Additional Comments: I was going to wait a while, however, I have seen three assistants get promotoed to Mod within the last few days. With another one potentially being promoted this would put the Assistants below half strength, meaning Mods, while they do Assistants jobs as well, would have to divide their time.

Assistants are there to help free up the higher staffs time. Therefore, in my eyes, more assistants are needed. My activity may be an issue to some, but I am going to be more active since my main account was approved. Not to mention because I have more time on my hands then I did.

I am open to any questions/comments/concerns if you have any.

i looked through your last 100 posts on both accounts. i see that you're helping around a little, but i'm not sure if its enough.

i also notice that your activity takes dips. you were inactive between December and february, and march 15th and April 6th, then again from April 6th to June 8th. you haven't even been back to NFRP a month. for all i know, you could go inactive again.

we do need more assistants, but i don't think you're ready yet.

Vaild points all, and my activity has taken dips in the past. This is primarily due to my line of work. I can say that I am going to be more active, mainly because of my time being more freed up now.

Now if you would like the reason for my work taking up my time I will gladly give it to you in a PM, this is because I don't want any influences if someone was to find out what I do. Not saying people would, but better safe than sorry.

I know why your activity gets awkward. I also know site is less than active right now and we need more people on to do bios, grade techs, etc. My only real questions then would be; do you know how long your freed up for? It seems pointless to approve if you're gonna be MIA again in two weeks y'know?
