Asmire stood still for a moment, staring at the ground before him in a fashion that looked a little amusing to any onlookers. Slowly, he would reach downward and place his hands upon the dark tan rock that made up most of Kumogakure. The stone was smooth, almost glass-like as he ran his fingertips over it. The smooth texture almost became like an extension of his body. Feeling the years themselves being transferred into his body, feeling the memories of the very earth where he stood. Slowly, his boots would be removed as his bare toes became entwined with the earth below him. His toes shifted, feeling the cooler temperature of the earth within the shade of the cliff he stood at.

Feelings began to overtake him as a craggy voice filled his mind. "Kaiser... can you truly be one with the earth? Can you truly learn what there is to learn of the ancients before you? Of the dirt that they become? Of the rocks that they become after thousands of years?" Asmire's toes curled at the voice in his mind, like the earth itself was speaking to him. "Yes..." was his only response as chakra flowed like a spring from his soul, from his center a cool almost stiff feeling chakra oozed from his points. Was this the Earth release? The one he only knew about from school lessons in learning your elemental affinity? He could only wonder until the actual techniques were his to learn.

Effect: A technique that allows an animal to listen to the user through the course of friendship and kindness.
Special: ---
Drawback: Animal will not listen to the user what so ever. May only learn once per animal. If user gets a new animal user must relearn the technique for that specific animal.
Description: To train you must approach, play, feed, etc with the animal. You must love the animal as if it is your buddy. You must train long and hard to gain the trust and of your animal companion. If user has a Small Animal Companion, the user must learn the technique "D" Rank. If user has a Medium Animal Companion, the user must learn the technique "C" Rank. If the user has a Large Animal Companion, the user must learn the technique "B" Rank. If the user has a Huge Animal Companion, the user must learn the technique "A" Rank. If the user has a Gargantuan Animal Companion, the user must learn the technique "S" Rank. If the user has a Colossal Animal Companion, the user must learn the technique "S + B" Rank. This means that the user must first learn "S", and then learn an additional "B" because its such a huge creature.

Argantael was still an unsure creature though she had agreed to meet Kana in a field nearby. To her surprise she was not alone there, Asmire was there as well. “Hi there.” She said uncomfortably. They hadn’t really spoken since Kurenai’s death and she wasn’t sure how to. “I’m meeting a friend here… hope you don’t mind.” She told him. As if her words had power a shadow fell over the field as Argantael floated down from the sky. Kana smiled as Athena twittered her greetings. Seeing Asmire the bird balked and wings exploded out as angry noises passed through her throat.

“No! It’s okay!” Kana exclaimed, rushing over to the bird as Athena raced ahead to settle the great bird. She placed a hand gently on the birds chest. “It’s alright, he’s a friend. He helped me to find you Argantael.” She explained to the Ziz. Suspicious eyes watched the Hyuuga and Kana shook her head. “Hey, I promised you I wouldn’t let anyone hurt you didn’t I? Well I don’t break my promises.” She looked over and noticed Asmire training. “Asmire we’re going to be training here as well, shall we work together then?” She asked. Her hands continued to stroke the bird soothingly, assuring her it was okay.

“Alright one second.” She told the bird as she ran back to where she had left her belongings. She stripped out of her kimono into her undergarments of tight black pants and a red tank top before opening her kit. “The first thing I want to do is help with your wound okay?” She told the bird as she lazily brushed the long scars marred by flowers on her own arms.

Removing his hands from the ground, Asmire quickly and almost comically launched them into his pants pockets. "I err... I was doing... nothing." he frustratedly stated as he balled up his fists, it was that woman again. The former Raikage, whom he blamed for everything that ever happened to his cousin, Kurenai. Gritting his teeth he looked at her and the massive bird that accompanied her. "I suppose so... it's a free country." he begrudgingly spoke, raising his shades over his bandanna on the top of his head as a long, pink and sticky construct launched out behind Asmire and entangled his body. "What the... Jesus... Christ..." he screamed and wiggled, attempting to free himself. Unable to muster the concentration to activate his Byakugan his innards burned with anger and frustration of being bound against his will.

"You bastard..." He muttered, his eyes getting wider and more and more angered looking as his chakra seemed to almost explode outwards. A thin white haze began to surround Asmire, floating directly from his skin as his bindings began to slowly lose traction upon his skin, as if his body had some sort of ungrippable coating upon it. But not a single ounce of slime or oil was being excreted by his body. Slowly, the long pink construct lost it's grip, uncurling at a quick pace from around the Hyuuga's body. Gritting his teeth even more so, he screamed as a burst of what could only be considered to be soul energy moving from all directions of Asmire, blasting the unknown offending object from his body a few inches before making it retract to it's original spot... inside of his giant toad, Smokey's mouth. "Damn it Smokey... that's it. No dragonflies for lunch today..." he sternly said towards his best friend who sighed as well as a frog could... and laid down, not even noticing the giant bird nearby... a natural predator of toads such as himself.

She could tell he was uncomfortable as she was. Ignoring him for the moment she took medicines out of her kit and began to look over the wounds. “Alright this is going to sting a little bit but it will make it better.” She told the owl as she rubbed a salve over the wound. It would clean the wound of dirt and burn out any infection. She had to stand on her toes to reach the wound on her great chest. “All this for feathers.” She said as she shook her head and treated the wound. “Next one?” She asked and the bird curiously lifted one of her great wings. Kana had to reach even higher to reach this one.

The size difference was a little unnerving at times. She looked at the wounds and frowned. She couldn’t exactly bind them with bandages. An idea sparked and her face lit with a smile. “Okay my friends here are going to bind your wounds. You can’t eat them though.” She warned the bird as butterflies streamed out to spread their silk across her giant wounds. When they were done she nodded her head in satisfaction. “You need a bath too.” She told the bird as she delved into her kit for a very mild soap she used for her other animals.

“How have you been Asmire?” She asked, venturing the question as she set out all the things she needed to properly bathe the large creature. It was a harder task than one would imagine. Especially without a ladder. With all of her things gathered she stood back with her arms akimbo as she thought over how exactly this was going to work.

When, he was training his technique and sparring with that other man. He got lost and met a man and a woman who was also training. He was about, 40 meters away.He decided to stay, and train here. Instead, of fighting that dude who randomly attacked him by screaming. Approaching from a distance, he performed the handseals for the great breakthrough technique:. He had constantly been training this technique. On the way, he hasn't been able to  increase the distance of the technique. Performing the handseals, taking in a deep breath. Holding the wind in his lungs do he can mix the wind with wind charka. Mixing in charka. And finally releasing the wind within his lungs.

The wind, didn't go very far at all.  The wind made a loud screeching noise as it went backwards towards his face. Brushing him with warm air, the air is warmed by being in his body for so long. He does the handseals once more,  breathing in a huge glup of air. Quickly, he sent his charka to 'attack' the air. Injecting themselves into the air, mixing within it. Then as soon as he felt his charka mix in with it he releases it instantly. Not allowing it to stay within his lungs for too long, so it could disperse in there. He sends this wave of air, towards one of the ninja gathered before him. The one who didn't have an headband, not the ex raikage. He hoped that the man has had some sort of training and wouldn't get hit by the technique. The wind went about 5 meters in front of the man, while dispersing in the air. Walking forward, "Sorry, I didn't see you there. You see, I was training this technique and accidentally launched it your way." He says, while walking towards the others.

Her hands came together to perform a set of seals and a large wave washed over the bird, rumpling her feathers and flooding the ground. The wave soaked the girl as well and Athena delighted to play into the mess. She giggled and looked up at the bird who looked shocked. “Well you need to be clean!” The girl exclaimed with a laugh. Suddenly the birds eyes shot over to the side, spotting an intruder into their area. “Relax.” Kana murmured as she put her hand on the birds chest. “You don’t know he’s an enemy.” She cautioned the bird.

Her eyes cast over to the new comer and she voiced a call. “Who are you? What are you doing here?” She asked. How was it that the field was that popular today? As she waited for a reply she pulled out a sponge and the soap. Holding the bottle in both hands she squeezed tightly and let the soap jet out onto her large chest, under and over her wings, and across her wide back. Athena took one sponge in her claws and flew up to the birds back so she could scrub the harder to reach places while Kana tackled the lower ones.

Taking the sponge in her own hands she slowly and gently began to scrub the giant chest before her. She made sure to be extra careful of the wounds while ignoring the soap bubbles collecting in her hair. She stepped back to ring the sponge and the wet grass before her took out her feet. The girl launched into the air before crashing to the ground. “Owwww.” She moaned without moving. Her entire body ached now.

Getting, slightly intimidated by the huge bird in front of him. "Sorry, to intrude on your time together...I istumbled upon this area by accident." he says, bowing right after the first part. And had a quizzical facial expression after the last part. Having his hand on his chin, while saying the last part. Not noticing the huge bird at first. Thinking that they were cleaning a statue, seeing it move it actually was a very, very large bird. "What the, hell..." he mumbles under his breath. "If, you need a uh, blow dryer I'll happily to oblige."He says, while chuckling nervously.

Turning around, performing an set of hand seals, placing an cone over his mouth. Then takes a huge breath of air. Allowing, charka to bond with the air. Making it so that he can control the air. At once, he launches the air blast out of his mouth, into the distance away from the animals. The air blast going away into the distance, then finally dispersing. However, it only went about 5 meters. Frustrated, he does it again. Performing the same set of handseals as before. Breathing in and out, then taking one huge breath at the end. Then, adds charka to his lungs and esophagus, to readily launch the compressed air out of his system and into the distance. Letting out the blast, it launches into the distance about 35 meters away before dispersing.

She listened to his response and accepted his offer graciously. “Why thank you, I may ask you for that when I’m done.” She told the bow with a bow before looking back to Argantael. “See, not all people are bad.” She told the giant bird as she moved to wash under her giant wings. When she was finally scrubbed top to bottom Kana looked over herself and the two birds. All of them were covered in soap and soaking wet. With a string of hand seals she conjured another giant wave of water to wash over them and run all the soap away. She smiled looking at the surprised bird.

She shook herself off and looked over to the boy. “Mind drying us off?” She asked as she set a hand on Argantael’s chest. “He’s going to help us. He’s not going to hurt us alright?” She murmured to the bird as Athena cooed to her in the language of birds as well. She felt the muscles tense under her hand and tucked her head against the wet feathers. “Relax, I promise its okay.” She whispered. The pain in Argantael’s past was strong but she was going to do whatever she could to make the bird trust her. “After this we’ll have some lunch okay?” She asked the bird who watched her curiously.

She smiled up at the great best who regarded her with level eyes. While they understood each other Argantael was not inclined to chatter, she was still weary of these strangers which was understandable. Kana could only hope over time she would grow to see that not all men were evil.

Description: This attack is a 15 meter ray of soft blue light. The user attacks one person by extending their arm out. This attack hits the insides of the user, affects their very life force. At first it doesn't cause much damage however the higher the more the user learns the deadlier the technique becomes. The attack leaves no physical damage, but creates internal damage against the user's life line. People said it feels like having a heart attack while having lost of breathe. Each time learned the user is capable of shooting this technique 5 meters extra. Technique may travel 10 meters per second plus 5 meters per Class Level.

After 50 meters user must train an extra 10 TP per tech - TP Does not go down by Class Level.
After 100 meters user must train an extra 10 TP per tech - TP Does not go down by Class Level.
After 150 meters user must train an extra 10 TP per tech - TP Does not go down by Class Level.
Cap of this technique is 200 meters.

Asmire stood tall, completely ignoring the pestering soul who had entered his training area. The woman, he could deal with as she wasn't obstructive. Slowly, Asmire's mind would become more in tune with the ability he had seemingly unlocked. Turning his top right hand towards his face, he looked it over. It seemed to still be exuding a soft light. A light only seen by himself and no others apparently. Throwing his hand forward he would concentrated upon the energy he felt before, it was completely different than chakra, it was as if his soul was vibrating and removing the frog's tongue from his body. His fingertips began to glow a soft blue, almost blending with his white aura that glowed from the rest of his form. Feeling the warmth that spread from his fingertips slowly overtake his hand as if a warm compress had been applied to his hand and taken away as fast as possible. Leaving only a dull glow of heat. Turning his hand towards himself as he watched the soft blue light overtake his hand, flickering like a candle in the wind was an odd visage indeed.

Turning his hand towards a small rabbit that had scampered through during their training he wondered to himself. What if he were to actually detach this new, strange energy towards this small mammal? What would be the consequences? The blue light would slowly detach from his hand, hovering over it as the rabbit's nose gently twitched as it stared at Asmire, it knew it was looking at a predator for sure. As it attempted to turn, Asmire's blue light launched at the high speed to 20 meters per second, far too fast for even a rabbit to dodge. As it hit, the animal's breathing began labored as it fell to it's soft underbelly, gasping for breath. "Searing... Soul..." muttered Asmire as the name seemed to come to him by supernatural means.

The girl sat upon the ground and smiled up at the bird. “I’m starving!” She announced as she delved into her bag for a mess of bento boxes. They were all packed with hers and Athena’s favorite things. “Are you hungry?” She asked the large bird as she popped one open. Argantael regarded her and shook her great hit. ’She already ate. I’m hungry though!’ Athena replied for her. Kana nodded and fed a roll of sushi to the little owl who nipped it into bits. Kana herself nibbled on a rice ball while she giggled at the small owl trying to eat a roll that was nearly as big as she was.

“Here, try one!” Kana said as she found more sushi in her pack and tossed it high into the sky. Argantael regarded it for a moment before catching it in her great beak. She looked at Kana oddly as she ate. “What’s wrong? It’s the same as she’s eating.” She asked with a frown. ’Are you always so happy?’ the bird asked curiously. Kana thought and shook her head as she shredded another roll for her tiny owl. “You’re going to get fat.” She told the elf owl with a smile. She turned back to Argantael and shook her head.

“No, but when you have the chance to you should be as happy as you can. The chance doesn’t always come so you have to really appreciate it when it does.” She explained, her hands busily shredding more food for her little owl. “She eats too much.” She sighed. Argantael lowered her large head and nudged Kana who stared in wide eyed surprise. ’You need to eat too’, the bird chided. Kana giggled and nodded before popping another rice ball into her mouth. “I get distracted by the little glutton.” She explained thickly through a ball of rice.

Unseen by either Kana or Argantael, Athena had crept over to one of the bento boxes and bit off a roll. The owl suddenly twittered and took to the sky in a panic before diving herself into a nearby pond. Kana peered at the box and laughed. “She ate one of the spicy tuna rolls again.” She explained before finding a safer piece of sushi and tossing it up to the great Argantael. “If you do decide to stay with me I’m not sure what we’ll do about food…” Kana mused as she looked at Argantael’s noble bulk once more.

The Ziz replied that she enjoyed hunting herself and Kana nodded. “Just be careful then.” She cautioned the bird. Already she worried greatly about the large bird. Her eyes cast back to Asmire. “Would you like some lunch?” She called to the man. “Argantael won’t hurt you and I packed far too much.” She offered kindly. She hoped the man did not hold Kurenai’s death against her still but the thought weighed heavy on her heart. Seeing the pain in Kana’s eyes Argantael nudged her in an attempt to comfort the small human. She was rewarded with a large smile from the bird.

Skill: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu
Effect: The ultimate technique within the Musha Shukke Fuu. A Grand technique taking up almost all of the users chakra, an all or nothing type of technique.
Special: Consumes 5 Chakra Spheres. Must be within "Berserk Fury" State. Cannot be used with a "Chakra Gate" open.
Drawback: User looses 90% of their remaining chakra after use of this technique. Users muscles, due to extreme moving in such a small time span, cramp up, and the user cannot move for a total of 7 rounds after this technique. User cannot do anything chakra related for 24 Hours after this technique, even if all chakra is not completely used up, due to the technique causing minor chakra system failure. Causes burns along users body, and feet, but primarily their arm.
Description: User activates the berserk fury state. User summons 5 additional chakra spheres. These chakra spheres, slam into him again. This, over loads the users chakra system within them, and the user acts as though within a doubled berserk fury state. User, garnering all this power then takes aim. Chakra begins seeping out of their body slowly, causing minor burns to their body. Users arm glows a highly bright blue hue in color all along their arm, but primarily along their entire hand they choose to do said technique with. Their hand and arm glows like a blue flame of pure chakra as though on fire. User, then utilizes the "Snap" ability. User using "Snap" lunges forward instantaneously to the target, as the focus all of their chakra into their fist. The user, only during this technique, may increase "Snaps" distance to that of 15 meters. User punches selected object with all of their might, as 90% of their chakra explodes forth, causing a blast of chakra 10 meters by 10 meters in front of them, 30 meters long. This blast of both strength and pure chakra causes Two "S" Ranks of damage and will blow through almost all defenses. Someone directly hit by this will die. The trail where the user had used the "Snap" skill to approach their foe, will be left with flaming footsteps, where the user once stepped on route to use the technique. Anything hit by this immense blast of chakra will be obliterated, with nothing left in the path of which it once struck due to heavy friction. Users body shuts down almost completely after use if this technique (See Drawbacks).
Limit: User must know 500 TP into the Musha Shukke Fuu. Additionally, user must know Shushin 5 times, and "Snap" 5 Times. User must also have either Head Mod, Admin, or Koori's approval before even going into.

Raikou stumbled into a rather busy training field somewhere around the center of Kumo. Normally he hated training around other people, especially this many, but the technique he wished to train called for such circumstances. Today he wanted to train the famed Asura Strike of the Musha Shukke Fuu. It was an immensely powerful taijutsu that was a last resort type of move. But in order to even be able to come close to pulling off such a move, one needed to be in the Berserk Fury state of the Musha Shukke Fuu. This was easy enough, but to pull off an advanced tech off in this state was a whole other matter. For instance, half the time one's not even able to talk in this state. Above all, Raikou needed to learn how to control himself in this state.

He found a small cliff that was raised above the rest of the field, close enough so the other's could serve as a distraction, but far enough so they wouldn't be able to accidently interfere. He sat on the edge with his legs crossed and closed his eyes. Taking a deep breath he began to focus on his chakra swirling inside of him. Easily he transferred some out of his body, and summoned five small blue orbs around his person. They circled around him slowly, floating and bouncing mid air. He was a master of the Musha Shukke Fuu, yet this next step still always scared him. Breathing out forcefully, the five blue orbs suddenly flew into his body. The overload of chakra excited all of his systems, making him feel unbelievably energized. The urge to move was astounding, but he did not budge. He winced and growled as he struggled to stay in control of his mind. He needed to learn how to still be him, in the Berserk Fury state.

It was excruciating. Everything around him was multiplied by ten. Sounds, smells, noise, everything was more intense than ever. He could feel the birds near by flap their wings, and taste the lunch the one women had just offered to one of the other ninja. It was amazing and overwhelming all at once. But while he was still in control, he would make his first attempt at part of this taijutsu he was training. He lifted his right arm, which was stuck in a tight fist, in front of his face. He focused all of his wild chakra into his arm, trying his best to coerce it into his fist. He had never tried anything like this and it showed. He could feel himself wasting chakra as it poured out of his arm. Suddenly though, like gas from a stove, the chakra ignited into a blue flame. Immediately the pain was so intense. His arm was on fire!

His concentration was blown, and he jumped up and began to wave his arm around attempting to put the fire out. By this point his suit jacket was caught on fire, making him run around and scream a bit before throwing it off and stamping it out. It was quite an embarrassing scene. And most of all Raikou was upset about his charred jacket. Just as he expected, this jutsu was going to be tough to learn. Still, he did make some good progress. He had read that his fist would set on fire with a blue flame, but he didn't quite think it would actually happen. Not with a pure taijutsu maneuver. He would have to wrap his arm before his next try. Sitting back down his mind wondered back to the women and the lunch. He heard his stomach growl. 'Not now', he thought to himself.

She left a stack of bento boxes near her kit. There were about ten of them left. She had a bad habit of over packing when it came to food. “Free lunch!” She called as she set them out. If anyone wanted them they were more than welcome. She looked over to Argantael as she stood and brought her hands together. Wings exploded out of her back, large white wings with many layers of interlocking feathers. The bird regarded her in surprise. It was not every day a human sprouted wings. Then again Kana did many things the bird considered strange for a human.

“Let’s go for a fly.” She suggested. Athena twittered with excitement at the prospect and Kana smiled. Argantael inclined her head in agreement over the idea. Athena zipped into the air and as one Kana and Argantael leapt into the air. As Argantael flapped downwards the sheer down thrust knocked Kana back towards earth. She spiraled back towards earth before catching herself and quickly taking back into the air. “That was different!” She laughed as they lifted higher into the air. All three of them circled the training field, eyes watching as each person went about their training.

They all seemed to ignore each other, no one but Kana wanted to reach out to the others there. On outstretched wings they glided in a circle over the area. “May I?” Kana asked as she lifted above Argantael. The bird hesitated for a moment then nodded. Kana dropped her wings, allowing her to sink onto the Ziz’s great back. She lowered her body carefully and smiled. Her back was so large it was like sleeping on the most comfortable bed in the world. After a moment of nuzzling against the soft feathers she sat up, ready to get back to her own flight.

As soon as she sat up and lifted her wings the air caught her. She evened out quickly and they fell into a ‘V’ formation. Argantael took the lead and the other two easily stayed aloft on the slip stream the bird created. It was a short flight, they were really just circling the training field but more importantly it was a feeling of freedom that ground pounders could never understand. It was flights like this that made her time as Kage tolerable. With a whistle Kana drew to the front of the formation to take charge. She dipped forwards, leading them back towards earth.

The floated down towards the pond. Argantael actually landed within the pond causing Kana to fall into fits of giggles. “You don’t make the best duck.” She warned the bird as her size began to overload the pond and cause the water to displace out onto the land. Argantael regarded her for a moment and nodded before relocating to dry ground, her feathers pour liquid as she did so. Description: User take the energy out of your targets soul leaving it weak. The distance of this attack is dependent on the user's knowledge in Searing Soul. User releases a ray attack that is light blue in color much like Searing Soul. When it makes contact with the target they are suddenly stunned and are incapable of movement. This technique lasts for 1 round plus 1 round every class level user is higher than the target. This technique is reduced by 1 round for every class level the target is over the user.
Limit: Must be a Soulcaster. Must know Searing Soul.

"I'm sorry. I don't have much of an appetite." Asmire said rather flatly as he studied the rabbit's lifeless corpse once more. As he put his hands over it, a bush shook slightly. With a massive, guttural roar, a large form launched itself from the bush. Grunting and staring at the dead rabbit sitting in front of Asmire, the Hyuuga squinted his eyes. "Everyone stand back... You just keep doing whatever the hell you're doing over there..." he shouted towards the new arrivals as his arm pushed outwards. His soul would slowly bubble to the surface of his hand as he activated his Kekkei Genkai, the Byakugan. "I've got this bear..." he muttered to himself, almost reassuring himself as his energy grew within his hand until it grew to critical mass as it continued to wisp in the air above it, unseen to any of the others should they be watching.

Launching the energy from his open palm, he intended it to be the technique that killed the rabbit, but a subconscious want to simply stun the creature overtook his soul, his mind as the ray struck the bear in the chest as it roared towards Asmire. After the technique had absorbed into the animal's chest as it's body stopped responding. It's feet, it's paws it's entire body was paralyzed and unable to respond to the simplest of commands it was giving it. With a rather large gust of wind it actually wobbled slightly. "Here's the chance..." Asmire muttered to himself as azure chakra began gathering in the opposite top hand as a perfectly constructed Rasengan was formed. Rushing forward, Asmire would strike the stunned bear with a shout of "RASENGAN!" Striking it in the stomach and blowing it backwards and out of sight.

"Told ya I'd take care of it." he muttered, dusting off his hands and looking behind him at the others again.

She smiled proudly at Argantael, the bird was doing much better at not savaging every living person in sight. It was a terrible past she had but there was always a light at the end of a tunnel. “So you know I’m very friendly with birds of all types, you are too aren’t you?” She asked curiously. Argantael looked at her for a long moment before nodding and voicing a strange noise of her own. Birds rose from the trees all over to stare at the great Ziz. Kana’s bones hummed with the reverberating sounds of the great call.

The birds regarded her for a moment before she let out another bone shaking squawk and they went about their business. “Amazing!” Kana breathed. That could come in handy if they ever needed it. She looked back to Asmire as he said he wasn’t hungry and she nodded, watching his training for a moment. A blue orb formed in his hand and she watched mouth agape. Even Argantael regarded the male with curious eyes as he smashed the orb into an oncoming bear. It was glorious and terrifying. “Is that… not Rasengan?” She demanded with awe. She had heard of the technique but never had she seen it.

She hadn’t even known he possessed that skill. “Amazing.” She murmured quietly before turning back to Argantael. “I don’t know if I told you,” she explained to the bird. “But I used to be the Raikage here. I know people in many different countries and I like to visit some of them from time to time. Would you be up for travelling to one of them?” She asked the great bird. A long moment passed while Athena twittered in their private language. Kana wished more than ever she could understand them but the secret language of birds was far beyond her.

Finally Argantael inclined her great head and Athena went into massive twitters of excitement. Kana grinned madly. “That’s wonderful! Do you want to fly separately or would you allow me to ride along with you? I wouldn’t ask normally but you’re much faster than I am and I don’t want to slow you down.” Kana explained. The bird thought for a moment before responding that Kana was welcome to ride on her back as long as she didn’t pull out any feathers. Kana grinned, that she could promise easily.

They returned to where Kana had left her belongings and quickly stashed them all. Argantael nudged the girl and glanced towards the food. “I’ll leave that in case they get hungry.” She told the bird as she finished packing up her kit. “I can just pick us up something when we get there. It’ll be good for you to see some new places!” Kana said with that million volt smile of hers. The Ziz looked at her and shook its great head, amused by the girls happy nature. “I have to go through the gate, shall we meet on the other side?” She asked. The bird nodded and they made their way out of the area. “Bye guys!” Kana called.
