I was actually a Hokage for a while too, I think like three or four months. I've created my own site that last for a little while. I've made Customs for this Site, I was the original creator of the Konoha Military Police Force and I've created a great Summoning Family.

Additional Comments: Honestly I really just want to help out the site. I'm a tried and true veteran who has stayed with the site for years and years and I'm not leaving anytime soon. I'm probably not very well known by many people but I believe my RP has always been solid. I have lots of ideas for events. I really want to form a better tightly knit community of people here and I believe that can be done through great Events and fun plots. I'm out of College now and I'm looking for work as a Teacher; that means I'll be home everyday by 3 or so and I always keep a tab of this site open, refreshing it every couple of minutes. So if you accept me, that's awesome I'll get to work starting up an awesome plot that includes lots of ninja that have a lot of fun RPing. If you don't accept me thats cool too, I'll wait for a little while before applying again because I seriously do want to help out the site.

NEWS OF THE WORLD: The Story so Far

For one hundred and fifty years, the position of the Hot Water Daimyo has been under the absolute control of a single family. Known as the Jinkun Dynasty, these people have contributed to the incredible division of wealth of the people of the Hot Springs Country. The government and class system of the Hot Springs Country is ruled by a system known as the "Ancient Regime." Years and years ago when the Country was first created it was decided that only a small group of people known as Royalty could rule over the people. The group just under the royalty were known as aristocrats, and the group under them were simply known as poor.

One hundred years ago the Jinkun Family officially took control. They were an aristocratic Family that were related to the Royal Family, but when the Daiymo of the Hot Springs could produce any male heirs, it fell to this Family to provide one. It was thus that the reign of Louis Jinkun I began. As a ruler Louis was concerned with keeping the status quo, keeping the aristocracy happy and the classes where they should be. He ruled for thirty years before passing on the title of Daimyo to his son, also named Louis. He became Louis Jinkun II. This ruler was one who decided he wanted to change the status of the country, he wanted to rid the Hot Springs of its Ancient Regime and bridge the gap between the rich and the poor.

Louis II was not liked among the royalty and he quickly took ill and died, although many believe he was murdered. His son took control and so on and so forth through the ages, the Jinkun Family rulers became more and more removed from their subjects in their Grand Halls and Great Palaces. They could care less about the people of the Hot Springs and only concentrated on becoming more wealthy. It was that way until twenty years ago when Louis Jinkun IV took control. He decided to tour the Country to see the people of the Hot Springs. But when he saw thousands of people starving, barely keeping themselves clothed, and pleading for his help, Louis IV became so disgusted that he wanted nothing to do with the poor. He decided he wanted only royalty and aristocracy to populate the country.

It was around this time, when things were looking especially bad for the poor of the Hot Springs that two men entered it's borders from the Eastern Sea. These two men docked just outside a small port town and set their vessel aflame to distract the Night Watch while they escaped into the forests of the Hot Springs Country. These two mean each had a special mission that they needed to complete if they wanted to please their Master. One man was to journey around the Country, and slowly drum up support for rebellion. The other was to visit the Daimyo and become a trusted adviser to both the current Daiymo and his Heir. These two men parted ways wordlessly, and would not see each other again for some time.

For twenty years these men slowly and methodically completed the objectives of their Missions. The first man, known only as Martin, traveled to the Capital and used his knowledge of the world to become first a tutor of the Daiymo Heir and then an adviser to the Daimyo himself. He agreed with the Daiymo's marginalizing of the poor and pushed him to do more. Slowly he wrapped his long fingers around the Jinkun Family and twisted them. The second man known only as "The Good Man," visited small towns around the periphery of the country where people were most in need. He gave speeches and gained a band of trusting followers whose only goal was to rebel against the Daimyo.

The causes of what would eventually be called the "Hot Springs Revolt," are extremely far reaching. It started with a depression in the Country that threatened the lifestyles of the royalty, Martin the adviser pressed the Daimyo to raise taxes in response. The Good Man spoke out in town squares against the taxes. The next step was a famine in the Country; when Martin advised the Daimyo to do nothing, The Good Man gave out money and food to the poor and cursed the Daimyo for not helping. Finally, an more peaceful offshoot of The Good Man' organization decided to invoke an ancient law that would call for a General Congress. This Congress would allow the royalty, the clergy, and the rest of the Hot Spring people to meet and restructure the government. Martin advised the Daimyo not to attend and The Good Man ordered his troops to boycott this peaceful assembly, telling them it was almost time to come to arms.

However, the Daiymo decided to attend the Congress, against Martin's wishes. He had had enough and wanted to parley with his people before things broke out into violence. Martin was happy that everything was going exactly as planned. When the Daimyo arrived at the Congress he was assassinated by what looked like a member of the lower classes of the Hot Springs. In reality it was Martin himself, in disguise. After this act Martin himself crowned the new Daimyo, Louis V who didn't waste anytime before breaking up the Congress and declaring Martial Law on the Country. He deployed his troops across the Country in expectation for a fight.

The Good Man would not disappoint. He made a rousing speech in the second largest city of the Hot Spring Country, and led his troops to their first battle. The Battle of the Springs was less like a battle and more like a slaughter. The Good Man led his troops to one of the largest hot springs resorts in the Country and let his troops murder and pillage as they willed. They hunted down the aristocracy that were staying there and killed them en masse. After this point, the revolution officially started. Louis V realized he would need to treat this rebellion seriously. His troops answered for the Battle of the Hot Springs with the Battle of the Red Waters. The Battle of the Red Waters broke out in the largest port city of the country, during the Battle the Daimyo's troops were quelling a small riot when agents of The Good Man's Army pushed the people over the edge. The troops answered by running the people into the sea, forcing many to drown or face the line of troops bearing weapons.

After these two battles were over, both the Daimyo and The Good Man realized they would need some help winning. They sent emissaries out to every Kage in the world, asking for ninja to help with the cause.

  In any other Country and any other time, Louis V would have been a great ruler. He is generally kind and caring, but he has been warped by the influence of Martin. His tutor and his father's adviser has been teaching Louis V to be merciless and power hungry. Furthermore, Louis's vision is clouded by the death of his father that he thinks was perpetrated by a member of the lower classes when it was really perpetrated by Martin. Louis depends on Martin to tell him what to do, something the slippery adviser is always happy to do.

  To some, this man is the embodiment of evil, although he hides this fact very well. Martin chuckles a lot, at some joke that he is the only person that is privy to. Martin can look very different to many people, which allows him to blend in and go unnoticed until he wants you to notice him.

While he does feel sadness and anger for the plight of the poor he is committed to justice and wants to bring in the leaders of the rebellion, by force is necessary.

  One the outside Alton hates that all the young people of the Good Man's Army call him Old Timer, but on the inside he secretly likes the fact that the young people look up to him. Alton is a bitter old man who does not like to be disturbed. He is also an amazing strategist and works with The Good Man to defeat the troops of the Daimyo. Although Alton is not as passionate as The Good Man and other troops, he does want to see the country changed.

  Alton is a very old man who joined The Good Man's Army early on, thus he is nicknamed Old Timer. He was originally a member of the aristocracy, and reached the level of General but was discharged from the Armed Forces for refusing to arrest criminals who were stealing food to keep themselves from starving. He was sought out by The Good Man as a great strategist and ally.

  Ken was born into the world and quickly dropped off at an orphanage. he never knew his parents and when he was old enough the orphanage put him out on the streets to fedn for himself because they didn't have enough room or food for the younger children. Ken was the perfect person for The Good Man to recruit because he was just waiting for something like this to happen.

The boy has the uncanny ability to be in the right place at the right time, right in the middle of the action. He was at the Hot Springs Resort at the Battle of Hot Springs and he was at the Battle of the Red Water. Ryu was drawing the scene at both battles, marking casualties, and writing a report of the battle. It seems Ryu knows everything about the conflict.

  Ryu was born into a well do to Family of the new "Middle Class" people who are not poor but not aristocracy. Ru was raised by a business man father who made sure Ryu understood that facts and figures can conquer everything else.
