Time. Ticking down through the hourglass, it slowly falls... Its grains dripping through the narrow tube of life. Something that held entertainment, yet wasn't meant to last... That is what is held in hand, and lets you learn. These hundred years have passed since the death of a legend, a... King. With a life long of hardship, he overcame all expectations, and earned his dream. Yet, that chapter is long lost in the pages... And now, a new page has begun, and the sands of time yet again run... The future it untold, yet it can be controlled with the sands of today.
A war is coming to a close... A war born from the thirst of power that radiates from Iwagakure, in the time of weakness that was held in Kumogakure. None know if it will last or if it will truly close. Yet, other things have come into mind... The world, with Bijuu no longer in it, has become... Barren. The Bijuu's power that was formerly held is no longer here, and from it, villages that were so dependant on them have fallen into utter weakness, and are at the mercy of the villages that went by without them. Smaller wars constantly break out, and the chaos spreads slowly past every gate of order...
And as this chaos seems to be dying a new danger arises. Word of a new group of rogue ninja formed together for a purpose unknown. With these rumors being true of fake strikes a fear of the unknown throughout the land, and when troublesome things take place it is the rumors that are thought of, the rumors that may hold the truth, the rumors that in this new time, this new era holds a threat that could once again send the nations into panic.
