^ These would be all my thread's before becoming Gm. i also got rp threads as a Hyuuga, and a hozuki, but I'm just gunna skip to the part about being Kage, cause I feel it will give the best impression about me doing thing's for the board, and not just how i Role play...there's enough of that above and it gained me my Gm position.

Created a village mission area and it involves in depth npc and kage interactions in order to make applying for missions more realistic and ic wise it motivates member's to get deep with their character's outside of training. This creates a realism to the various functions of the village. As opposed to just a few one liner's from some randomly made assistant. People like to deal with routines and such in a fantasy world...this seemed to work well in stone. I also added info to describe the state of the village, so member's can keep in mind how thriving the village is and this was succesful as i noticed in other members post they would describe the times and hardship of the stone village.

This is the village roster. when i came to office I was one of two active member's. In about four days we jumped to this many member's. The addition of npc's in the roster with visible images was a great addition, and inspired by a member of stone. I noticed this too creates a more realistic village feel, where characters interact with a cast of other's besides pcs who fill the misc. job descriptions around the village. They also serve as gateway npc's to thing's like the Anbu or mission handling. You will also notice here that i role play my Kage character actively and interact with decently detailed post for my member's instead of just a few one liner post sending them on a mission. This again has had the effect of immersing pc's into a realistic environment.
As well you can check how I update the kage treasurey, though I think i need to explain the Anbu and village scrolls...I beleive they aren't in there but TOP9 says they should be there.

However I also made a SKYPE stone chatroom that is like...more active then any activity on board all day. I beleive Pinky Tie might explain what goes on there if you ask him...he is in that room though...i don't think he's rp'd in stone yet...hmmm ;3 But seriously he's a good addition to the chat and provides people with instant knowledge about rules and such. In fact, Kochou, and Masaa hang in there regularly too. Needless to say it was a very good idea, I'm sure staff has some form of the same idea.

When it comes to trust and fair rewards; I have been cashing member's out for missions, regularly, and then I have also managed to do well at the store...So, In the area of "grading" I would be decent and fair I beleive based on the guidleines needed to be followed.

I did not list thing's in the gm area's so you can check those referances, I have an event which has already been mentioned but not gone underway yet. Which btw, brings me to another reason I want to become Assistant: My ability to create an actual event has been troublesome because i create plot's that...have not been in the realistic opinions of some staff, but my threads i create do well amongst member muse and have gained me that increase in members in four days saving stone from being dead. The fact that an Assistant can still do Gm stuff Leaves me feeling this actual application is overrated as a full change, and simply gives me the function to help member's with grades and apps.
I don't know how much further to express that grades and app's are like the only motivator to become staff...Meh I guess it would be nice to be called an actual STAFF as well but that's just bells and whistles. And finally I understand there are things staff know of that are not to be discussed and so a level of trust is required. And thus, I guess I'm equally applying my trust to the head staff...
