After finishing their daily stroll in the park, Kanae called Gracie over to her. They walked together for a little while until they found a large open space that was more secluded. Kanae turned to face Gracie and said, “We’ve grown really close over the paest couple of weeks.” “Arf!” Gracie responded, affirming Kanae’s statement. Kanae smiled. “I want to start taking you on missions with me, but first we have to work on our teamwork.”
“To improve our teamwork, we need to know each other’s jutsus like our own. You’ve been with me while I’ve trained new jutsus, but I haven’t really seen you use any of yours. Why don’t we start with your Detect Good and Detect Evil. Whenever we pass someone, you can bark if you detect good and growl if you detect evil. How does that sound?”
“Woof!” Gracie responded, which meant that she thought the plan sounded great. Kanae and Gracie began walking along the outskirts of the park. Kanae didn’t want them to run into too many people at once – that would be harmful to their communication. After a while, they passed a lady jogging. Gracie barked and the woman glanced at us, but otherwise didn’t pay any attention to what we were doing.
“Good girl!” Kanae praised Gracie. A short bark didn’t seem to draw much attention. Depending on how the growl worked, they might have to change the signal. The next couple of people they passes were all good according to Gracie. Kanae wasn’t discouraged though. They were bound to run into someone evil sooner or later.
Sure enough, about 5 minutes later, Gracie growled at the man they passed. Unlike the people Gracie had barked at, this man jumped guiltily. Stopping, Kane whispered, “Detect Chakra.” “Woof!” Gracie replied, informing Kanae that the man only had the chakra level of a regular non-ninja human. Upon hearing this, Kanae smiled and walked over to the man.
“Hello,” she called as she walked. “H-hi,” the man said, moving away from Kanae and obviously hiding something behind his back. “Whatcha got there?” Kanae asked, still wearing a brilliant smile. “N-nothing,” he said, looking extremely nervous. That was probably because Gracie hadn’t stopped growling at him and was now moving towards him.
“Really?” Kanae asked. “My wolf doesn’t seem to think so.” “T-that’s ridiculous! It’s just a stupid animal,” the man said, thinking that Kanae was bluffing. “Not my wolf,” Kanae replied, still smiling. “She can tell if someone’s lying. Sick ‘em, Gracie!” The man dropped whatever he was hiding behind his back and started running.
Unfortunately for the man, he wasn’t nearly as fast as a full-grown wolf. Gracie had him pinned in a couple of seconds while Kanae examined what he had dropped. “Nice purse,” she said, picking it up. “Bet it isn’t yours.” “Please don’t let your wolf eat me,” the man pleaded frantically. “I was just trying to feed my family.”
Gracie barked, which meant that she had detected at least a little good in the man. Crouching down Kanae said, “I’ll let you go this time. Just remember, my wolf has your scent now. If we catch you doing something like this again, you’re a dead man.” “I understand,” the man said. As soon as Gracie got off of him, he got out of the park as fast as his legs could carry him.
Doubutsu Chīmuwāku (Animal Teamwork)
Rank: "D", "C", "B", "A", "S", "S+B"
Skill: None
Effect: A technique that allows the user and the animal to work together as a team. The user is able to ommit a few words here and there without giving full descriptions allowing the animal to attack with the user or how the user instructs.
Special: ---
Drawback: Animal will not work as a team with the user in combinations as well as using lesser commands. May only learn once per animal. If user gets a new animal user must relearn the technique for that specific animal.

This allows such feats. If user has a Small Animal Companion, the user must learn the technique "D" Rank. If user has a Medium Animal Companion, the user must learn the technique "C" Rank. If the user has a Large Animal Companion, the user must learn the technique "B" Rank. If the user has a Huge Animal Companion, the user must learn the technique "A" Rank. If the user has a Gargantuan Animal Companion, the user must learn the technique "S" Rank. If the user has a Colossal Animal Companion, the user must learn the technique "S + B" Rank. This means that the user must first learn "S", and then learn an additional "B" because its such a huge creature.
