Katon - Ryuuka no Jutsu (Dragon Fire Technique)

Effect: The user quickly performs a large creation of blinding fire into the form of a large Dragon form. The Dragon must be used in the same concept as the Goukakyuu no Jutsu in which must be thrown by placing a hand in a circle form over the mouth of the user.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: This type of technique is better used if the opponent is bonded down and unable to be moved.
Description: A Large creation is created as the user performs the necessary handseals for the technique. As the user does so they raise their hand up over their mouth. By taking in a deep, breathe the user fills their lungs with chakra to in, which ignites the moment they blow out air. As the user blows out the creation of fire is made taking the form of a giant dragon like creature. The Dragon is quickly hurled towards the opponent as the dragon swivels and swerves moving like that of a Chinese Dragon. When first learned the Dragon does not explode forth but the very flames oozes out spreading out in all directions that would wrap around the opponent in a blaze of glory. When the user learns the "B" Rank version the user is capable of pushing so much power into the technique to where when it touches the target it is needed it is ignited in a mass blaze of glory, creating a grand explosion.

After only being able to train two out of the three step he had wanted to yesterday, Pax was a little behind. Meaning today he would have to catch up to where he wanted to be with his training. The next step had been step 21 and it was possibly the most difficult one yet. Step 21 stated ," To unlock the dragon's full strength and explosive power. The user must now try to double the size of the dragon. Adding as much chakra into it as possible."

The step had been basic but Pax didn't think he had enough chakra to have a full day of training. Still as thick-headed as ever
he set up a training dummy and began the handsigns. His utter concentration had been required for him to make a dragon so huge. When it had been launched Pax could only stare at it and feel a bit scared. If he had been able to create something that big and powerful than someone else would most likely have even stronger jutsus than that.

That thought had only made him more determined to get stronger. Everyday he trains he always learns something new but today he had almost completely changed. His determination up until now had been down right amazing, and his work ethic was incredible for such a new ninja. Thinking he'd request to lead a team when he returns to the village, he sets himself up for step 22.

Step 22:" Now that the dragon is at it's highest size capacity, try to create two of that size and hold them both in place for 5 minutes. Discipline and a high mental status would be keen factors in this part of the training. Chakra absortion will be extreme for most if not all ninja who try this step. This step is to make the user used to using alot of chakra for one attack."

The step ahad been lengthy and it frightened Pax. Yesterday he was unable to hold the dragons for more than 2 seconds. How would he have enough chakra to hold both still for five minutes? This he just had to see now, he began his handsigns and proceded in creating 2 fire dragons. When he had created them he had felt the drain take effect immediately.

After the 5 minutes had been up he had barely had enough chakra to move. Foolishly, however Pax moves to the second to last step, step 23. Step 23 had been much easier than the last few and state, " After that the user thould finally have the dragon nearly mastered. This step and the next one are basically focusing on explosive damage. Imagine a massive cavern, filled with Explosive Tags blowing up and destroying a huge mountain. Now imagine this sight when the dragon strikes the target."

One last dragon shouldn't take too much chakra from him. He set up the final log for the day and began the jutsu one last time. When the dragon had shot out of his mouth it launched for the log instantly. The second it was going to strike Pax could envision the entire mountain blowing up. The dragon had eaten a hunk of land out in his explosion and after the fire burned down, Pax knocked out due to chakra drain.

Waking up under the star, Pax remembers that he had completely used all his chakra training the day before. He had left the village during winter, and was still stuck here training into the begining of spring. The next bit of his training had been one of the easiest steps and also one of the most philisophical. The step had been very long and required Pax to think alot.

Step 24: "Knowing you have great power does not mean you should abuse it. As you have learned through much training it requires alot of chakra to use and it is powerful. The user must figure out by themselves when to use the jutsu but using it a few times in one battle can leave any lower level ninja in shock. Find it's weaknesses, Find the dragon's strengths and find out it's secrets and you will know when to use it. After thinking about all of these key points, use the jutsu. Thinking is always good but never forget active training is a great teacher too."

He had already tested out a few things with the dragon so he had seemed to be a few steps ahead of the book. He walked over to the lake he had found a while ago and tried to test it out with the dragon's full power. When the dragon hit the surface of the water, it made a cannonball effect and it warmed up the entire source of water. Alot of water had also been launched in the air, and fell right back almost like rain.

With the lake heated up, and the ninja in dire need of bathing, he entered into the warm body of water. To his surprise the dragon had warmed the huge lake up quite nicely. He would then spend the next few days recovering from all his chakra loss and also left the forest. It had been fun for him but he was glad to finally be leaving.

The last bit of training Pax went through left him tired for a few days. He was happy that the next bit of training hadn't been as tiring. Like many others from his clan he figured it'd be a good time to learn genjutsu now that he has gotten a decent control over his chakra. The ninjutsu book only had the knowledge to learn a perception and held no information on regular genjutsu techniques. Understanding how the genjutsu works however, was half the battle.

He sat in a tent in the middle of a forest reading his book. The shadow perception
had seemed to be more based off of his fighting style so decided to go with that. In his book it had described it as a thought of thinking. Basically, making the mind believe what may not even be there in the first place. Philosophically speaking, it had been used to make the opponent harm themselves inside they're own head. Taking a while to take all the deep thinking in he begins to concentrate about this perception.

The next step he would take is thinking about the genjutsu as a whole. The description had said it was all about causing mental harm to an enemy. Causing Pax to concentrate even more, this genjutsu had been extremely tricky and useful. Determined to at least be able to understand some of it he set his mind into a deeper concenration. Fully aware of his intellect he began to think a little bit more about the whole theory behind it.

To keep it simple, he can use it to his advantage by altering vision patterns. The genjutsu had a very dark sound to it and sounded like it was extremely versitile. Just the name itself had been enough to interest Pax into studying it. To complete his training for the night by meditating by the fire in his darkened mind.

After spending the night meditating about shadows and darkness he consulted the ninjutsu book for more insight. The book had some more descriptions about the style of illusions so he read them carefully. Most of them had described the feel of being inside of the genjutsu and had really only given him a few words of advise of the thinking patterns.

Thoughts race through his head about shifting shadows and illusionary movement to confuse enemies. The style had normally affected multiple people around the user meaning it hadn't been able to tell the difference between friend and foe. The safest way for him to use it is to block off any allied senses from the genjutsu's trigger. Knowing this would also make him easy to read in battle so he would need to be stealthy.

The shadows would most likely allow him to remain stealthy and give him openings to attack. To further study the feeling of shadows he heads out into the forest at the darkest point of the night. Knowing animals would be about he had kept his hand on his blade while he walked through the forest. Keeping his eyes moving all over the landscape, he notices shadows moving, creating images that may or may not be what they look like.

Since a shadow is only a surface area of darkness, changing various point of the darkness would create a different shadow. In turn, allowing the user to frighten enemies and reduce their senses. Within the black forest, Pax could almost rely on his sense of smell as much as his sense of sight to find his way around. The shadows had made it so he was unable to see any trees in his way, causing him to walk very slowly.

After a few hours within the darkness he was finally able to see a good distance in the shadow. He set off to where he hopefully set up camp, and got lost. Tired of not knowing where he was, Pax jumped up to the top of the trees and started looking for his clearing. It had only taken him 5 minutes of constant staring to spot his camp. Continuing his path on the tree tops he finally reached his camp. Finishing his training for the night, he meditated before he passed out.

Pax had become accustomed to the feel of darkness around him. He started to actually appreciate the dark instead of over look it's very pressence. It had felt like an extension to his own physical body at this point, being able to slip in and out of sight had been a very smart idea in his eyes. Still knowing he needed a bit more time adapting to it he awaited night fall once more. During the day however, the bear he has seen multiple times in the forest had shown up once more.

It had stayed by his side all day and when it began to get dark he followed it to where it had slept. Knowing there had been atleast a cave he had got it set in his mind he would study shadows further inside there. To his surprise when the bear had reached it's sleeping grounds, it had a massive cave system that had been clearly visible from the outside. To go inside had been his first instinct and he rushed off in an enthusiastic way.

Not even considering the dangers he pressed on in full steam. When he had thought he reached the darkest part he sat down and began to analyze everything. He could hear drops of water hit the ground in a rythmatic pattern.the cave had smelled dank and musty and gave an incredible echo within. While studying this environment he had realized that the cave was not just inhabited by the bear. He could hear the sounds of rodents running around.

After an hour in the cave he had a complete feel for the darkness. It had left him feeling as if it was completely part of his body. His stomach growled and he knew it was just about time to leave, he stood up and was able to see through a decent patch of the darkness infront of him. When he had started to leave the cave he heard a massive growling noise from behind him. The sound had seemed to come from behind him so he picked up his pace and reached the exit of the cave system.

When he reached the exit the bear had been sitting there and had seemed a bit shook. Pax pet the bear on the head and it pushed it's neck up against his leg like a cat. Maybe the bear had been scared of the noise he had heard deeper in the cave. It had seemed to bethe most likely option because when he set off to his camp the bear followed him back. Pax cooked a meal for him and his guest and set off to bed, he slept in the tent while the bear slept right outside of it.

In the middle of his sleep he woke up to the sound of the bear moving around. It had still seemed restless after it heard that noise from the cave before. The sun hadn't even started to set so Pax decided to see what was wrong. The bear was just over reacting heavily, it began to circle around his tent almost as if it was trying to protect him. He tried to calm it down but it didn't want to listen so Pax just decided to study a little bit more on the genjutsu perception.

One of the more useful descriptions in the book had mention some really interesting points. The stronger the mind behind the genjutsu, the more effective it would be. It works the opposite way too, the weaker the mind on the other side, the better effect it would have. This had been common factor with genjutsu and a lot of other ninja tricks. To further his study he began concentrating on all the shadows and their movements.

Finally realizing what the bear was freaking out about, Pax noticed the way the shadows were moving around and figured something didn't seem right. They almost looked like they were actual beings. The wind had been giving the leaves aswaying effect causing the shadows to move sparratically. Knowing how the shadows moved made him understand what made the. bear freak out.

When he got back to the camp the bear was still circling his tent. He was surprised the bear hadn't figured out what was going on. When pax went into his tent the bear seemed to slow doown nd then eventually stopped completely. Falling asleep once more he awaits his next day of training.

Description: Each rank of the technique can create a shadow of up to a certain size category from fine to Colossal. At the time of performing the Illusionist chooses whether the shadow created will be a type of equipment or creature. Items created with this GenJutsu are considered to be one-third as real and have one-third the normal strength of the object. There are two types of objects that can be created: Weapons, and Equipment. Weapons created via this GenJutsu are partially real and those who succeed in finding out it is a GenJutsu will still be affected by one third of damage created by the weapon. Those who do not feel that this is a fake will suffer full on attack. Items created have no major significance. They cannot do anything other than look nice or pretty unless they were to harm those who perceive the object such as a stab, or a cut. Creatures shaped are considered one third real with a transparent feel along them. They are one third as strong as a normal creature. Creatures made by this Jutsu have none of the normal qualities such as poisons or helpers. When the user first learns this technique they are only capable of creating objects the size of fine, which is very small and is capable of making just one. When the user learns the "C" Rank of this technique the user is capable of making Diminutive and Tiny objects up to three. When the user learns the "B" Rank of this technique the user is capable of making Small and Medium sized creatures up to five. When the user learns "A" Rank of this technique the user is capable of making Large and Huge Creatures up to seven creatures. When the user learns the "S" Rank of this technique the user is capable of making Gargantuan to Colossal sized creatures up to nine.

After understanding the deep thoughts of the genjutsu Pax began to try to manipulate the shadows. Without having the book to give him directions, he had not really known where to start other than creating shadows. He figured after learning how shadows move and how they feel, he would be able to create one. Since he was extremely new to genjutsu he would try to make something small and easy.

When he started to think of the shadow he wanted to create it appeared in the spring-time sun. The first thing he had tried to replicate was a bo-shuriken and its shadow had appeared on the ground infront of him. Adding more chakra into it he tried to make it look as if it were a real shuriken. This had been a confusing concept to him but he just imagined what a bo-shuriken looked and felt like.

To his surprise on the ground infront of him was a perfect shuriken. It had shocked him but he knew it was a genjutsu so he could see right through it. When he picked it up off the ground he had poked himself with it and it had seemed dull. Maybe it was because his mind knew it wasn't real but for some reason it appear tangible. Leaving the brain to automatically assume it is real and not look at the overall picture.

His next plan would be to try to create an animal. When he started the jutsu again the shuriken had dissappeared in a cloud of shadows. The animal Pax was trying to create was a killer bee the size of a sewer rat. When he had successfully created it it lifted out of his palm The bee had full colors of a bee and had looked just like one. Finally he decided to test a certain aspect of the creation itself.

He wanted to check if he could control the movement of the creature. The bee had follow his commands to the letter and after about 14 seconds it had lost its shape and quickly dissappeared in the sunlight. The shinobi had been thrilled with his shadow art and tried to replicate one of his kunai. After forming the hand seals he grabbed a kunai and threw it at a tree and before it had even struck it, the other one had already been lodged in it. This is because he had tried to create the shadow in the tree bark and it had worked.

However the second kunai to hit the tree had seemed to be alot deeper. This was not the case for someone who didn't realize the difference between the real one and fake one. Their brain would instinctively activate the pain sensory system in the body and send it through the nervous system. The deep thinking of this style had left Pax mentally exauhsted so he went to the inside of his tent and began to rest.

Instead of one large dragon like form being shot forth towards the opponent, the user is capable of increasing the amount of them into an amount of three draconic creations with similar devastation.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: They are only capable of going in a straight line. Projectory may not change directions.
Description: A Large creation is created as the user performs the necessary handseals for the technique. As the user does, so they raise their hand up over their mouth. By taking in a deep, breathe the user fills their lungs with chakra to in, which ignites the moment they blow the air out. As the user blows out the creation of fire is made taking the form of a giant dragon like creature. The Dragon is quickly hurled towards the opponent as the dragon swivels and swerves moving like that of a Chinese Dragon. Then without notice or movement the large dragon splits into three smaller sized forms of dragons as they twist and turn around one another heading towards the intended target. This technique is used to where the user is capable of controlling each dragon to hit at different times. Waking up later the next day Pax wanted to make his Fire Dragon technique even stronger. The trees in the area had all still been recovering from the last time he practiced this technique. It still had drained his chakra a lot to perform the technique but making it strong would be worth it. He prepared himself with the handsigns and moved the bear away from where he had been firing the dragon. After not performing the jutsu in a while, Pax had been slow creating it. It still had it’s full power and incinerated the tree on impact.

This hadn’t completely drained him of his chakra just yet. He still had plenty left in his reserve so he began the jutsu again. This time the dragon had been faster than before. Quickly regaining the feel for the justu, he sent it flying at the huge pile of ash that was once a tree. Without him realizing it the area was coated in ash for about 100 meters. The chakra and fire had erupted causing the dragon to cover the field in an ashy substance. This had given him an idea for his shadow perception but right now he concentrated on the dragon’s power.

Still not feeling the drainage, he tried to create 2 dragon. He began the first set of handsigns for the first dragon. The dragon had appeared shortly after and he was already beginning the next set of handsigns. Both of the dragons now sit awaiting Pax’s order and using his chakra he directed them to a nearby tree. The sound of the explosion had been massive and could be heard from any nearby area. A firey explosion could be seen as the whole tree was engulfed in flames.

His next step would be to try to hold 3 dragons at once. He controlled them for a decent amount of time before he would lose the rest of his chakra. Although he has had no sign of it yet, the dragon was costing him a lot of chakra and he was at a very low level. He may have felt perfectly fine but soon enough he would feel the drainage. He prepared the handsigns for one last training exercise and began creating his array of firey dragons. The first one was produced with no problems and after it was made, he instantly began making the next two. Half way through the hand signs for the second he began to get tired but nodded it off. The 2nd and 3rd dragon had both been created and are now draining his chakra to keep them floating in front of him. After about 15 minutes he finally released them and had them stike another massive tree and began another fire.

It had been bright and magnificent and he watched it before he set up to rest. He sat by the burning tree and cooked his dinner, while the bear remained close to the tree. There had been no marks from his encounter with the bear left on the bear’s fur. After about 20 minutes he couldn’t even bring himself to walk so he slept early so he could begin training again tomorrow.

Yesterday’s training had left Pax excited to begin his training again. The ninja rushed over to a clear spot and began to set up for his next few steps in powering up the fire dragon technique. His next step had been to create as many fire dragons as he could one after another to gain an even higher chakra control for this technique. He made sure there was nothing around him that would cause the whole forest to be incinerated and he realized he would have a better chance traveling to the nearby lake. When he reached the lake he hopped up to the top of the highest tree and began his handsigns.

After having to quit training yesterday due to insufficient chakra, he tried to increase his chakra load by abusing his jutsu. It had taken him 5 seconds to create the dragon every time. So every minute he was producing 12 dragons and having them strike the lake. The water’s temperature was surely rising rapidly as he constantly hit the lake with the fire dragon. As his hands began to move with lightning fast speed he got accustomed to the absorption of the technique very fast.

To do so however, it had cost him an enormous amount of chakra to even begin to understand it. He had been feeling signs of fatigue and chakra drain after about 5 minutes and in 5 minute intervals he felt weaker and weaker. The water was so hot it was boiling in the center after the barrage of fire dragons. With the time it took for the dragon to fly and strike the water, it had taken 1 second in between each dragon and would cause a massive amount of damage if someone walked into the lake right now.

His face began to turn red after a half an hour but he still continued shooting off dragons into the lake. He didn’t want to harm any wildlife or habitats so the lake was the perfect option. After another 20 minutes he began to reach his lowest points in his chakra pool. He had, so far created 600 dragons and was still going. Needless to say, they all had been slowly decreasing in size after each one.

To his surprise he lasted another 10 minutes with his extensive training and then he was completely out of chakra. The final dragon he created was about the size of a gardener snake and the water had stopped its boiling sensation. Trying to relax he strips down to his underwear and jumps into the make shift hot tub. He was hoping the heated water would give him a rejuviating feeling and it had. After bathing for a half an hour he headed back to his tent where he would rest and prepare for tomorrows training.

Today’s training had consisted of him trying to create two dragons with one jutsu. After spending a whole day on just relaxation he was ready to train as hard as he possibly could. His chakra had been at its peak and Pax was ready to begin. He set off back to the lake nearby so he wouldn’t harm anything while training. The bear had just lingered around the campsite until his return.

On arrival, he once again, climbed to the top of the highest tree and began to concentrate. One dragon had taken a lot of chakra but to create two at once it would probably absorb a lot of his chakra reserves. This training, at his age would normally have to repeat it multiple times to have a successful attempt. He began his handsigns and started to spew a dragon out of his mouth in a heated inferno. The dragon had been of its normal size but he was trying to create two at once so he carelessly shot it at the lake’s surface. He tried to create the dragon again but this time he tried to split his chakra into two.

Each lung holding a different chakra pool he began to exhale as the behemoth that was the dragon erupted from his mouth. Again, he had failed in trying to create two with the same jutsu so again he shot it at the lake in the same careless manner. With that approach resulting in failure he tried to use his mind to perceive the two separate dragons, both with their own power. He began his hand signs again and after they had been done he tried to shoot the fiery attack at the lake.

After imaging the two separate dragons he was able to create it just the way he had seen it in his head. The problem being, that he tried to just use his chakra without thinking about it first. Now that he had realized how simple it had been for him to do that, he began repeating the jutsu until he felt accustomed to the way it used his chakra. The dragons had both been the same size and they had both barely drained more chakra than the fire dragon itself.

After completing that step and still having plenty of chakra to work with, he decided to try on small training exercise before he headed back to camp. Gathering the rest of his chakra, he formed the hand signs and created 2 more dragons, and then another two. While having complete control over all four, he made them collide into a massive explosion above the lake. What appeared to be hellfire raining down from the heavens, had really been his power increasing and his versatility as a ninja also increasing.

On his trip back to the camp site, he began walking slower and felt heavier than ever before. Using the final 4 dragons had exhausted the rest of his chakra and he was quickly feeling the aftershock. Pax had finally reached the campsite where all he could do was eat and then fall asleep.

For today’s training, Pax had been bent on some crazy ideas. A few which in some sense make perfect sense and the others just completely ridiculous. The main subject of today’s training had been based off of creating the dragon with intricate designs and also making it bigger to produce more of an effect.
Now that he had planned out the process of his training he decided to try the first step. Taking a huge breathe he began concentrating on what a dragon looked like. He knew that it would take a good amount of chakra to get such a large dragon and have it accompanied with different patterns . This amount of chakra would make the dragon intimidating and deal out lots of damage. He also knew however, that from experience that this technique has resulted in failure before. The spine of the Dragon had to be solid and have intimidating plates on it. The fact that it was fire made it even harder for an opponent to look down on this technique. Imagining a snake's body, he got many ideas from it and realized he could make many different forms of this dragon.

The spine would have to be somewhat weaker to allow it to move correctly still. As usual, the head would be used with the strongest part of the dragon and use the most of his chakra than any other body parts. Everything else would be used with the strongest amount of chakra he could use and make it extremely dense because that would be the part that would attack enemies first and deal the most damage.

The young boy started up the hand signs. He did all of them perfectly without any hesitation or pause. Inhaling air with his mouth and channeling chakra into his lungs from the center of his body. He fused the chakra from his body with the air in his lungs. Now he had to mold the chakra into shape so it could be an intricate dragon. He put most of the chakra into the head and the rest of the body and almost an equal amount into the spine. There wasn't nearly as much in the back, compared to the front. He had gotten the chakra distribution right so far.

For the spine, there was a little bit less chakra than the front so it was easier to mold. He molded the chakra so that it would swerve and swivel when he spat out the intense amount of fire. The neck and spine both began to look artistic as he propelled the fire from his mouth. He had his imagination to help him out. The ninja imagined all the forms of dragons that he could. It had helped him create exactly what he had wanted. Next to create the face, imagining it as menacing and as evil as possible he added much more detail into the face and nose.

After all that training all he had been able to do was create the dragon with a lot more intricate looking feel to it. It had an extremely powerful impact when it had hit the lake however. After using a lot of his chakra just on creating one that wasn’t even bigger than the others, he headed back to camp and began to think about what else he could do.

After creating more designs on the dragon Pax decided to dedicate today’s training to making it bigger. To do so he would need to use a lot of his chakra and again, train his body to know its own limit. The bear that had been hanging around the campsite had been acting weird lately but it may have been because Pax was barely around it anymore. To protect the bear and the remaining forest, he set of to his usual spot the lake.

To get into his training he quickly jumped to the top of the tree and went through all of his hand signs. His first idea to increase its size had been to try to muster up all of his chakra and use it at once. While inhaling he had felt his chakra stop flowing all the way, almost as if it had a limit on how much the dragon itself could handle. When he had created it, it had once again reformed with the same size and the same design. He tried again but he got the same results for a few more attempts.

His next idea was to create 2 dragons and start launching 2 at a time at the lake. He began his hand signs once again and created two dragons with his mouth. As they had been expelled from his mouth, they quickly launched at the lake and began heating the water. Still the dragons had come out as two separate dragons instead of dividing from one huge one. Still determined he starts to repeat this step for a few minutes. After that he had begin to have doubts that it’d get any bigger than its current size.

Being as thick headed as he is, he still kept shooting the pairs at the lake in a repetitive like order. The ninja was beginning to doubt that he could do it. Still going at the loop, dragon training he begins to feel a massive feeling of exhaustion come over him. After a total of 20 minutes, or 480 dragons, he passed out from chakra drain. Waking up, luckily still alive and in the tree’s top, he begins shooting the dual dragons again.

After 5 minutes he once again felt the same feeling but this time he was able to nod it off. To finish his training he had tried to create the dragon as big as possible one more time. Mustering up the rest of his chakra, he began his hand signs and took a deep breath. Filling his lungs with oxygen and chakra he expelled a single dragon. The best had almost looked bigger but when it had impacted the lake’s surface, Pax could tell that it was not. Before he dies he quickly descended from the tree and headed back to camp to rest and once again come up with more training ideas.

Pax had failed horribly when trying to increase the size of the technique. Not only was he out of ideas, but he was extremely tired from the past few days. There was no way that he couldn’t accomplish this so he set off to try again. Although he performed badly he wasn't giving up at all. If he learned the technique, it would be one of his stronger jutsus. He really wanted to learn it because it would impress his superiors and anyone else close to him. Determined to do better he promises he won’t give up today until he is done.

Pax separated his hands and created a storm of handseals. He inhaled a great amount of the spring air once again. His fire chakra broiled within him as it came up to fuse with the air in his mouth. Pax had promised himself that he would do better, so he had to improve at least a little bit. He brought up more chakra than the time before so it would hopefully be bigger. He decided to start with the face and body. He started out with making a straight cylinder, nothing complicated. He had to imagine a moving snake and other dragon like creatures. A visual display of reptiles moved throughout his thoughts and he began to create what he saw. A visual example helps a lot. This had help him form the whole dragon without fail. He made its spine swivel and swerve like related reptiles. It had plates running down the spine, almost like that of a dinosaur.

He now moved on to the dragon's head. He started it out as a big round sphere. Basic to advanced was now his strategy. The head had more chakra then before as well. It was the main part of the attack to the opponent and would do the most damage, while intimidating them with a scary face. He had to remember his mistakes in order to improve. He started with the eyes. The pupils needed to look sharp and make it intimidating so he made them thin and very dark just like how a reptile should be. Next was the nose and fangs. This time he needed to minimize it. He made the nostrils smaller and the nose tip of the nose sharper. This way it was more aerodynamic.

Pax went to further fix the dragon jutsu. The pale skinned shinobi was still on the head. Now he had to do mold the beast's mouth. Since the nose would be the roof of the mouth, he had to make the shape equivalent to the nose for it to look right. He had made the nose pretty sharp so he had to do the same to the rest of its face. He went right down to business. He made the mouth's shape nice and sharp. Now he had to do the fangs. Instead of making them like a human's he made them like a reptile's, the way he was supposed to do. The teeth were sharp and very intimidating. Last, but definitely not least were the horns. They were also very important to the attack. Not only could they be used for attack, they were very subduing. The previous attempt they were made upright and made the attack look more like a cattle animal made from flames. This time he tilted them down and made the points face the back. This way, it was more aerodynamic. Not only this, but it was sharper.

There it hovered before him, in all of its massive glory. It had been impressive and more artistic than before. What had made it even better was that it was bigger than it ever was before. The ninja jumped for joy as he shot it at the lake. This may have worked now but it seemed to him that it had finally reached its limit. After a light practice he headed to the camp site and fell asleep after dinner.

Waking up early again he set off back to the lake. He enjoyed the lake because it was peaceful and his destructive jutsu had no effect on it. Leaning back on the tree he normally climbs he began thinking of ways to increase the strength of this jutsu even further. So far it had seemed as if he had reached its biggest size so that had been out of the question. His next idea was to create 3 with one jutsu. He hopped to the top of the tree and got ready. Now that Pax had successfully made two dragons perfectly, he needed to make one have the ability to split into three. He was feeling pretty confident since he had aced the part he just tried. It would be a far greater challenge for him to make three dragons explode into a massive inferno, but he was up for it. Now that the boy was near mastering the jutsu, he must be careful and not try to get too careless.


Without any stalling, he went straight to weaving the hand signs. He formed each and everyone with extreme speed and accuracy. He inhaled air through his mouth and channeled his chakra to his lungs. All of the chakra from the center of his body accumulated together, then launched out of his mouth. Now it was time for molding. Just as usual, he started imagining what he was trying to create. Three dragons had appeared in his head, in all of their glory, each with equal power. It was fully capable of working but this time it had ended in failure. Only creating two dragons he was persistent as he tried again.


The young shinobi in training went back to his deep thoughts. He had to pack extra chakra in it's body so it would have the ability to split into three dragons with all the same amount of destructive power. Pax was beginning to lose massive amount of chakra fast. He however had lots of stamina because he had used a lot of chakra throughout the past few days. The dragon became bigger in general, all around its body. To be exact, it became three times bigger. Disproving his earlier theory, he realized that’s how he would go about creating three. Since the beast became larger, Pax decided to try to separate it into three.

Now completely drained of his chakra he jumped down from the tree as the dragons simultaneously launched at the lake. Relaxing a bit in the hot water he began to recover a bit. After a few hours he headed back to his camp and got ready for his next training. All he could do now was sleep, think and eat, which is exactly what he had done.

After figuring his best approach was to create 3 separate dragons he had been determined to finish his training today. This would require him to use a lot of chakra and to understand how it exactly drains him. He set off to the tree above the lake that he had spent the last week or so at training. When he arrived there something had caught his eye. After training so much here, the lake was almost completely evaporated.

Still safer to hit a huge puddle of mud instead of a tree, he began preparations for the jutsu. He flawlessly weaved his hand signs at an astonishing rate. He gathered as much oxygen as he could into his lungs and began to accumulate the required force. As he began to spit the dragon out he put a lot of detail into it. Key points which he sat and worked on were the whole face and head area, as well as the body to its tail. When the dragon had erupted from his mouth it sat still for about 1 second.

After the motionless second it divided itself into 3 dragons, all equal size power and majesty. The dragons were all breathe taking and impressive down to their simple 1 muscle body. The body had been almost like that of a snake, made from one nervous system, moving as one. The triple fire dragon barrage had struck where most of the lake was and quickly took out all of the remaining water. To keep himself used to this technique he began to repeat himself for a good 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes had gone by the heat was starting to get to his head. Being just as thick headed as he was hot headed, he kept going to feel the exact second the chakra drain would set in. This had been a vital step in his training ever since he was first assigned his headband. He needed to find out his limits so he could measure his to other peoples potential. Every time he had created the first dragon flawlessly and it divided itself the same way.

Beginning to feel the natural flow of this jutsu he began weaving the hand signs with his eyes closed. It may sound crazy, but he swears that the second he did this he literally saw a gauge labeled “Pax’s Chakra” and it was slowly deteriorating. Every few seconds he would open his eyes to make sure the dragons were perfect and they were. Spending an hour total, he saw the bar almost hit 0 and he stopped.

Right as he stopped he felt all the blood rush to his head. He has been running himself dry every day and hasn’t even taken that much of a resting period. When he jumped down from the tree he noticed the molten mud pit that was once a lake. Wishing he could fix this he makes a note in the ninjustu book near the water style section. “In the future I will return here and fill that lake backup.” Right as he finished writing that it began to rain, ironically. He went into his tent and prepared himself for a good night’s rest.
