The Swarm has Arrived (OPEN)

Alex walked through the rural area of mist, small almost unnoticeable sub villages and gangs spotted the dense forest. He was always on the hunt for something to eat, some sort of morsel or scrap of food to eat. He couldnt hold a job considering how filthy he was, but then again the little companions he always had around him surely didnt help.

He was overly aware of his surroundings, waiting to attack or retreat if threatened. He hadnt seen a soul for awhile though, it was slightly eerie but at least there wouldnt be any confrontations......but he was soooo hungry...In the distance he noticed the main village of Kiri was looking into view. Surely there would be someone unsuspecting that he could steal a bite from, It wasnt easy feeding a couple hundred mouths every couple of days.

[Kaori]

Black dressed girl was walking through little trampled path. She wasn’t wearing any headband which could give information if she is a ninja or not. Carrying little bag of food, Kaori looked through the area; her eyes were searching for another place for training. Little bandage on girl’s head had hidden some part of her black hair. However, her messy ponytail was fluttered in wind. As always, her best friend was little katana which deterred many people from her; they probably believed that she can use katana very well but it was hoax. Red and white ribbons, which were tied on katana’s case, were blown by wind paid every civil or ninja attention; they were simply wondering why such a decoration is needed. She was coming trough little path with no rush; she seemed to be self-confident and calm although she was hurt. If people looked closer, they would be able to see that her shoulder was still in pain. Kaori’s face became full of hurt when she touched her left shoulder. However, the girl knew that she need fresh air and she was going somewhere, unaware of little surprise.

Alex trudged toward the city a figure came into view, small rather frail looking. The clicks that came from his coat were low and quick, but silent to the ears of others. Desperation for food was taking over, and he knew it wouldnt be long before the roaches take what they can get. He moved swiftly towards the figure that turned out to be a small girl and bumped into her right shoulder, his hands brushing the sides of her pocket to feel for any bulges or protrusions.

No avail, she was just as empty pocketed as he was. Another meal seemingly skipped...He turned after a few seconds and addressed the girl, to apologise and make his way further into the depths of the town. "I'm terribly sorry ma'am" he mumbled as he outstretched one of his dirt ridden grimy hands towards the girl, it was crusted with mud and other various viscous liquids he had delved into. He knew he appeared disgusting, but such was the life of the homeless. He extended his arm fully and put on a slight smile, his teeth surprisingly bright for such a dirty man.

Something bumped into her right shoulder. Kaori was thanking god that it wasn’t her right shoulder because otherwise she would be prostrated. Young shinobi noticed that something wasn’t going right. ‘People usually don’t bump into each other unless they have emotional problems like distraction. Or they have social problems so they steal something. I wonder which of those two groups you belong.’ Kaori seemed to talk like a grown woman who carefully was investigating the stranger.

She hadn’t seen this guy before or maybe she didn’t pay attention. The greatest surprise was that this guy’s teeth were so white that it almost made her smile. He doesn’t seem like a true beggar. Sadly, Kaori didn’t smile. She chose not to show her teeth to the whole world so she stood in front the stranger. Her dark eyes investigated every detail of this appearance, clothes or even behavior. She knew she cannot underestimate any people and this guy wasn’t an exception. ‘Well you shouldn’t stay so dirty. If I were you, I would go to swim somewhere. You have no idea what infections you may get, if you stay like this.’ Young shinobi wasn't talking sarcastically this time. That means she didn't feel any offence this time for the unknown person.

She addressed him in a forward tone, commanding his full attention for their confrontation. She had noticed him bumping into her for the possibility of looting her pockets. She was sharp that much was sure, but her figure seemed so docile, so.....fragile? Almost as if she'd shatter into a million pieces if he breathed too heavily on her. "How very observant." He smiled slightly and cleared his throat, feeling the roaches crawl around within his coat and and the can he carried on his back.

"Believe me, i am free from all those normal toxins and such that would normally affect a dirty person such as i, lets just say...i have a good immune system." He searched her over with his eyes, she was rather plain looking, but her eyes....they seemed to bore into him with this great intensity, it made him shudder. "Swimming in a river sounds nice, but you see i have no means of drying off for i am homeless" He had no problem admitting he was homeless, pity was the last thing he wanted from anyone. This was a lifestyle choice.

Kaori saw that the stranger is trying to turn the topic away by skipping the most important thing: answer to the question. Clever! Ignore the question. I guess you bump into me with bad intention. Kaori was looking even more attentively, expecting some surprise from the guy. She looked like a civil and probably like a potential victim because the gal was hurt so she could be easy target for any person. However, Kaori hoped that she wouldn’t get involved into any battle for a while so she was more careful with the stranger. ‘You still haven’t answered my question. Which group do you belong?’

Dark eyes intensively watched how he cleared his throat. Does he have parasites? Or sweat is affecting his skin so badly? ‘Well, you may have strong immunity but you can be dangerous for others. You may infect others. Besides, you should talk to Mizukage about this. I bet she can help to you. But first you need wash! There is a river about half kilometer away. Go there and later on visit Mizukage.’ Kaori was thinking that it would be awesome to throw this guy in a river and later on bring him to the Kage. Sadly, she didn’t know what she should expect from him because she had a feeling that this guy isn’t ordinary person. She chose not to mess with him so badly. Every person is hiding something. I wonder what is he hiding?

The Facade' wasnt working, the girl was overly clever and was seeing through his act, he quickly grew serious and stood his full height. His coat fell just at his waistline and was ripped along its ends, it flapped from the stirring motion of the air as he stood. Inside his roaches felt his chakra begin to flow, warning them to be on high alert as they were in the presence of potentially dangerous personnel. With his shoulders set he began to speak, his tone confident and mysterious as he answered the girls question. "Why yes, i was a tad curious as to what was in your packets, that was all. You cant blame a guy."

He cocked his head to the side as he listened to her insulting directions of washing up in a river a ways away, he smiled a sly devious grin as he replied in a coy tone "Hmmm how genius, washing in a river of potential drinking water to get rid of my possible diseases...i would think that would be even more dangerous wouldn't you?" His nervous tick was beginning to act up, a nerve in his neck, a twitch in his neck that was subtle but not too minute...he was beginning to grow slightly annoyed.

"Besides, the kage would never be caught dead around someone of my demeanor!" He said in a rather harsh tone "People like me are looked down upon and cast out of society to eventually be forgotten!" he began a mocking tone as he added "Some one as prestigious as our glorified kage has no time to be hassled with the dealings of a leper im sure deary."

‘In that case just take a bath or something. I bet anybody can help you. Including me.’ Kaori raised a bit her lip corners, creating some scary and unpleasant face. It was not because she hated that stranger; it was one of her insurance measures to avoid the attack from the stranger. I really don’t want to be beaten for two times in a row. Anyway, it’s time to give tribute for my life. She didn’t rue the stranger although his life must be way more difficult than hers. Actually, for the first time in her life she wanted to help the person.


He has changed. Did he showed his true face? Kaori was surprised that this time he was talking seriously. Looking at the stranger, the young shinobi bunched her right hand. It seemed that this conversation was annoying her a little bit. ‘You don’t know anything about Mizukage!’ Kaori hissed like a snake. She raised her right arm and struck to the stranger right into his face. ‘You have no right to talk about her if you have never visited her! I bet you are one of those stubborn fool who are blaming the entire world for their failure!’ Kaori wanted to punch the guy again with her left hand but as soon as she raised her hand, an outrageous pain pierced her body. She suffered the pain and she was forced to bite the bullet because young shinobi didn’t want to show that she is in pain. ‘I can lead you right to Mizukage!’ her voice seemed to be full of agony.

Alex raised a brow as the girl brought up her arm and swung at his head, he stepped to the side slightly and sighed. If not for his height she may have hit him, but given the circumstances that punch was blatantly obvious and he was less than amused that she had decided to become physical with her. Instincts immediately too over as Alex kept his calm demeanor, surging his chakra to its peak to signal his companions.

With no warning roaches burst forth from his coat, enveloping the fabric till it disappeared completely, as began crawling all over his body. The click of their legs scurrying to climb over one another in their mad rush to touch whatever inch of exposed flesh he had, the can on his back too exploded forth with roaches, seemingly hundreds of thousands of roaches erupted form his being. They crawled and stack up along their backs, forming a grotesque being of living skittering predatory nature. Its mouth gaping open in a high pitched shriek as Alex sit inside its form, looking over the girl with a grim stare.

"A very unwise move on your part my lady" the monster spoke, its mouth not moving yet its voice emanating from its entire body, the running scurrying feet of the roaches ever audible. "I have traveled many countries and cities, scoured endless towns and villages and the people were all the same" he began to recount his past, tears stinging his eyes slightly as he spoke, yet the girl would only seet the hulking either foot monster before her The middle class pity you, giving you their sympathy, and the important ones, the oh so magnificent self proclaimed ric look at you with disgust, as if you were no better than the dirt and dust their hired help wipe from the soles of their shoes" he glared with an anger aimed indirectly at the girl "The kage is no different, no kage has been up to the point in my existence, so lead me to her so i can show you her true nature when faced with the reality of living a lower class citizen."

He signaled his bugs to re-enter the safety of the confines in her coat, the grotesque horror falling away until all that remained was the solemn figure of Alex I have seen many kage in my passings... he mumbled almost to himself "but how many homeless have to honestly met in your life? Walk a painful mile in my stead before you judge me, you wold be surprised"

Description: Imagine a massive like creature, standing in a devastating, disgusting like figure coming towards a group. Imagine roaches swarming around, creating a monstrous like body, ready to take charge, ready to destroy. This technique allows the user to change themselves into a large creature of devastating power of roaches that seem to ooze of epic proportion. When the user first learns this technique the radical change is capable of changing up to the user's size in height and width. This is that of medium sized which is from five feet to eight feet. The Radical change then is capable of changing to large sized creatures which are eight feet to sixteen feet in size when learning the "B" Rank version of this technique. When the user learns the "A" Rank version of this technique they are capable of changing the radical devastating creature to that of Huge in size which is sixteen to thirty two feet in size. When the user learns the "S" Rank version of this technique they are capable of changing the radical devastating creature to that of Gargantuan size which is thirty two to sixty four feet in size.
Limit: Must be part of the Blattaria Clan.

[OOC: I’m so sorry for the late reply. I had some business to take care of today.]

Maybe it was a stupid move. However, at least now I know that I should increase my distance. He might be dangerous. The girl moved a bit back, looking in the stranger’s pets. Her eyes were still calm and peaceful although she didn’t know what would happen further. Sadly, her heart was beating a bit faster because this creature in front her eyes seemed nothing more than a gross statuette. So I was right that he isn’t ordinary person. I cannot get involved into battle. Not like this. ‘People were all the same… It depends how you look at them. If you look at the person like in another brick in the wall, you will see a wall. It’s your choice.’

‘This was unwise move as well, dear stranger. Now you showed that you weren’t an ordinary homeless.’ Kaori said with no sarcasm. ‘Anyway, you do care how people look at you… Why? Because their actions or behavior can influence you, right? Ha! How pathetic! You are nothing more than one of those who listen to gregarious instincts… You are one of them; nothing more, nothing less;’ the young shinobi said sarcastically.

Kaori was thinking about two things right now. One of them was the strategy; if she really should help him. He probably didn’t notice anything about me. As long as he don’t know that I’m shinobi, there is less chance to get involved into fight. Dark dressed girl stepped a few steps back watching carefully ever move of the monster. ‘You are still giving weak arguments. You just claim your truth from nowhere. Like an old man who loves to complain. Ha, this is just funny. Fine! That means you will lead me a bit and later we will go to the Mizukage’s office.’ Kaori didn’t say anything more because she felt like talking too much. Besides, talking wasn’t the right tool to show the different reality. Going through the same path and going by the stranger, the young shinobi looked in the same person. ‘Are you coming with me?’

"Ha! You think you got me all figured out dont you?" He smirked and raised his hands slightly as one of his roaches ran across the tips of his fingers. Sometimes it was true, you had to force people to see the ugly side of things. He turned and followed the young girl, leaning down into his familiar crouching position.

"Go ahead then, lead the way." He said with a dismissive wave of his hand Just dont try to play the fool when you realize I was right.

[OOC: I'm changing my living place so I won't be able to be here 3 or 7 days. I guess for a while we should finish this story. No worry, I'll bring you to Mizukage somehow. ;D]]

Does he read my mind? Is he trying to confuse me? We will see. Kaori didn’t say anything to the stranger although she was itching to bite him a little bit. However, she knew that the only thing what she should do was waiting; the greatest victories was reached by patient.

They both crossed long way when they finally reached a little hut. Girl knocked in the doors very loudly, waiting when someone would open the doors. Her expectations weren’t barren; an old lady and little kid opened the door. When kid saw Kaori, he jumped out of hut and hugged the girl. Kid’s arms twisted Kaori’s body but the girl seemed to be even colder blooded. ‘Go away kid. Usually I eat little children like you so you’d rather be careful.’ Kaori gently pushed away the kid and filliped his forehead.

‘As Mizukage asked, I brought some food. It should be enough for a few days. Now we really must go to lady Mizukage.’ Giving the little bag, Kaori looked at the same kiddo and later at grandma who seemed to be staring at the stranger. The grandma seemed to be horrified that the stranger wouldn’t rob her. However, the kid looked at the stranger a bit differently; he smiled and came a little bit closer.

‘Is he your boyfriend?’ asked little child, looking at the homeless guy. ‘No.’ coldly said Kaori. ‘Do you have a boyfriend?’ the little kid asked again. ‘Yes.’ Kaori was forced to tell the lie this time. During that time grandma was watching all three creatures in front her and smiling. ‘Lazy Mizukage isn’t here for a while. She is in the land of Sand. It’s weird that a shinobi like you, Kaori, doesn’t know anything about the Kage.’ Grandma seemed to be smiling.

That that woman told two things about me… first that I’m shinobi, second she told my name. Awesome move, grandma! ‘Fine. In that case we must wait. I’ll be back in a few days. Or Ray will come to bring you food. Now goodbye, we don’t have much time to talk.’ Kaori said at walked a few steps back. Watching how granny closed the door, the girl looked at the stranger. She seemed to be quite upset that she won’t be able to show her truth. ‘Well, I won’t leave everything like this. I will find when Mizukage return. Just tell me where I can find you.’ Young shinobi seemed to be still continuing her investigation about stranger.’

i'll be around...Alex muttered before turning to walk off into the trees. He felt the urge to get some training done before meeting this oh so great kage of theirs...
