Experience:

Well, as most people seem to remember, I was an Assistant here for a while before. I didn't screw up much. I think, honestly, I was fairly good at my job. It was quite the responsibility, and much of it was new to me, but I think I pretty much filled my staff-quota. I quit staff after a bit because my muse was virtually non-existent and I needed a break from NFRP. I know all the functions of proboards, having used them for years. And I'm pretty much a Veteran of the site.

Also, I've been involved with several new forum projects, an admin on most, such as Hotaru's Pokemon Site, now dead, and a couple that never really got underway. So there's that.

Roleplay Experience:

I never really understood why IC experience was required to be listed for an OOC position. But hey, I don't mind.

Additional Comments: Well most of you guys already know me. If anyone says '5 help posts in last 100', well, it really isn't necessary. Lack of help is demotion material, right? The fact is, there aren't all too many staff these days. I've been here forever. I know my stuff. Give me three questions, I can prove it. All I'm asking is another shot at the job. That's cool with everyone, right?

I'm aware of you being an assistant before, I recognize the name. And you are correct; no mistakes as far as I've seen when you've posted in a few threads.

I honestly thought you were a pretty good assistant when you had the title, and was actually quite disappointed when you left.

Mmmmm, going to be honest here. Really hesitant on saying yes. Last time you left without saying a thing for over a month or two before we were forced to actually demote you. Also last time you were staff you didn't seem up to it and had a lot of issues.

Not totally. But I don't really recall any issues besides that one argumentative thread about 'things needing to change' last time, and well, pretty much everyone was 'tense' in that thread to put it lightly. I wasn't the most extreme there. Pretty much everyone kept their job. That might be what you're referring to.

Also, I reckon I did more than some staff at the time did. It was my first time as staff, and I'll be honest, the responsibility was weighty when I first started. I stuck to the basic stuff. That's more or less an Assistant's job, right? Especially a new one. Yes my muse flatlined. Utterly. I should have said something. I'm very sorry. Hopefully it won't happen again. No, it won't happen again. At the very least not in the manner it did (RL sucks sometimes, am I right?).

No offense, I'm sure the reasons are just, but the HMs are overall inactive at the moment Heero. So it's up to you, I suppose.

Just, at the moment, I don't see how anyone has anything to lose by having another staffer on the team.
