This is just a little Rough Sketch of the expansive Event that I'm looking to create.

Only the Beginning

Plot: A bright light illuminates the night sky, turning it to day for but a moment, before passing back to darkness and the stars above. Yet the heavens shimmer, a citadel, pristine in its splendor as it floats between the clouds. No...as the clouds float passed it. It rests between the connecting border of Kawa no Kuni, Ame no Kuni, and Kaze no Kuni, a silent sentinel of crystal brilliance. Men and women have gathered to gaze on the anomaly, the unmoving floating castle in the sky, with a base as if ripped from the very earth. Beams of light erupt beneath the castle, cast down by the tower itself, blinding white luminescence. Men and women back away, shielding their eyes, fear beginning to rise in the backs of their minds. Then the light is gone, three women stand before the crowd, their bodies visible beneath crystal cloth. They are beautiful, their hair pale and white like snow, their eyes electric blue like the lipstick upon their lips; frigid and cold to the eye. One speaks, the one in the front, the obvious leader of this troupe.

"A message from our lord, the God of the Skies and Clouds, Champion of Gaea. His name is Ouranos and he decrees that Chakra be wiped from the face of this Earth. No longer shall you humans poison our mother. Surrender and no harm shall come to you."

Her head moved a miniscule amount, a kunai sailing passed her ear, captured by one of her sisters behind her. Dressed in traditional Jounin Shinobi garb, a single man steps from the crowd, his brown eyes upon the sisters. They gaze upon him with contempt, before the leader raises a hand and points to the man, her eyes filled with frost.

"Witness what becomes of a man who will not accept our mercy."

She moved, fast, almost too fast for the Jounin to see. His head bobbed left and right, short cut brown hair bouncing, his body moving to avoid the strikes of the woman. After only a moment, the Jounin decided to go on the offensive, launching a few strikes of his own to create breathing room. He was skilled, having trained long and hard, but his sweat shown upon his face where the girl had none. His hands danced and birthed a blazing ball of flame, but to his surprise, it died to nothing. The girl had merely held up her hand, a strange marking on her palm that glowed briefly before fading. A grimace was on her face. She would no longer toy with him to test his skill. Too fast for him to see, her strikes connected, up his side and along his back. Falling to his knees, he was paralyzed, his mouth gaping and her hand upon the back of his neck.

"WITNESS OUR CONVICTION!"

Her right arm glowed and she pressed the hand to his head, a brilliant blue light exploding into being, mimicking the shape of the man upon the floor. It turned a sickly purple and then faded into the earth and the man fell forward, his body drenched in sweat, shivering as if from cold despite the humid heat. He could move, standing on shaky legs, his hands danced to create the seals, yet nothing occurred after that. His Chakra was gone for good, destroyed and scattered completely out of his body it seemed, and he was left hollow. He sank to his knees, hands at his sides, and tears streamed down his face. The women merely backed away and their leader spoke for the final time.

"This is the will of the God of the Sky. Bow or be devastated."

The beams of pure white light would form once again and the women were gone, leaving the stunned men and women, children crying much like the Jounin was now. This was only the beginning...

Women appeared at the surrounding villages, their hair pure white, their clothes like crystal, and their eyes blue like frost. The spoke out in the villages, asking them to surrender their Shinobi or those with the potential, claiming that no harm would come to them if they did. Those who refused were killed, their villages burned, and the ashes scattered to the four winds. Up and down Kawa no Kuni, Ame no Kuni, and Kaze no Kuni did this occur. Finally the letters for help arrived at the Shinobi villages of Sunagakure and Amegakure, but news traveled faster than letters and the Kages should have already been well informed. AnBu had begun to disappear and turn up in strange locations, their eyes dark and hollow, as if their very soul had been ripped from them. They no longer had Chakra.

The Letters Read as Followed:

"Help needed desperately! A strange fortress has appeared at the borders of Ame no Kuni, Kaze no Kuni, and Kawa no Kuni! Men and women give themselves and their children to women from this fortress, giving up their Chakra out of fear. It is like nothing we have ever seen! Our armies are no match! Proceed with caution and investigate the Fortress, find a way to save the people! You are our only hope!"

The haste in which the letter was written conveys its urgency, sent from the Daimyo of Kawa no Kuni, normally an articulate man with a steady hand. These words seem close to scribbled, as if his life were in danger that very moment. News reports had been coming in daily, Shinobi on patrol disappearing or narrowly escaping capture, men and women turning on the Shinobi community as if they were the true threat, and zealots preached the word of Ouranos, God of the Sky, and how the Shinobi should be brought to justice! The three countries were in a panic and it seemed that it might be spreading, slowly but surely, moving toward other Shinobi controlled lands and the rest of the lands of the world. The zealots preached of a coming of more fortresses, the sons of Ouranos. His generals that would conquer this land and cleanse it of evil as it had the mainland. Two months was all the time they had...

Location: Kawa no Kuni, Ame no Kuni, Kaze no Kuni, connecting border of the three.

Prizes: Spoils of War will be discarded from the bodies of the defeated, whether it be Ryo, Weapons, or Items. Not all enemies will drop Spoils of War, be aware of that.

Description: White hair falls to their backs, pale skin as if they've never seen the sun, and eyes that are as blue as frosted water. Their bodies are visible through crystal-esque garments but they wear no footwear. Their faces and bodies are beautiful, but they are all identical. Every one of them stands at five feet and nine inches. Weight is unknown, but presumably they are much heavier than their bodies appear.
Abilities: Only two abilities are known. A knowledge of Dian Xue Shu and the ability to strip Chakra from the body completely and permanently.

I'm wary to be honest. Your activity is usually oddly sporadic and I know you've been having muse issues lately...

Honestly can't say yes or no right now, unless something happens to change my mind I'll try and come up with a decision by tonight.

It's just a rough draft. lol. It'll be fine tuned. The Items will be capped, of course, by rank of the enemy. No D rank ninja will be dropping A ranked goods. haha. I have muse for this, just not for my own characters. haha. Event is only D rank because I couldn't decide what rank to make it.

Add on: In addition, this event is supposed to be rather easy, becoming progressively more difficult as I pump out more events. If everything goes moderately okay, the completion of this entire Series should end in about a year and a half from now.
