Well as far as forum roleplays go, this is my first, and I have never been an Admin or Moderator of a sight necessarily. But if it counts for anything I am the founder and leader of an order on an online TCG called Rage of Bahamut, and have had increasing amounts of new members everyday. I feel that I have the necessary leadership skills and qualities to be an Assistant of this sight, which is one of the reasons I decided to apply.

I am applying for this position because i noticed the small amount of Assistants that there currently are. Also I enjoy helping around with the site, because for the month I've been here it's seemed that this amazing forum was heading in the wrong direction with the lack of activity, including both staff and regular members. Around the time i first joined there was a problem with no one checking character submissions. This was what made me really seek to become an Assistant, so that I could ensure that new members get into the site as quickly as possible( Of course with an acceptable character submission). I am extremely active around the site( though i haven't been AS active, due to the fact that I'm in the process of moving into a new house), and I have been trying my best to get in on helping people in character submissions and support. I feel that my drive for helping everyone with things such as grading training threads, moving travel threads, grading and approving chracter submissions as well as money handling and other Assistant responsibilities, will overall take off some of the heat on moderators giving them some free time to take care of more important business around the site. I feel I'm ready to take this position and assume the mantle of an assistant.

Tie is still free to ask you questions but I'm going to go ahead and say no. I've seen you in character subs a lot and many times you give out either bad information, restate what was already asked to be changed, or you miss things that need to be changed. I believe you need to brush up on that first before you apply.

I like the way you explain things in your post, you have a good, positive vibe when posting and your knowledge of the site isn't really too bad for a newb. I see huge potential and definitely a future assistant. But..

You are exactly a month old (your account I mean) and you haven't done enough posts to even get the title of assistant. Now, I will be completely honest with you, I would be giving you the second denial right now, but since Tie has some questions for you, this post is simply a opinion of mine.

Personally, I feel you should post more and study a little more as Ayame said in her above post. We need more posting first before reapplying..

I'm actually not going to be asking any questions. After I had seen these posts, I decided I wanted to wait silently for a little bit and see if you would post on your own. I got your PM asking if you should wait for my questions but the fact is... You shouldn't wait for it to help out. You should be helping out wherever you can regardless of what is said.
