[/b] I cried out, annoyed already that I am unable to gain a free moment to myself. The two double doors to the Takikage Tower, now officially[/i] my tower open, and the two elders who had been discussing this with me, emerge from the stone building, greeting me with tiresome eyes.

I find myself on my knees, looking up at the two adults with wary and fearful eyes. “I am ten years old!” I exclaim in a distressed tone. The elders for a moment there looked sympathetic for me, but had not moved from their post. “We are aware of that, My Lady, but no one else stepped forward for the responsibility. You must accept your fate!” The male said before offering me his hand. I decide not to take it. What will my friend Axel think? What will the village think once they find out that a pre-teen is now leading their village?[/font][/size][/ul][/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify]

Just as I was ascending a few steps to surmount the low street-rise the gigantic plant was housed upon, I heard some sort of commotion nearby. There weren't all that many people around, just the odd civilian, usually slightly in awe of any Shinobi that passed them - after all, there were few as of late. The village wasn't in a great state of affairs. It was just an accepted fact. No-one said it, or spoke of it, but everyone, in their minds, just knew it to be true. And I had heard mutterings as I strolled aimlessly that the Kage had stepped down. There had been so many disappearances lately... where had they all gone? When it came down to it, that was the reason Takigakure was down on its luck. The constant re-elections. I had heard I had even been put up for election.

Seriously, you know we ain't doin' well then. I was no diplomat.

But this disturbance, which sounded like several running footsteps, became apparent to me as I reached the fifth step and stopped at the edge of the wide platform. Underneath the tree, surrounded by what appeared to be a squad of AnBu - and those fuckers freaked me right out - was a little kid, probably not even a teen yet. Wait a sec... she was awfully familiar... I'd seen her before, talking with some guy near the tower. I forgot her name, or if I even caught it to begin with, but these AnBu looked to be harassing her. I was about to step in when I noticed two village elders approaching. Just what the hell was going down here?

I wasn't shadowed but the focus of the event was so intense no-one even noticed me just sort of chilling in that spot, hands in my pockets, till the elders approached the girl I caught their exchange.

“I am ten years old!” she cried, clearly stressed. The elders just approached all tired-like, as was the way with these sort of sage types - seriously though, what's their deal with this girl? - and one spoke calmly. “We are aware of that, My Lady, but no one else stepped forward for the responsibility. You must accept your fate!”

Okay... what? This was too weird, but they were harassing this little girl, and I wasn't just about to let her get picked on by these creepy mask guys and these old guys. I stepped forward, rather obviously, trying to catch everyone's attention. My stance wasn't aggressive, but it wasn't exactly relaxed, either.

"Whoa. Time out. What's your deal with this kid?"

I addressed the elders; fuck if I wanted the masked dude's opinions.[/justify][/ul]

[/i] girl. My golden eyes raise up to the man again as he towered over me with his offered hand.

AnBU watch the man's approach and studied his movements encase there was the possibility of a commotion occurring, but none seemed to happen. I climb to my feet without the need of the offered hand and stares up at the man angrily. “The fact that you ask me to do this is impossible! How can you force me to lead this village?!” I shout out this time, not caring if anyone was around. However, a hear the voice of a female speak from behind me.

Her tone was not augmentative, but supportive toward the one in distress. Me. I turn around at this point and notices that the AnBU's postures had changed due to the approach of the female. She was at least eight inches taller than myself and looked well into her teens. However, her gaze could easily slice through metal. But the thing that intrigued me the most were those bright green eyes. A small smile curves my lips at her stepping forward.

“This is none of your concern, madam. This is business discussed between the council and the new Takikage.” The man spoke to the green eyed woman in a somewhat firm tone. It was evident that he did not like interruptions. I had been thankful that the spotlight had been moved from me, but I had not wanted to draw any attention to myself. One of the AnBU that was positioned the closest to the orange haired woman had stepped forward in an attempt at shooing her away.[/font][/size][/ul][/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify]

Suddenly I wasn't quite as curious anymore. I was just plain mad. My brow first furrowed in something close to disbelief, then as the the officious elder spoke some bullshit about this being none of my business and the AnBu stepped forward in a kind of intimidating move - least, I think that's what it was supposed to be - my ticked-off o' meter went up several notches. A small snarl tore up my right cheek.

I took a couple of steps forward, the mannequins suddenly not so frightening, till I was almost level with the dude trying to scare me off, but I paid him little mind. The elders were the target of my speech, the first part of which I almost felt ridiculous saying. "Are you fucking kidding me? All your superiority be damned, two things. First, what the goddamn hell? If I didn't know better, I'd say this looks like you're trying to elect this girl Kage. I don't know what kind of joke that's supposed to be, but it's a pretty bad one. Second, I'm pretty sure she's not too fond of the idea. You can't force her to do that!"

My hands were still in my pockets, but I didn't need to raise my fists to seem aggressive. Whenever I felt a bit pissed at someone I simply moved my whole posture forward, using my height as my threat. Besides, my fists could be out of my pockets in a second. My right fist was still enveloped in one of my twin metal cesti. No more needed to be said.[/ul][/justify]

[/color] The masked male said in a deep toned voice. And judging from the tone of it, he did not take too kindly to having a female approach him in such a manner. I wanted to speak up, but whenever I opened my mouth no sound came forth.

But the moment the teen-aged female began shouting, they were in poor vibe to myself. She clearly had no faith in my current position, and now I realized that once hearing of my rank, her supportive nature had left her. I am deeply hurt by what she is saying and this time, my body fully turns to face her despite she is roughly ten feet away. Anger builds up from within the pit of my stomach and as she ranted about me being Takikage being nothing but a mare joke, my only reaction would be to defend myself.

“Well if you doubt me that much, why don't[/i] you run the village? How dare you shout out such hurtful things to someone when I, the subject, is standing but meters away from you?!”[/b] Tears had formed in my eyes now, my fists were beginning to curl up and my posture had become rigid. To hell what everyone else thought, if people decide to think me nothing except for a[/i] joke well I will prove them wrong!

One might think the elder weak for not replying, but the look he gave the woman who approached so rudely clearly struck a nerve. He raised his hand in silence to single the AnBU to remove the ninja from the area immediately. My cool-cut gaze went from the female to the elder at his movement. And as the AnBU stepped forward to abide the elder's command, I turn around sharply.

“STOP! No one will be removing anyone from the area! Now, I don't care if you are of great importance to the village; but you do not order AnBU about. Apparently that is my job, and if I wanted this girl gone, I would do it personally.”[/b] My outburst had stopped the AnBU before he grabbed the woman. But I had the feeling that even if I had not have spoken up, the woman would have fought back.

“And as for you, I know you don't like the fact that a kid is running the village. Do I look like I want to do this? No! But apparently I have no choice. But if you[/i] ever call me a joke again I will make you eat your words!”[/b] My tone had gone from wimpy to sharp. I don't appreciate anyone talking negative about me, especially if they have no idea who I was. “So leave her alone and get out of my site, all of you!” My last demand was directed to the AnBU surrounding the area and the elders.[/i][/font][/size][/ul][/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify]

Zhuu slowly walked the areas of the village, he was in no hurry, he never was, and he only really went on his own time. His stride had small purpose, his head was in the clouds, admiring the sky and waterfalls that spotted the entire village. The village was an excellent place for him, so much water, that he could defend himself, it was a strategical nightmare for those who used fire. He wasn't a fan of fire. Zhuu looked down one street, and then down the other to his left. This is as good a time as any to try it out. The skill he learned while fighting Mizuki. Well, not fighting, it was training, and he almost hurt her that time, he wouldn't do that again.

Closing his eyes he focused and then suddenly opened his eyes, sharp veins etched around his eyes, and with it his vision became sharper, keener, everything was visible know. 360 degrees around him. Zhuu moved through the streets once more, but it was not his eyes that caught trouble, it was the sound. People, raised voices, female. Zhuu had luck sometimes, maybe this was it acting up once again. Zhuu's movements became slightly faster, it was not as if he was rushing, it was more along the lines that he used his long legs to take larger steps.

Coming to the scene ahead of him he turned the corner, he was facing the back of a small girl, another female was facing the child, and then two older fellows. Zhuu recognized them for the village elders, it was not dislike that he felt for them, merely a lack of happiness. It sounded better in his head, he wasn't fond of Authority, often because they abused it. Zhuu listened intently.

“Well if you doubt me that much, why don't you run the village? How dare you shout out such hurtful things to someone when I, the subject, is standing but meters away from you?!

Zhuu could feel the hurt that echoed through the small girl. So she was the Kage. Well that was easy. The world seemed filled with hate and bitterness, he had to fight the urge to leave right then, though the same urge to stay was just as strong. Not because he had business with the Kage, but because his heart seemed to cry for the girl. The human soul was far more than complex, but it didn't take a genius to know that it was fragile.

Zhuu moved forward slowly, the ANBU had known his precense, Zhuu simply nodded slightly. If killers could be given rank in the world, then they would be gods. He was taller than these girls, as well as the elders, he always was. Zhuu waited patiently, his eyes rested on the Kage, she was angry, but he could feel the sadness that was not far behind that anger.

“So leave her alone and get out of my site, all of you!"

“Oh?” he mused outloud, “But I was hoping to have a few words with you...Kage-chan” his voice was warm and soothing, his smile even warmer as it took in the Kage when she turned to look at him.

[/b] said the AnBu closest to me. The fire of my adrenaline crumbled to ash any fear I had felt at their presence. I turned my head slowly to him, and uttered, almost inaudibly, two simple words.

"Fuck. Off."

Of course, I was fully prepared to punch him in the face, and I had almost gone through with it before the little girl - village leader, should I say, the fuckers - spoke aloud. Something had cued a full-on rant from her.

“Well if you doubt me that much, why don't you run the village? How dare you shout out such hurtful things to someone when I, the subject, is standing but meters away from you?!” she almost shrieked, her voice rising in pitch. I gazed at her as she spoke, my face impassive. Hurtful? Did she want the position now? Had I completely misjudged what was going on here? No way. Bullshit. She'd been crying seconds ago.

My gaze flicked up as one of the elders raised a hand nonchalantly and the AnBu dude made a move toward me. I turned a gaze on him that told him plainly that whatever he was thinking of doing, he would regret it. My teeth gritted. My hand could be at his face in the next second -

“STOP! No one will be removing anyone from the area! Now, I don't care if you are of great importance to the village; but you do not order AnBU about. Apparently that is my job, and if I wanted this girl gone, I would do it personally.”

I froze, milliseconds from tearing the masked man to shreds. But it seems the verbal tirade wasn't over.

“And as for you, I know you don't like the fact that a kid is running the village. Do I look like I want to do this? No! But apparently I have no choice. But if you ever call me a joke again I will make you eat your words! So leave her alone and get out of my -" But at this, I had to intervene. I wasn't sure what I'd said that had offended her - I seemed to be pretty good at doing that to people - but I was about to correct this girl. Rose, was that her name?

"Listen, kid! Don't think you have to lead the village just because these idiots say you have to! It's not right. Hell it's probably illegal! Be a Kage? No-one your age should have to do that! Fuck even I would be pretty young in that position." I tried to tell her these things, my voice vehement. After all, what right did they have? A thought struck me then. I froze in place. "But not as young..."

I turned to the old guy. I would not let them have their way with this girl. She didn't deserve to have the weight of an entire village on her shoulders. That was just fucked up. Surely there was someone else? "Look, elders. Guys. There has to be someone else for this position - anyone. One of these dudes?!" - I waved my hand around at the posse of four, all looking as though they were ready to deal with me at any moment - "Some other Shinobi? Me?! Just anyone. You can not put her through this, and if you do, by god are you heartless. For her sake, just freakin' choose someone else."

At that moment, there was a voice from behind me. I half-turned to see who it was. “Oh? But I was hoping to have a few words with you...Kage-chan”[/ul][/justify]

[/i] you also Takikage at some stage? Yet you apply for the rank again after you so hastily threw it away? You are not worthy of such a responsibility! Young Rosalie here, is another story, we have been watching her for quite some time now, and she fits the rank above most people.”[/color] The man said, his voice forced to soften. His words were also said purposely to hurt the opposing woman.

I turn around to that, completely surprised by his words. Despite my displeasing look could almost match the teens mouth. “You were[/i] watching me? What are you, some kind of sick pervert?!”[/b] I say bitterly. I had not forgotten what he said about the woman's previous rank, and it was cruel enough to say it. But before I got to that, I found my body turning around toward the male who had approached and I smiled weakly. It was the best I could do despite what had been going on. “I hope you don't mind waiting for a few minutes, sir.” I say shakily before turning around to face the woman again.

“I'm sorry for my outburst earlier. What you were saying, I took the wrong way. I also apologize for the rude behavior of the grumpy guy behind me. What he said to you was completely uncalled for.” I say wholeheartedly. And I truly meant it. Despair suddenly swept me off my feet and made me feel awful for shouting in the middle of this. Tension within the air was so thick it was a shock that everyone was still breathing. I don't want enemies, especially those toward me. I cannot live with having people who dislike me. It's no life to life especially with the number of Shinobi currently listed.[/i][/font][/size][/ul][/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify]

Zhuu stood motionless, there was a lot of anger here, it clouded the air like a mist. This village had many emotions, they ran deep like a jagged scar. His eyes moved from each of them and then back again. This was a dangerous situation, for many reasons. The girl turned to him and spoke, she had been crying and it made his heart give a sharp pain inside him. Suddenly a blood thirst rose inside him and he violently buried it deep inside himself, a boiling acid being fought down with fire. He shook his head, clearing his thoughts as he answered, the inner conflict unknown to those who could not read his eyes.

“S-sure....” Zhuu sat down slowly, crossing his legs and placing his palms on his knees. Closing his eyes he focused inside, smoothing the tides that would not settle. “Politics” he muttered under his breath. Zhuu couldn't afford to get involved, not with the village elders and the kage herself in the same place, attracting the attention of either was undesirable. Getting heavily involved in the village was to be avoided, being forgotten was what he preferred. He wanted to be a ghost, he wanted to be forgotten, nothing special or unique about himself to imprint that could be remembered. However, the problem was that he himself was easy to remember.

Zhuu was a patient man, he recognized situations that needed no more fuel to its fire. A stressed out Kage. Angry Elders. A loose canon girl. And ANBU. Everything about this situation made his mind scream at him to just walk away. Its not your concern. But at the same time, his heart cried out to the girl before him that was in this predicament, forced into something that was not chosen by herself, he could relate to that, and he had to fight the urge to help her. A ghost.....Your a ghost, he thought to himself. He needed out of this village, take a break, perhaps travel? Maybe train somewhere far away?

The Kage and elders may remember him after this little encounter, and if he disappeared, he would fade to memory, and then rumor. Zhuu only hated three things in his life.....His heart was the first, and not being able to deny it. Zhuu sat motionless still, eyes closed in a focused meditation, he had an endless amount of patience, but his ears were still attentive.

So it had been true. Well, partially. Had I been elected at some point, only to be discarded instantly? Oh, I sensed a weak spot there. And I was about to exploit it.

"And who made the decision that I was to be leader of the village? You, I presume? That just further proves my point. First 'someone like me' gets the job, then a small girl. What next, you going to assign the job to your cat?" My anger still boiled inside, and my hands had finally found their way from my pockets; I now clenched them hard at my side in a desperate bid to restrain myself. Physically at least. Fuck, I didn't give a damn if these geezers threw me in jail. As far as I was concerned I was the voice of reason here, and in this position, was I that far from the truth?

Rose seemed to have regained herself, if that was even her name. I wouldn't ask at this time. "“You were watching me? What are you, some kind of sick pervert?!” I was still standing their shakily as she spoke. It seemed at least now she and I had a mutual enemy. But the elders did not look scared, or even quelled; merely affronted and disapproving. If there was one manner I hated, it was superiority. "My thoughts exactly." I couldn't help putting in.

“I'm sorry for my outburst earlier. What you were saying, I took the wrong way. I also apologize for the rude behavior of the grumpy guy behind me. What he said to you was completely uncalled for.” Rose would apologize to me then. It was a little surprising, but it wasn't necessary. "You have nothing to apologize for." I said simply. As soon as my gaze turned to one of the ever-present AnBu or the elders my gaze was like fire; but the little girl was obviously scared, and close to the edge. The heat left my gaze as I turned to her instead. I was dimly aware of the new arrival making a similar attempt to calm himself in the background, seemingly neutral in this confrontation.

"Look. Kid. Rose, that's your name, right?" I said, not waiting for a reply. "Listen. I'm Kaoru, if you don't remember. We met outside this building before, with that other guy, remember?" - I obviously met the Kage's establishment, not the only structure of not around here - "Look. For some reason, these idiots are in charge, no matter how sick or stupid they may be." - I would pretty much just be ignoring the elders at this point, whatever they did or said - "You're just going to have to go through with this, I suppose. But if you need anything; favors, help, shit even advice, you come find me. Or something. Don't let these shitheads control you." There was menace in my voice as I spoke of them; in my eyes, they were entirely and utterly despicable. But I thought it time to make my exit.

The AnBu closest to me didn't look as if he wanted me to get off so easily, but I turned to him, raised my metal-gloved hand, and gave him the finger. I didn't think any further gesture was necessary.

This big ol' tree. I knew where I was going from here. I turned and walked past the weird blue guy who had basically just been standing behind passively the whole time. He was sitting in a meditative position, as if trying to control himself. As if he was trying to control some sort of rage. "You too, huh?" I said quietly as I passed him. He could interpret that however he wanted.

"Bye, Takikage-sama." I said almost sadly, just before I was out of earshot.

The elders looked at this ninja with slight disgust as she walked out of the room saying a barley audible good bye to the Kage.  As the elders stood staring at the door one of them soon called something. "Hey you come in here I know you have been out there for a while."The elder was responded to with a quite and mumbled "Shit.". Ethan walked into the room.  The dirty blonde Genin stood in the office with a look of guilt on his face.

Ethan had actually been there the whole time.  He had planned to ask for something to do but heard some yelling. So instead of doing something Ethan had decided to stand right outside the door.  Ethan was just as stunned as most likely all the other people were that he wasn't called out earlier.  Most surprising to Ethan was the fact this new person somehow didn't notice him standing right outside the door .

With nothin else to say and being caught Ethan said the one thing that flew to his mind. "So are you creepy old geezers watching me two?".Ethan immediately slapped himself in the face this was not going to help him get out of trouble. Trying to recover Ethan asked a new question this one directed at the Takikage.  "So what was your name again?I think maybe it was Ro something.".  Ethan could tell he might be a little screwed here. He had no excuse and the truth just made him and the anbus look stupid. One more attempt to save himself Ethan asked."Well sooooo um well.....I...um... screw it its a fail on your part for not noticing me and this didn't sound secret.". And instead of saving himself Ethan had just completely ruined his situation.

[/i] Odd fellow... He seemed the disturbed type because while my attention was upon him, he appeared to be struggling to contain something. And what was up with his appearance? I have never seen such a odd looking man before. Nevertheless, I can easily find out later.

My attention turned back to the teen who I had threatened earlier on, and it seemed as if she was arguing with the elder and that the spotlight had left me once again. And as they argued, my gaze continued to exchange from the elder to the teen as she mentioned about her time as Takikage. So many Shinobi from Takigakure were in my position, but I don't believe anyone was as young as I was, and to a point I don't think any of them will understand.

I was gaping slightly at the words said, and to be honest, the green eyed woman made perfect sense by what she was saying. The elder seemed to have a little difficulty in replying to her at first and glanced over to his partner – who had had no part in the argument whatsoever – for advice. The other elder sighed and stepped forward and was about to say something when the woman began talking directly to me.

Her interest in the elders words was little to none at all and the argument was changed into a more lighter subject. She obviously wasn't angry about my outburst earlier on which I was pleased for. And had introduced herself as Kaoru and that we had met earlier on. I remember her face but had not gotten her name due to hurrying off to the event of the previous Kage before the last one. “I'm Rosalie. Rosalie Salt. And yes, I do remember you, I just didn't stay long enough to ask for your name.” I reply just as she was pulling the AnBU the fingers before leaving.

My attention then went back to the elders. “Please go back to my office. There are things that we need to discuss.” I say matter-of-factly and walking toward the gentleman sitting on the ground before they were given the chance to respond. I also noticed another male standing by the doorway to the tower, he had said something about my name but I didn't quite catch it. I had stopped mid-stride and stared at him. “Is there something you need?” I ask him. He didn't look any older than myself actually.

As the two elders walked past the male standing in the doorway, augmenting between themselves I approached the shark-man and stood over him. “So what can I do for you?”[/font][/size][/ul][/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify]

Walking around town, I had the day off from chores around my house so I had free time. My feet felt the soft breeze run through my toes and around each of them. My hands were tucked into the opposite side of my kimono as I was enjoying a wonderful afternoon. What made my day better was the almost inaudible sounds of a waterfall. My stomach full from the lunch my mom had made me half an hour ago as I walked around with a smile from a full tummy. I hadn't been on a peaceful walk like this in awhile, perhaps a week or two at most, but that was still quite awhile.

A few minutes into my walk, I heard what almost sounded like the word "Takikage" being said by someone. I wondered what all this was all about so I followed my ears to the direction where I heard it being said. As I walked towards that sound's location, I began to daydream and look at the surroundings. I had never really paid attention to the sights of the village like this. However, I snapped out of it as I approached the area where the sound came from: the Takikage tower. "I wonder what is going on here today. I had just passed someone who seemed to be walking away from here but I paid little attention to the passerby." I'd say with a puzzled look on my face.

As I removed my hands from the warmth of the kimono's sleeves, I looked at the entrance and saw two old people, a boy in the doorway, a shark guy sitting down, and a little girl standing over the shark guy. Then, the two old people went back in past the boy at the door. Before wondering about the outside, I'd go inside to see what was going on with the two old people. Old people usually made the rules for the village and everything like that.

Approaching the doors, I bypassed the boy sitting next to the door, nodding at him with a smile as a way to communicate "Excuse me." through my body language. Inside the tower, I was amazed at the appearance of the inside as this had been my first time that I could look at it with shock and awe in my expression. I quickly snapped back to reality as I realized the two old people were gone. I was going to ask them what was going on, but since they had gone, perhaps the two outside the door would know since I heard them talk to the most.

As I turned around, I went out the other door. Taking another look at the boy at the door, I nodded at him before leaving the tower. Taking a seat to the side of the door I had just come out of, waiting for the the girl and shark man to get done before he asked the shark man what was going on.

Zhuu heard much that was going on, and he could feel the new presences in the air, he could see there chakra, and with his eyes activated everyone around him new or old, was in his sights even now.

“So what can I do for you?” A voice spoke to him.

Zhuu's eyes slowly opened, any and all struggle that had been, vanished as if nothing had happened at all. It was replaced by a calm and serene exterior, while his eyes had interest and amusement, something always playful or mischievous to be sure. He did not stand, but simply still sat cross legged, he did not need to stand, he didn't want to make this girl feel even smaller than she might have felt with his titan like form. “Yes, Rosalie-chan” his face went serious suddenly, his voice was matching it stride for stride, it sounded agitated now. Though the word “chan” added seemed strange for his tone.

“This matter is of the utmost importance, and needs to be addressed now” he continued. His eyes shifted left and then right, the people in the doorway a good ways away from them. Zhuu leaned in slowly, as if it was the best kept secret in the village, his hand covering his right side of his mouth so the words could not be read. Keeping his voice down low, words meant for the Kage only, “I would like a smile” the seriousness of his face and voice shattered with the teasing and amusing grin that now spread across his lips, the entirety of his serious outlook an act.

Zhuu was never serious, life was too serious to be serious after all. “Rosalie-chan, I can't much give an account for what had happened here today” he explained rubbing the back of his neck lazily, his voice was caring, warm his words were relaxed and un-rushed. “The has sun has set on this subject whether your age is appropriate or not for the job, but whether they like it or not, your still just a kid and Ill enjoy reminding the elders as much as you that being kid needs to be fun” he grinned still.

“So, whether its an honest opinion, or honest advice, feel free to ask me anytime you wish. Sure, the two other males in the doorway will overhear what I have just said, but in time I will grow up to understand that I am Takigakure's leader. But right now, I am only Rosalie Salt. "But I haven't got your name yet.. What is it?"

Once the shark-man gives me his name I will shake his hand before turning toward the two awaiting males in the doorway and puts on the best smile as I could manage at this point. Knowing that as soon as I enter a room on my own with no other people to see me, I will cry and huddle in a corner until I feel better. But for now, I need to be strong and not a wimpy girl that everyone expects to see in me. “I don't believe I have properly introduced myself. Uh.. I'm Rosalie Salt. Apparently your new Takikage...” I say weakly and lowers my gaze to the feet of the two gentlemen who stood before me.[/i][/font][/size][/ul][/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify]

This girl was the new Takikage? Wasn't she a bit too young to be the Takikage? I always thought that old people were made Takikage while the youth are able to enjoy the youth of their lives as ninjas or whatever. However, I didn't want to be mean about her introduction to me as I bowed to her, my hands at my sides before introducing myself. "H-H-Hello Miss R-R-Rosalie. I am Nakajima Koike. I-I-I hope I'm meeting the new Takikage under good circumstances." I'd say a bit nervous, hoping she would be fine with my introduction. I also had another reason for coming here besides wanting to see who the fuss was about. My parents wanted me to learn different fighting styles of the world, so I also came to ask permission to go seek out the Tensora master of the Heaven style. According to my mom, that was where I should start first to discipline my body.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote][/ul][/justify]

She did smile, and he was glad, the redness in her cheeks made him smile even more broadly. Zhuu often never treated people of rank the way he should, just as he would expect of people who ever wanted him to become a leader, he would still only want to be called simply Zhuu.

"But I haven't got your name yet.. What is it?"

Taking her hand in his own, he made sure that he was more than gentle, her small hands being dwarfed by his own. “Zhuu, Zhuu Hoshigaki” he answered her. Watching her go to the others at the doorway he couldn't help but feel a little sorry for her, but only for all the people that she would have to meet and be courtesy too. Zhuu had always been polite, but even then he couldn't say it was him being polite, but simply acting the way he wanted too, it Zhuu being Zhuu, nothing more, nothing less. The younglings at the door were quite young as well, he was surprised a little, and wondered if everyone ninja was so young. Zhuu was aware that he had entered the ninja game later than others, mostly because of the Hoshigaki clans trainings and small missions.

Thoughts instantly tried to rise but were strangled downward once again. His eyes watched Rosalie walk to the others at the door, his hand went to his pocket to the small slip of paper, that was when he realized he had forgotten all about the mission that he sought the Kages original approval. Zhuu stood slowly, giving his back and neck a much needed crack as he bent himself backward and forward, walking slowly to where Rosalie was talking, Zhuu stood to her right, slowly behind her. His eyes were directed slightly downward at the two. His hand took the slip of paper out and her analyzed it, the mission could be dangerous.....but he was sure that he could handle whatever came at them should things go astray. Nakajima, he said his name was, he seemed rather nervous of some sort.

“Of course you are youngling, its a fine day with good spirits” he grinned, “Only the....Seasoned” he paused, referring to the old elders, “make the Serious even more serious than it should be” Zhuu kneeled down beside her, so his eye level could be even with her own. Holding out the small slip of paper to her, “I forgot to ask, I need your permission it seems for this mission Rosalie-chan” he said simply, using his other hand her brought his lips close to her ear in a whisper. “We were looking for a third for this mission as well.......I don't suppose your looking for an excuse to leave the village now are you?” she didn't have to look at his face then to know he was grinning, it was all over the tone of his voice.

Ethan sat there somewhat terrified at the consequences that he could be stuck with.  Ethan was suprised when he heard the Takkikage greet him and tell him her name. Thank god apparently she didn't hear what happened.  She greeted him and another guy next to him as well as some weird blue dude saying her name was Rosalie Salt.

Ethan watched slightly confused as the boy next to him stammered out a greeting then the blue guy leaned in close to her. He of course being polite waited for the blue guy to finish talking and Ethan introduced himself ."Ok Well what's up Ms.Rose no offense but I'm not much for formalities and hope your aren't either because I'm defiantly one guy who won't be calling you Ms Kage the all mighty .". Ethan chuckled and continued."I see you more as a peer at the moment our age and stuff plus you have proven nothing to me not that I don't respect you I like people to show me why I should respect them . My name is Ethan and I'm glad to meet our new all powerful leader.". Ethan said that extending his hand.

Ethan was totally aware of the fact he was skating on thin ice but he didn't care.  He was testing this new leader seeing if she acted like the child both of them are just testing her emotional response.  As well as Ethan felt the need to state what most were thinking. He didn't want to hurt this girl in anyway simply wondered what the truth would make her do.  Now the handshake that was just idiotic that was practically inviting her to break his hand.  But it didn't matter soon Ethan would have the answers to his test .

[/b] I say respectfully and a mid bow. And at the same time, the male with the shark appearance had called himself Zhuu Hoshigaki. Three people I have met so far, a female with orange hair and two males; one with blue skin and the other with a loosened Kimono.

Zhuu had then began speaking once again, his voice startling me slightly but upon his pause, his tone had dropped to a more quieter one as if he was directing his next few words to the person beside him, me. His large frame had knelled beside me then so that I would not have to look so high up just to meet his gaze. Zhuu was asking my permission for something and had given me a slip. My small hand takes it from him and flips it around so I was able to read it.

A simple B ranked mission was his request. My eyes scan the ink on the parchment and nods slowly only to overhear him asking if I was wanting to accompany him. The last request had come in a whisper, the warmth of his breath against my ear and neck as he spoke. My body shivers slightly before I look up at him. “Sure! I'd love to come!” I say a little too loudly. No one has actually asked me to come with them on a mission before.

But once Zhuu had finished talking, and with the slip still within my grasp, the other male beside Nakajima began speaking his introduction. His name appeared to be Ethan. His first brief intro was finished by a small chuckle before he continued to speak. I smiled slightly because being formal[/i] was actually something I was brought up to doing. But I continued to remain quiet until he stopped speaking.

Should I have taken offense to what he just said? Surely anyone could tell my face had hardened slightly and the outline of my jaw tensed from beneath my skin. Ethan had offered his hand at this point and to be honest, I felt about breaking it. “Haven't proven anything to you?” I say, my voice a little bitten. I leave Zhuu's side and struts up the stairs before aggressively accepting Ethan's outstretched hand in a tight grip before pulling him close to my face sharply.

“Well I guess I'll just have to work on that, now won't I?” I say in a sarcastic tone before releasing his hand to give his cheek a few soft taps before taking a step back from him. My distance from Zhuu was roughly three feet while I stood exactly twelve inches away from Ethan and Nakajima. Despite my body was more closer toward the boy I had just grabbed, I could easily reach out and touch the stammering male wearing the Kimono.[/font][/size][/ul][/blockquote][/blockquote][/justify]

[/i] I remember being told by my father. This was also a good chance to see the new takikage in action. However, I had to wait to see if she wanted to go along as she walked towards him.

Waiting for her to scan it, I was standing calmly next to the other boy as I heard her say that she'd love to come. With that, I was about to ask to be invited but the other boy started to introduce himself. Closing my mouth again, he would introduce himself and then say he wanted to see if she was a capable leader. I waited for a moment before looking Rosalie. Some of what was said had gotten to her as her face showed signs of it. Fearful of what was going to happen, I waited to see her reaction as he approached him while responding. Taking his hand, I saw her pull Ethan, the boy, close to her face and respond sarcastically to his wanting to see her in action.

Before I could say anything, I waited for the conversation to be done with. Seeing her pat his cheek a few times before stepping back a little, I then began to open up my mouth. "Umm... If you don't mind, may I come along? I would enjoy seeing our new Takikage in action, if you don't mind it." I'd say smiling, hoping she'd allow me to go. If not, then it was fine, I could wait to see her skills in action. I didn't mean it in a mean way, just would like to see her amazing skill in action.[/blockquote][/size][/blockquote][/ul][/justify]
