On the ground, Falorein barely paid any attention to the females high pitch scream. He was still in shock at the situation erupting around him, his insects were causing pandemonium. His embarrassment level arose and he didn’t what he should do first, he just was helpless. The doctor seemed to yell, not too intently and some patients seemed rather frightened of the bugs that lived among him. As he attempted to get up, Falorein decided now that his friends were somewhat safe he had to collect them; He didn’t want any of them crushed. He looked up to Kazue who at this moment seemed to change once more, this time she seemed apologetic at what she had done.
“"I... I'm sorry, Fal."
As the words slipped from her lips, the youth sighed deeply. He couldn’t help but feel bad for her, sometimes people couldn’t help be who they were. Kazue, he believed was one of them, but he still didn’t believe she was a psychopath. She just needed to be understood, agreed the situation earlier had disrupted his emotions to say the least. He still couldn’t harbour any sort of hate or anger towards her, he just wasn’t that sort of person. Every time he felt those emotions, the slipped away as quickly as they came he didn’t understand why; but sometimes you didn’t need to understand things they were just meant to be. Maybe that was the problem, maybe she didn’t need to be understood but just accepted. Maybe that’s what everyone did; try to understand who and what she was. Then try and fix who she was and that’s why she acts the way she did, maybe she just didn’t want to be understood. The genin smiled, he realised that he would try this approach. As the doctor muttered something about his insects, Falorein jumped up on his hands and knees and began to search for the remanets of his friends.
"I'm fucked up."
Falorein looked up as she walked after the doctor, sighing to himself once more. The youth took a few minutes collecting cockroaches from their bizarre spots in the room. Once he had collected all of them, he felt better everyone was home.
Turning sharply he would run after the doctor and Kazue, he ran at a speed that allowed him to catch up rather quickly. But more than catching up he would manoeuvre himself so he could intercept Kazue and once in a position where he could face the Female he would speak, he naturally would hug a person when these sorts of feelings came about; but due to the recent event the youth decided against it while speaking to Kazue.
“No, I’m sorry Kazue.” With a stupid grin on his face the youth continued “Maybe you are a Psycho and maybe you’re not. However I’m not going to try and understand you or I’m not going to try and tell you how you should act. But rather just accept you for the way you are, creepy or not.”
With that last sentence, the child’s immaturity really did show. Though he wasn’t good at wording things or his understanding may be limited, there was a a good intention behind his words.
