Effect: The user quickly performs a large creation of blinding fire into the form of a large Dragon form. The Dragon must be used in the same concept as the Goukakyuu no Jutsu in which must be thrown by placing a hand in a circle form over the mouth of the user.

When arriving at the capital city of Taki no Kuni Pax had been filled with energy. Aware of this he decided the best course of action to take would be some training. The landscape had not been too different from that of the village, but it had a certain atmosphere to it. The land had been completely green despite being mid winter and the air had a nice warm breeze to it when you stood in the sunlight.

With his gaurdian's ninjutsu book in hand he heads off to the perimeter of the city to find a quite spot to train. After a few minutes of walking he finds a clearing in a thickly wooded area. The clearing had been the size of a huge field and only one rather large tree with no branches until the very top sat in the middle. It had seemed a decent spot to train a more advanced fire technique. In the ninja's book it had been described as a legendary fire dragon. The power had been marked in all capital letters as "POTENT AND EXPLOSIVE"

For once the book had also given Pax some suggestions on how to train the dragon. Step one had been writen to give someone the feel of the technique and how it worked. It directly stated, "One should gather massive amounts of chakra to the mouth and lungs and begin to envision a massive dragon set aflame." The steps had gone on for about 2 or three pages since it would take a long time to master this ninjutsu.

Following the first step Pax had done exactly what it had said, step by step. He could feel the warmth of chakra in his mouth and lungs and envisioned a giant dragon. He began to read the second step which directly states, " To begin feeling a sample of the dragon's power, do breathing excercises until fire flows from your mouth." With all of his chakra gathered he had began following the instructions of the book once again.

With deep concentration, he had performed the breathing excercise for about an hour or so. Sparks had begun to fly from his mouth after a while and eventually a stream of fire was shot out on each exhale for the duration of the exhale. When the fire began to flow he felt the heat of it across his face and began to read the next step. Step 3 had stated that," Once the previous step has been completed, one must become used to the pure heat around them.

This step would be treated as a trial for Pax. He crafted handsigns quickly and used Fire Style: Inferno Technique to create a circle around him at an 8 foot radius. He then sat down and began to concentrate on the heat around him. The fire had dwindled down after about an hour and Pax had a new though on the feel of fire. It felt great to him, deadly and potent, warm and comforting all at the same time. After the trial had been complete he went back to his book.

Step four had been the shortest yet and it had said," Perfom jutsu and attempt to create the dragon." There was also a note under this step saying the fire dragon would be extremely smaller and the other steps were all to increase its power. Setting up a makeshift training dummy from a wooden log he began to perform the seals for the jutsu. Trying to put all three of the previous steps into one he created adragon. It had been extremely small, maybe the size of a broomstick. The dragon, although it was very small, had given off a huge heat wave.

Launching it at the log, it quickly spread the fire all over the logs surface. The fire had been quick and extremely potent for such a small dragon. The 1 dragon had taken Pax a few hours to create so he wanted to try one last time so he would completely memorize the feel of the jutsu. THis time the dragon had appeared from his mouth a bit larger and a whole lot brighter. Feeling the chakra drain from his body quickly he propelled it towards the log once more. The log had burned to nothing but ash and Pax had seemed to be exhausted.

He set up camp here for the night. He spent his time between reading the book, eating, and practicing the first 3 steps until he fell asleep. The ninja had come along way from when he started and his experience was starting to show. Although he could not see it himself it would be obvious to anyone who has seen him train before.

After waking up at an ungodly hour to begin his training, Pax had possesed more excitement than he ever has in the past. The forest was still dark and there were still hot embers from his campfire. Before he had fallen asleep he had read the next 3 steps of the fire dragon technique. They seemed almost as basic as the last few he had done. To start off his training he performed the first 4 steps again and created the fire dragon. Again it had appeared to grow a little in size every time he used it.

Step 4 had been to create the dragon itself, step 5 had stated, "The previous steps will not be required to create the ninjutsu once it is learned in it's basic form. The next few steps are focused on the size of the dragon and the speed and effiency. To begin the size increase, perform the first steps. Once you have gotten that far attempt to create the dragon, but envision the pure power of the dragon, as if it were being used against you instead of for you." The step seemed a bit philisophical but it had made perfect sence.

Once again he went through his 3 steps which in total take him about 45 minutes now. He stands infront of another log he had found and begins to create the fire dragon. The pure thought of the dragon engulfing him in horrid flames had been terrifying. Even just imagining the power of the dragon had made him shudder. Now trying to match his chakra to his thoughts awesome power, he exhales a fire dragon that has far surpassed the size of all the others.

In a quick hurl from his lungs it easily obliterated the log sitting in front of him. He knew he was using the jutsu correctly now because it hadn't drained him of that much chakra. His next move would be trying step 6. "Step 6: This step requires concentartion for the user will now try establishing accuracy. Place a dummy in a location no further than 100 yards away from you and on an angle no larger than 90 degrees. The dragon at this stage should travel this far controlled by the user and it will not turn at such drastic angles."

This step had been lengthy but it had made sense. He placed a log 80 yards away and on a 50 degree angle from where he was standing originally. He returned to his spot and yet again when through his time consuming steps. The steps had taken much less time now that he had been doing it alot. He had began to become accustomed to the feel of this jutsu already. Finally he creates a dragon a bit bigger than the last one.

Instantly, he set it on it's course to the stray log in the field. It struck it accurately and it had a decent speed to it. The ninja had finally began to feel a little bit of chakra drain and was finally feeling the effects. Trying to nod it off to finish his days training he remembers step 7. Step 7 says, " The user should now be able to create the dragon at the same size without going through the steps mentioned before. This may take a decent amount of chakra from those new to ninjutsu."

Pax hadn't considered himself very new to ninjutsu so he wanted to try this step atleast once before going to relax. The book had said he should be able to just perform the jutsu now and create the dragon at the same size. Remembering the feel of his chakra he performs the hand signs and puts his hand over his mouth to create the dragon. Once it was created he noticed that it had been much wider than normal but still just as long.

He the launched the dragon to where he had previosly shot it and the already burning land was then in a bigger fire. The width had been atleast double the last one. His chakra had been nearly depleated but he had to take care of the fire. Weaving hand signs and using almost the rest of his chakra, he puts out the fire with his Pressure Jet.

Returning to his site he goes through the same routine as yesterday. Although he also begins to meditate to rest his in the moon light since the day had already came and left since he began training. His head was in pain but after a while he had felt better and went to sleep.

After consulting the ninjutsu book almost like a religious artifact, he prepared himself for the next few steps. He has already read through the front side of one page and a few sentances into the other side. Step 8 had been very simple and stated, " Now the user should spend time increasing the chakra flow between the lungs and the mouth to make to dragon even larger." The ninja set out to the middle of the field to start training again.

Following his handsigns, he trys to do step 8. Being completely rested he successfully created a huge flaming dragon. It's presence was amazing and it was even more so to Pax because he had created it. The area had been so warm lately from the weather and Pax's jutsu it was begining to affect the wildlife. After the ground burst into flame it had attracted something big. It had been a bear and it had set it's sights one the boy immediatly.

It seemed to be angry that the ninja was destroying the terrain. The clearing must have been the bear's territory. Standing on 2 massive legs instead of four now, it seemed to be sizing the ninja up. It had seemed to have liked it's odds against the boy because it began to bull rush him. Already having weaved the seals for the technique he launches a dragon bigger than all of the others up until now at the bear.

The dragon had launched too fast at the bear for it to even realize it was inevitable. The bear had been set aflame immediatly and it began to roll around in the dirt to try to put it out. Feeling guilty the boy uses his Pressure Jet to put out the bear's fur. The bear had only minor burn holes showing raw skin on its coat because Pax had put it out instantly.

Showing it's respect to the boy it heads over to the huge tree in the center and sits down to watch Pax train some more. It had seemed very timid around him now but to him it was still a bear. The bear had however helped him finish step 8. Now he moves on to step 9, which is," Focusing your chakra to the dragon itself, launch it at a thick tree to burn a hole through it.

Luring his bear away from the tree had been simple with a little bit of fish. When the bear had finished it's food it had not made the mistake to walk in his way. It had seemed to recognize the handsigns and cowar a little when the dragon was created. The dragon shot towards the base of the tree and instantly burnt a hole with a radius of 25 through the base of the tree. It had looked like an arch way but was extremely burnt and torn apart.

The bear had wandered off, probably to find it's cubs or cave and Pax had been worn out already. The ninja knew that it was deffinatly time fro step 10. Step 10 had simply stated, "Rest, you have only just begun the hard part." Not sure whether to be excited or scared for that he heads back to his site and sets up for sleep.

Pax returned to his training at an early hour again. To his surprise the bear had shown up again to watch him. The bear had no longer frightened him since he was used to it already. After watching the bear huddle under the tree-awning he had made, he went to get his ninjutsu book to check out the next steps. Then next one would be step 11 which stated, " To increase the dragon's strength even more one must concentrate on the shape of the dragon. The power will be added automatically due to more fire being used in intricate designs.

He set up his dummy far away from himself and the bear and began imagining the shape of the dragon. This instantly reminded him of the thought of the dragon attacking him, and how powerful it was. The firey eyes of the dragon had stared into his heart almost burning him before contact was even made. The jaw seemed to shut as if eating him when it made contact with him as it burst into an explosive field of fire around him.

The facial expression on the dragon had been intricate as well. All it had looked like though was as if Pax was going to be it's only meal for centuries. In his head every detail of the face to the tail had been extremely intricate so he attempted to replicate what he thought about. He created the dragon after performing his hand seals and instantly he could notice the same pattern as in his head. The dragon had seemed to roar as it flew at the log and completely destroy it.

His next step would begin to add difficulty in his training. Step 12 had stated," This will begin the hard part, this part requires complete and utter concentration. Begin to breathe fire in a circle around yourself with a radius of 4 and concentrate on the sheer heat. This will simulate the final dragon's supreme heat." Following the directions of the step he surrounds himself in massive flames and begins to meditate in the middle of it. The heat was impressive and after spending an hour inside of the fire circle he began to feel the heat rushing to his head.

After all that had been taken care of he decided to create the dragon one last time. The dragon had taken most of Pax's remaining chakra but it had a reason to. The size of the dragon had almost doubled and due to performing the last step, he was able to endure the heat of the dragon. It's design still had burnt brightly and had been created flawlessly. All the wood he had stacked up had become the target of his jutsu and quickly burst into a hellish rain of fire.

The training resumes the next day, it is a cold day and it has snowed the night before. Pax had been so used to the heat that the cold started to take a toll on him. To keep himself warm he puts down his ninjutsu book and sets up a log. The next step had been easy. "Step 13: Pick one spot and use as many dragons as you can until your out of chakra." The concept had seemed quite simple and barbaric but Pax was going to follow the instructions to learn this one.

So begins his fire dragon frenzy. He spends 15 minutes shooting as many dragons as he can at the log. He counted 150 dragons and he had not felt any drain on his body. The dragons were the usual size with there intricate pattern and they had a large firey area of effect. Now entirely goofing off he began jumping and using the fire dragon. Suddenly he uses a fire dragon and it burns his hand.

The burn had not been bad, but it had shocked him and scortched his flesh. After resting a bit he felt the chakra consumption hit him. When it had hit him it had been so bad he fell asleep for 12 hours. This had not discouraged him from the next step in the book. He figured that the book was meant to have it back fire, or maybe he just got unlucky. Either way he couldn't remember step 13 so he went back and read it.

"Step:13 Adding the explosive touch in will devestate opponents. While performing the jutsu envision the dragon tearing apart your opponents libs, for a dummy just imagine it being swallowed." Pax had already thought of that image but not while he was performing the jutsu. It made no sense what so ever to him why, but then again alot of this training had been philisophical. Maybe this technique had been originated by someone with a high intelligance.

Testing out the step he placed another log, and walked away from it to do the jutsu. He faced it weaved his handsigns and put his hand over his mouth and shot out a dragon. The dragon had again seemed to increase in size. Maybe it was because of his 12 hour rest, or maybe it was because he followed step 13. When it hit the log it had made an explosive hellfire rain down around it but it had not been that much stronger than the last dragon.

As he approached the fire to put it out with his pressure jet he noticed something. The heat of the fire was alot stronger than it was before. To add even more power he would have to heat the fire up more, using more chakra. It would be his own step but he starts the jutsu once more, following step 13 and concentrating on the pure heat. When the dragon flew out of his mouth the heat was so tremendous it had blown his hair back.

This had absorbed a decent amount of chakra so Pax decided he would go and sleep till daytime anyways to rest his body. When the next day arived his bear friend had shown up again but with a piece of cloth in its claws. "Someone else must be in here too, or the bear had taken care of them already." He thought to himself. " Oh well I won't stress about it.

The ninja had still not given up on the time consuming training. He had spent so much time here in the past few days it seemed like he had moved out here. Either way he was determined to learn this ninjutsu and master it. Up until now he has been reading steps out of a book and following them but at this point the book only had 1 page left of steps.

Step 14 had been a little confusing but it had been an important step. Step 14 had stated, " Only those who respect the danger of this ninjutsu will be able to controll it properly. The power of it is too outstanding for careless use. If used improperly it could burn the area pretty severly." This had not been a step but more of a warning. Pax decided he would have to test the entire strength of the jutsu with a huge pile of logs he had cut. The pile itself had been atleast 4 times taller than the ninja and it had an area around the base of about 30 feet.

The shinobi began the jutsu with his handsigns, followed by putting his hand over his mouth in a circle and exhaling a firey dragon. The dragon, to Pax atleast, was impressive everytime he saw it. He had come along way from when he first became a ninja. One could hear the wind breaking near the dragon when it sped straight up in the air and then dropped from the sky ontop of the pile, engulfing it entirely. Logs had turned to ash upon impact while others sat there burning brilliantly in a glorious flame.

The boy had been astonished when he saw the power of the dragon. It had almost surpassed what he believed was the power of the one he envisioned, devouring himself earlier in his training. That step had been completed so he instinctively set off to find his book to read step 15. "Step 15: To be able to fully controll the dragon one should be able to have it fly for a few moments before sending it to explode." The book stated and something had caught Pax's eye, causing him to say,"A few moments? It's hard enough for me to shoot this damned thing."

Not discouraged but a little in shock he jumped up to the top of the largest tree in the middle of the clearing to try this. He had not wanted to burn the whole forest down and harm so much wildlife. Starting again by crafting the dragon of flame, he sent it flying around the sky. After about 45 seconds of control had gone by before he had felt any sort of drain. Not being someone to stop on the first sign of exhaustion he continued flying the dragon instead of stopping. One whole minute had gone by since the first sign of exhaustion and he still had been going strong.

After 5 more minutes he began to feel sleepy, so he finally sent it flying to the scortched earth where the log pile had previously been sitting. Step 16 was next but Pax took a lunch break before continuing. The sun had been gleaming brightly and had given the winter air, a weird spring like feeling, which was perfect for step 16. It had stated, " The dragon itself should be at a very powerful point, To increase its devastating qualities concentrate on what it would feel like to stand on the sun, with out instantly dieing. The dragon should be created in comparison to the sun. After understanding this try to finish the jutsu by sending it to a target."

The book had, again, given him a philisophical step. Naturally for his age, he had disbelief in that kind of stuff but that doesn't mean he hadn't like to think. Closing his eyes and concentrating he pictures the sun. The firey mass had been there ever since the begining of humanity and it was still warming the earth up. The enormous amount of heat was unable to be put into units in his head but it still had made him shudder when he thought of himself, being cursed to walk that surface for the end of existance.

Believing he understood what the step had meant he gets ready to get into the hands on training. He jumped to the top of a tree branch and summoned all of his chakra. He crafted the handsigns flawlessly and determined. Then he finally puts his right hand over his lip with his thumb and index finger touching, almost creating a funnel, and pushes the firey mass out of his mouth and directs it to the burnt ground.

Now he was almost completely out of chakra and the sun's harsh rays began to beat on the back of his neck. He jumped down and began to eat his meal. After his food was done he read the remaining steps and then finally fell asleep.

Pax had been ready for his training since he woke up. Today he was going to practice something without looking at the book. The book had only had a few steps left but he didn't feel that he would have mastered the technique with just that. He thought of many things to test with the fire dragon so he's not going into combat blindly with it.

His first test was to see what happened to the dragon if it hits water. After searching for about 20 minutes he found a big lake in the forest. He decided that this would be a good spot to test this out so he jumped up to a high branch and began the jutsu. As he exhaled the dragon it lurched towards the lake immediatly and hit the surface. The fire hadn't been put out fast enough to stop the heated water jet out of where the dragon hit. After about 1 second of contact with water the dragon disappears.

He jumped down from the tree and began preparing his next step. His next theory had been a little harder to replicate, basically he wanted someone to throw shuriken at him while he used the dragon. Thankfully he could use his Mist clone to throw shuriken at him. He sent out his mist clone about 40 Yards away from himself and got read. The clone clutched a shuriken and kunai, ready to hurl both the projectiles into the mouth of the dragon.

Pax asked his clone if it was ready because he wanted to assure that the clone was prepared. The clone simply nodded and said "Yes." to his question so he started his jutsu with the handsigns, then cupped his hand over his mouth and launched the dragon. At the second the dragon was about half way between the ninja and his double, the clone threw the weapons into the dragon and jumped away to analyze. Pax had only been able to stare at the dragon launching out of his mouth.

The dragon struck a tree and Pax used his Pressure Jet technique to prevent a fire. The clone had reported to him exactly what it had seen. The shuriken was nowhere to be found because it had looked like it completely melted. The kunai had been found and it looked as if the sheer force of the dragon stopped its flight. Pleased with that information he summons 2 more clones of his for his last training.

He was to avoid shuriken from 3 different angles at once and hit all 3 of them with 1 dragon. The only way he can think of hitting them is with impact or the napalm like fire. The clones stood 50 yards away each and had him surrounded in a triangle shape. They all threw shuriken and kunai at the same time towards the ninja who had already had his handsigns prepared. He launched straight up in the air with his Wind Jump and then landed on a branch.

The clones all moved closer to try to get a view of them and then they notices from the left of them. A firey dragon had already been created and propelled at them. They had no time to react to it and all became caught in it's blaze. Pax descended from the tree and laughed. "That had been much easier than it should have been." He chuckled to himself.

His previous training left off with him trying his own steps to increase the dragon's strength. While he also checked out some little quirks of the technique it managed to become stronger. Next, he reads the book for the next few steps. Step 17 and step 18 were both up next. Step 17: " Meditate. The next step requires complete discipline." and Step 18:" Create the dragon multiple times without thinking about anything. This will force your body to go off of muscle memory."

Well meditating would probably be a good idea to keep his busy mind active. It had normally him think more,but he decided to take it one step higher. While meditating he will attempt the jutsu and launch the dragon infront of him at a stone slab he had found earlier. Crossing his legs and closing his eyes he faces the stone slab and begins to think. Forming his jutsu now from strick muscle memory the only time he even had to think was when he wanted to launch the dragon.

The ninja had been completely unaware of the amount of chakra he had consumed. After about 20 minutes the stone slab shattered into hot pebbles and Pax decided it was time to try the next step. When he stood up the chakra consumption had hit him again but he has become used to it. He already new from the start that this jutsu would take alot of chakra, but he was beggining to impress even himself with how much he's used. It is amazing how he hasn't died yet from working himself to the bone.

All of his thoughts suddenly stopped when he realize what step 18 had said. His hands were in acting out of complete muscle memory and his chakra was forming with out him having to think about it. The dragons began to decrease in size because he had used almost all of his chakra. Being stupid and persistant, he tries to shake it off and 15 minutes later he passes out. Hours later he wakes up looking at the stars, unable to move his body because he is so exhausted.

After laying there forcing himself to move for almost an hour his body finaly gave in to his orders. He instantly hobbled over to his site and began cooking. It was a cold winter night now and he was going to catch a cold if he didn't light a fire anyway. So he set up a log and with the smallest amount of chakra possible, he created a mini fire dragon and started his fire. He grabbed his food and cooked it over the fire and then fell asleep after eating, next to his fire.

Waking up next to hot coals, Pax had been eager to start training again. There had been a few questions he had to ask himself for his next part of the training. 1 How would he use this jutsu effectivly. 2 How fast can he perform it and 3 How far will it go. Sticking to number one for now he sets up a log as a dummy and begins to think.

One effective way would be a binding jutsu to stop the opponent. Another way would be to add a combo to it. He walks away 50 yards from the log and begins forming his handsigns and launches the dragon high into the air. Grabbing his katana he dashes at the log and quickly jabs what would have been the neck of a human. He weaves another few handsigns again and uses Wind Surf to back away.

Right as he backed away from the log the dragon had come plummeting from the sky. The log had been set on fire and burnt into ash instantly. Next would be testing his speed. To do this he would make one and quickly make another one right after. He placed 2 seperate logs on both sides of him on a 45 degree angle, about 100 yards away from him.

He began counting the seconds it took him to weave the hand signs, It took him 12 seconds to make the handsigns and it took the dragon 1 to reach the log, the second log had been quickly destroyed after the second dragon was shot. This technique had been a little slow for use in a 1 vs 1. It also took way to much chakra from him currently.

His next test would be to check how far he could launch it. He jumped up to the highest branch and prepared his jutsu. The handsigns were quickly formed in the 12 seconds and the dragon shot out of his mouth. He had made the dragon go straight until it would disappear. Following the quick moving mass of chakra had been a difficult task. Jumping from limb to limb also made it a bit slower too.

The dragon had finally disappeared but Pax could barely see the point where he started. Begining his mad dash back, he began estimating how far away he was from the original spot. When he got back he calculated his distance and figured it to bee around 500 yards. The ninja was done with active training for now, he sat at his site and began reading ahead on the last few steps he would have to take to master this jutsu.

There had been six steps left in the book for the dragon. He was shocked to see that the guide had almost been finished. It seemed like months since had been at his house but it hadn't bothered him. After doing some time calculating, he decided to train the next 3 steps today, the next two tommorow and the final one the day after.

The next step was step 19. Step 19 had said, " Your dragon should be nearly completed by now. To get your body used to the chakra consumption try to make the dragon a couple times and increase it's size." This step had seemed like a simple training concept so he set up a traget and walked away from it. He began to weave his handsigns and place his hand over his mouth to create the dragon.

He sent a heavier flow of chakra to the dragon and it's size had again, increased just like the heat. The step had said to keep doing this so he had. It had taken alot of chakra to keep doing this so after about 5 different dragons, all which had increased in size numerically, had he decided to go to step 20. Step 20 had been a little hard seeing how he just used alot of his chakra.

Step 20 had stated," To gain complete control of the dragon, the user should try to create two and launch them simultaneously." This had made him a bit nervous since it was hard enough for him to make the dragon in the first place. "Oh well." he said as he shrugged his shoulders and prepared himself for the training. To do this effectively he would first create one dragon and see if he could hold it for 12 seconds.

The dragon had wanted to just fly but Pax had tremendous restraint and held it for 14 seconds. He shot the dragon and now attempted to follow the step. Creating the first one he held it there as he performed his handsigns. After the 12 seconds had passed the second dragon appeared. There was no way he'd be able to hold the both of them still immediately so he sent them at the ash pile of the previous traget.

His chakra levels had dropped extremely fast and the next step would take too much chakra for him to perform. To his disliking he went back to his site to try to recover a little. Using the jutsu 2 times had deffinately not been a smart idea to use in combat so he shook off any thoughts of using it. It would end up leaving him in his current state, barely able to even walk 50 yards.
