Rank: "C" Rank Type: Secondary, 15 per Slot, Piercing, Shuriken Effect: Is a concealed weapon that is generally for throwing, and sometimes stabbing or slashing. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: Hira-shuriken is constructed from thin, flat plates of metal derived from a variety of sources including hishi-gane (coins), and kugi-nuki (carpentry tools), and generally resemble popular conceptions of shuriken. In modern popular culture, these are called "throwing stars" or "ninja stars". They often have a hole in the center and possess a fairly thin blade sharpened only at the tip. The holes derive from their source in items that had holes - old coins, washers, and nail-removing tools. This proved convenient for the shuriken user, as well, as the weapons could be strung on a string or dowel in the belt for transport, and the hole also had aerodynamic and weighting effects that aided the flight of the blade after it was thrown. There is a wide variety of forms of hira-shuriken and they are now usually identified by the number of points the blades possess. Limit: These types of items may be capable of being bought inside any Weapon Shop. Cost: 1,500 Ryo per Slot, or 100 Ryo Each.
Rank: "C" Rank Type: Secondary, 16 per Slot, Piercing, Makibishi Effect: Makibishi are small, sharp objects that are mostly used to prevent someone from walking from one side to another, since they would hurt their feet if they tried to pass it. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: When pursued by enemies, ninja would scatter makibishi on the ground. In ancient Japan, common footwear consisted of sandals made of straw, called zori, which offered relatively little protection against such hazards. Makibishi spines were often hooked, and occasionally grooved to allow for a light coat of poison, to increase the damage they dealt to those unfortunate enough to step on them and possibly result in death. Limit: These types of items may be capable of being bought inside any Weapon Shop. Cost: 1,600 Ryo per Slot, or 100 Ryo Each
Rank: "C" Type: Secondary, 1 per Slot, Explosive, Grenade Effect: A Grenade that gives off thick smoke when it explodes; used to make a smoke screen or to mark a position. Special: --- Drawback: May harm the user if not thrown right. Description: Smoke grenades are used as ground-to-ground or ground-to-air signaling devices, target or landing zone marking devices, and screening devices for unit movement. The body is a sheet-steel cylinder with emission holes in the top and bottom. These allow the smoke to be released when the grenade is ignited. Two main types exist, colored smoke (for signaling) and screening smoke. It fills an area radius of 15 meters with thick smoke. The smoke may come in different colors if the user wishes. Different color smoke could be used for information value if need. It takes 6 seconds before it explodes. Limit: These types of items may be capable of being bought inside any Weapon Shop. Cost: 1,500 Ryo Each
image-- Reiko has wonderful platinum blonde hair which falls around her face, down through her eyes and so forth. Her hair was cut hime-style, but the stubborn ends curl a lot, no matter how much she straightened them. The blonde locks reaches the end of her calves, she hasn't cut it a single time, and doesn't plan to. Her hair is her pride and joy, and she takes care of it as if it were alive, she leaves it down as it is. The only time she puts it up is when she's dressing for a formal event, and when the village is at war. Reiko's sea green eyes just screams ambition and innocence, they're filled with inexperience and potential, with a hint of a mischievous spark. Like a child, her lashes are full, big, and outline the rim of her eyes.
No, she doesn't wear make up, she could never find any that suits her. Reiko's nose is small and cute, she has a tendency of scrunching it up when angry or embarrassed. Her chin is a bit more pointed than most, but her cheeks are as full as a babe's. Most of the time, Reiko is grinning like a mad man, but she means to smile in the most sincere way. Her smile has a suggestion of her devious ways, many see it as a smirk. Her ears aren't noticeable, most likely because they're hidden behind her blonde mop. Reiko was born short in height, very short height. Today, she's four feet and nine inches tall, even some ten year olds are much taller than she is.
Reiko has a heart shaped face, meaning she has a narrow jawline that leads to her small chin and her cheekbones and forehead are much broader than her jawline. Her lips are a very pale pink. Reiko's eyebrows are thin, they match her blonde hair color and they're covered by her bangs. The girl has decent curves, but an small bust, due to her mini frame. Her legs are...well...legs. Short, stubby, feminine legs. Reiko's arms are just like anybody else's arms. The only difference between Reiko and other kunoichi, is her body frame. Her frame and small, yet sturdy. She also has a rather childish attire, not one suit for a ninja.
Reiko's clothing mostly consist of the blue color scheme, that being her favorite color and all. She isn't afraid to go out and wear short clothing, she doesn't even have the womanly figure to be ashamed or self conscious. Almost every day and every night, she wears these matching arm and leg warmers, black and midnight blue, that she considers her, "lucky charms." A white, cropped t-shirt with orange lining covers her upper torso, while small denim shorts with a silver belt covers her private area. Reiko doesn't wear the average shinobi sandals. Instead, she wears colorful sneakers in a white, lavender, and pink color. On top of that plain ole t-shirt, is a simple, blue hoodie that as furry linen with the hood, which adds a pop of color to her outfit. The only thing her outfit exposes is her forearms, thighs, and stomach.

personas-- By first impressions, Reiko's an annoying brat, and as a matter of fact, she is. If she likes you, Reiko'll pelt you with a bunch of questions she isn't sure of, and is usually yelled at in return. However, that only makes her smile more, for some crazy reason. She doesn't take anything too seriously, and gets excited when she's on missions with other people. When Reiko's by herself, not so much. She hates being alone, and prefers being with one or two other people. That way, she can converse with others with she's lonely. Upon first meeting someone, Reiko introduces herself with a tilt of the head. She often has to look up to meet the person's eyes, she's just that short.
Most individuals call her by her nickname, half-pint. Reiko has plenty more, shrimp, short-stuff, small-fry, squirt, and many others. She doesn't mind though, it's what makes her unique and different, and she couldn't like herself any better. Due to lots of confidence, Reiko doesn't try to be, but she's a show off. She always rides through the Suna village on her puppet serpent, Drako, which she made herself. She finds the transportation much easier. As mentioned earlier, Reiko is a puppeteer, a beginner one at that. She became one at the tender age of five. Reiko is more of an optimist, but like everyone else, she has her pessimistic moments when in a dire situation.
With Reiko's lack of taking most things seriously, she's continually scolded by elders and higher authority. Her curiosity and silliness maintains to get her into nothing but trouble. When Reiko's mad, she gets mad. But it usually ends with two or three tears because of frustration, although, there is a 0.000000001% chance she will actually cry. The girl is stubborn, she always sticks with her feelings. Say, if Reiko wanted to practice kunai aiming but everyone else wanted to eat ramen. She stands by her guns, if she doesn't want to eat, no body can make her. Reiko will continue to stick with her feelings unless the people around her take extreme measures to try and pleasure her. For example, they say they will pay for her meal. She'd mostly likely give in to the offer.
Finally, when Reiko does get her way, she acts like it was the right thing for them to do. "Kunai training would have been better, but I guess this was okay," she'd say. Don't get her wrong, she isn't reckless. Whenever Reiko isn't playing pranks or bothering anybody, she's thinking. She has her own world, where everything plays by her own rules. Reiko is a rebel and a punk, meaning she has her own opinions and breaks many rules on purpose. She's often judged by others- but she doesn't let that bother her. Her focus is to be herself and not like the crowd. Reiko stands up for what she believes in, even if the whole world is against her. She is bold, but doesn't lose touch of herself. She respects herself and others. Rebel doesn't mean being rude -- but if someone is messing with her, she isn't be afraid to put them in their place. Selfish. Reiko is very selfish.
Here's another example, everyone is starving and they don't have enough Ryo to pay for a meal. Everyone except Reiko. Say, she has enough cash to pay for everyone's food, but she doesn't. She only gets a meal for herself. If that isn't selfish, I don't know what is. Reiko fails to realize this, no matter how many times she was told by others. She just scoffs, and tells them they're delusional. Although, she has her moments where she is [barely] generous, and thinks of others. Blunt, blunt, blunt, blunt, frank. Reiko's naive mouth just speaks out whatever it wants to. If she has a handsome or beautiful friend, she never fails to be frank and compliment them, "Wow, your so pretty! Has anyone ever told you that?" She also exaggerates everything, a lot, "That's like the billionth time you've said that! Do you say anything else?"

past events-- There is a .5% chance that you could die from childbirth. Reiko's mother was one of those unlucky ladies who suffered while having a baby, one who didn't get to see their own child. She was born in Tsume no Kuni, or the Land of Claw. The land was nothing but an island, nothing more, nothing less. It was full of forest regions, hot springs, and tourist who visits its inactive volcano. December 19th was Mrs Nihonmatsu's special delivery, but she didn't know she was going to die. The day was unusually bitter and brisk, even though it was winter in Tsume. Tsume's doctors were complete cowards, and were afraid to tell her mother she was already dying from an ineffective illness, an unknown disease that only did damage on the victim's insides. Pregnancy only made it worse.
The event wasn't expected, but it happened during a visit to Reiko's aunt. It was a home birth, inside the traditional housing of her aunt. The dwelling was located in the outskirts of the small island, where most of the citizens didn't live. With her mother's death, Reiko was left in her father's care. Turns out, he was great at parenting and managed to do it alone, he could never replace her mother. Reiko did nothing but sleep, eat, and cry everyday. It was nothing she could control. Though, she would always smile when her father brought in the family pet, a week old kitten. "Miyro," the kitten, could barely open her eyes, but when she did, she became Reiko's alley. Miyro would nip and lick at Reiko's delicate, baby skin, and would recieve smiles and laughs in return.
Reiko soon began to learn to walk, and talk...and talk, and talk, and talk. She never stopped her gibberish baby language, and kept her father up all night, who tried to put her to sleep. Walking didn't go as well, she kept falling onto her bottom. Reiko finally mastered walking at the late age of three. Education wasn't her strongest points, she kept goofing off in class whenever the sensei was teaching an important lesson. When the homework was passed out, Reiko had no idea of the answers, she'd end up coping her homework off one of her bestest friends, Miyro. Reiko was overjoyed that someone had the same name as her favorite kitten, who was getting bigger by the days. She was taught at the Tsume Academy. There, she was only taught the academic portions, not the shinobi ones, she was only four.
By the time Reiko was five, she and her father moved to Suna, hoping to have a better living there than Tsume. Their lives there was perfectly fine, but bandits kept raiding the small island in search of "godly treasures," but it was just a legend. Reiko was soon accepted into the Suna Academy, where she learned the basics. Chakra control, walking on water, the body flicker technique, and so much more. Reiko's father was a puppeteer, and looking up to her only parent, she soon took the same profession. He says her mother was also a medic, and Reiko gladly took that role also. She only made one puppet, Drako. Drako was her first, handmade puppet, but she couldn't control it. She didn't have the required amount of chakra.
In the academy, most of the students picked on her for being so short, Reiko was literally as half as tall as they were. They bossed her around and called her names, this is was when she got her nickname, "half-pint." Reiko didn't mind at all, she actually enjoyed being called that. She didn't bother telling her father, it wouldn't make much of a difference. Reiko graduated when she was nine, she'd failed twice because of her lack of attention in class. Her friends moved on without her, and became elitle shinobi. I bet your wondering what she does know? Well, nothing really.
