Additional Comments:

Im going to be honest and say i don't know everything to do with everything on the site and will admit to being wrong when asked something. However i have and do learn from my mistakes (example being that releases can count as free techs)

I have helped people in pm and in the cbox.
I am or least try to be respectful and honest. When it comes to training posts and approvals etc, in my free time and especially when mobile i can get bored and often surf through peoples posts. In turn i have learnt what's needed for approvals/denials and training.

Event wise i have 1 that is almost done and least 1 other idea for one which will also be put up by 10 Sep.

I also don't know how to do done but once shown i won't forget

Please be honest with me if i receive a denial so i know where to improve for if or when i apply again.


Edit: Also i will keep up gm duties because of the slight shortage of them
I am also very active now i am back from my holidays. I am either always mobile or on a pc

To be very honest Ko, your activity/work as a GM has not been spectacular so I'm sort of wary of approving you for assistant. I'm curious as to what you have to say on that matter.

Ya same here. I like to see more activity, thing is you're already a GM and we need more GMs as well. I'd be more comfortable if you raised activity as a GM instead of trying to juggle 2 positions.

As i said i have got more events planned and as for what you said i completely understand i wasn't going to apply till beginning of next month really it was only because you said you needed assistants.

I understand your denials and before applying for gm i did want to be an assistant, i ever stated so on my app. Anyway if its a no i co.politely understand but if i could be cheeky with areas to work on in the future could i possibly ask for one of the assistant checks (fake profile etc) just so we both would know where else i would need to improve should denial occur

Also as an added point i understand he role of assistant more than that of a gm

If that is part of my downfall so be it i would rather be honest and be denied than lie my way into a position XD

I respect the honesty. But I will have to 2|2 here.

I am looking out carefully at the GMs, probably more so than the Kages despite GMs are not in my duties. And I have only seen Coal around, his event is the only one that keeps popping up. We need more GMs than Assistants as far as I'm concerned, so I suggest that you should stay as only a GM for the time being. You are creative and have a great personality, which is awesome! Perhaps apply for an assistant when your more used to the rules around here.
