and TCGplayer to name a couple. I was a staff member on my friends Naruto rp site, about two and a half years ago. However, it ended up shutting down, because there were no serious plans, and no direction. I've been here since about mid-August, so I know the rules, and site really well. I have a lot of leadership experience, from work, school, and various volunteer jobs over the last five years or so. I have a pretty good amount of experience in character creation, from making numerous characters, and helping other members with creating their own characters.

Additional Comments - I get along with all the staff that I know really well. As I said before, I'm on basically all day, because all my daily stuff is done before ten AM. I help a lot in the cbox, and I get along with the community pretty well in general.

I've just gone through your latest 100 posts. Nothing that indicates helping anywhere whatsoever. In fact some of those posts were of you asking questions and not answering any. Personally I feel you are not quite ready for Assistant as of yet.

You also mentioned in your application post that you have a good amount of experience in subs and stuff and that you have helped people? And that you help people in the Cbox. One: I practically live in Character Submissions and have not once seen you post in any of the bios there. And two: helping people out in the box does not count as help within the site.

If you want the title of assistant, please try posting more in bios and support and help out around the site as much as you can before reapplying again.

Contrary to what Natsumi said, helping people in the cbox DOES count as help within the site.

Personally, I know you are active and that you are on regularly. You do know your stuff and I think that you could do a good job of it. If you do happen to get denied, then just post more helping posts over the two weeks that follow and try again. But I believe that you should be accepted, therefore...

I've been going through the posts, you're helping a lot more. When it comes to helping in the Cbox that's commendable but I would like to see more "On site" help. I'll accept for a few reasons, one, you do know your stuff, 2 we do need assistants. Only reason why I didn't want to give a 3/3 or 2/2 is because I talk to you more, and I don't want anyone feeling there's a biased action. So here's the deal, help out, do what you need to do, and everything is fine. I'm a stern pain in the ass boss but I try to make things fair. So in short. 3/3, welcome aboard.
