Again with my honesty I will say I don't know every tiny little detail of the site but I have, however, gained a lot more knowledge in the past two or so weeks. I have helped more people in the C-box and via pms but now also when ever I can in the support area and in character creations.
Two examples here:
I have also been helping by submitting ideas to staff members which I have been told will go into the style upon revamping.
As stated before I do also surf through peoples characters and training, from this I did learn what is needed for a + 10 grading post etc. I have also become a lot more familiar with what i didnt understand too much before. I.e summons, some customs and clans / blood limits.
I am also aware of the need of Gm's and as stated before I would happily continue gm-ing especially seeing I have 1 event in announcements and 1 needing approval as well as the summon and jounin quest I would be gm-ing. This most likely wouldn't stop and I would continue posting bigger and better events even if they are smaller in size.
A big selling point for me is both my activity where im on about 15 - 18 hours per day via pc or mobile. I am also in GMT time zone so that this way the mods dont all come on at a single time and there will almost always be a mod / assisstant on at anyone time.
Yet again i know my honesty may be a downfall but hey its what makes me, me. I do also ask that in approvals / denials you be honest and state where I could improve as last time. I did go through my old application and made sure i improved on atleast 90% of what was said if not all.
