Refueling costs 1/10 of full cost. By twisting a limb, or the knobs of the nozzle, the weapon can condense the streams into water jet cutters that can slice through rocks and clouds.

Effect: Wings in which gives ability for flight for the puppet.

Description: The puppet wings can be created by different designs. They may look like angelic (bird) wings, demonic (bat) wings, or even just a glider look for simplicity. The wings must be the same size as the height as the puppet. The wings seem somewhat see through as they are needed to be light with the right material in order for the wind to capture inside the wings to give stability, a gliding ability, and give the lifting needed for the puppet to stay in the air. Puppet Wings takes up 1 Equipment Slot, must be torso, back, or shoulders. The flying ability is 125 meters per round while flying Poor.

Description: The standard computer-assisted targeting system for puppet combines holographic displays and heuristic target-prediction profiling to increase a puppeteer's accuracy. The system grants a prediction capability in an amount of movements depending on the system. Type 3 allows Prediction of up to 7 movements between 2 targets. This system takes up 1 Equipment slot and may be placed within the helmet, or visor of the puppet.

Deflection Field
Rank: "A"
Type: Secondary, 1 Equipment Slot (Puppetry)
Effect: The deflection field uses broadcast magnetic and chakra to provide a semi-permeable energy field around the Puppet.
Special: Placed in Visor.
Drawback: ---
Description: With this Deflection Field, chakra spreads out like a thin film and turns into a protective sheet surrounding the whole puppet. The Deflection Shield may stop sand particles from entering the puppet's joints that would normally stop the Shield. When an attack is made against the Shield it can be seen as the layer of Chakra would be shown as if a force stopped the attack. It is capable of withstanding "S" Rank chakra related attacks reducing the power down by one rank. It is capable of reducing "A" Rank techniques 1.2 times reduced, "B" Rank techniques down to 1.4 times reduced, "C" Rank techniques down to 1.6 times reduced and "D" Rank techniques 1.8 times reduced. This Shield may also stop "S" Rank TaiJutsu Attacks. "C" Rank and lower TaiJutsu attacks do not take away a Charge. Takes 10 hits before the Deflection Field is out of charges. Needs 2 rounds before Shield is fully charged. Deflection Field automatically recharges after a hit. Only constant hitting would completely stop the Deflection Field. Description: A cloaked puppet has total concealment. A cloaking system. It warps light around the user and projects a hologram of the wall behind it over top of the bent light, rendering the user invisible. This Cloak can hide a puppet from puppetry sensors, as well as visual man-made sensors such as the Multi-Purpose Goggles. The cloaking screen may only keep a person invisible for 10 constant minutes before needing to recharge for 20 minutes.

For Large and Huge puppets a Cockpit may only be installed in the Helmet, Torso, and/or Back of the Puppet. The Cockpit takes up 1 Equipment slot.

3) 2 members, an assistant, and a mod are in the Cbox just having a normal conversation when the mod jokes with the other person and bans him for 10 minutes. Huge puppets get 11 base slots and can have 4 more for the added cost of 2000 ryo each. So the puppet here couldn't have sixteen slots

The maximum height for huge puppets is 32 feet

Various grammatical errors in the description such as "heads of this puppet is very long"

Puppet should replace the word "me" with "the user" to match the general form for descriptions on this site.

The maximum puppet reach for the huge size is 7 feet not twenty unless it happened to have extendable limbs or something similar

Unless the puppet has extra defense equipment, I would say that it cannot be waterproof or sand proof. There are specific equipments that aid to prevent this stuff from getting in.

I don't see how this can be a one of a kind puppet thats passed down since you would have to buy it from a universal shop. It should just require the creators permission to obtain.

6*1400 = 8400 for the base cost of the puppet with superstructure

Puppet needs two additional heads for limbs: 8400*2

Water streamers: 4000, 3 slots
Flamethrower: 4000*4 = 16000, 4 slots + 8 extra slots = 12 total slots

By now, the puppet has already maxed out on total possible slots (15)

Puppet wings: 4000, one slot

Oracle systems must be placed in the helmet or visor since the user must use puppet sight to use this equipment

Some tips that would make redoing this puppet go smoother : you can only have a maximum of 15 slots and that's with paying 2000 extra Ryo per slot. The price for equipment is multiplied by four for huge puppets. And it matters where you put your stuff, just read the equipment and weapon details.

So for personality, history, and appearance, they need five paragraphs for each with 5-6 sentences per paragraph. That’s how long they “should” be but the length of each paragraph usually just comes down to whatever makes the graders happy. If the graders are unhappy with the length, then it should be changed. Also the content should be changed if it mentions anything canon such as being naruto’s and saskue’s baby. Other situations include real life / spiritual characters, details that don’t match up to a BL or Clan description, a picture that happens to be too big, and if the details are way too vague.

Also, I’m just gonna go ahead and list the stuff that’s wrong since I assume that’s what you mean by grade.

1) 278 pounds is morbidly obese. You don’t have to change it but just realize that you probably won’t even be able to… move.
2) The minimum starting age is 8, but with that height and weight, there's no way your character can be this young.
3) You can start off as a missing nin, but that means people can just hunt you down and kill you. If you stick with a village you don’t have to worry about that until you become a B rank shinobi.
4) You cannot be a medic and ninjutsu specialist at the same time
5) Please include the full item descriptions in this application
6) A great hammer is a B rank weapon; you can only start with C rank primary weapons.
7) Even if you could start with a great hammer, you could only start with one because it is a two handed weapon so there’s no way you’d be using both at once.
8) I’m pretty sure you can split up your slot holders as you have done so (10 for tactical vest type 3 and five for knife harness type 2) so I see no issue with this.
9) You must underline or bold or otherwise indicate which rank of techniques that you have.
10) You may only start with techniques ranked C and under.
11) You must meet the limits for each technique. These are located in the “Limit:” section of each technique and are basically the prerequisites to learn them. You currently meet the limits for… 0 of your selected techniques.
12) To be a kazeraikou you need to start with the water release, so please change earth to water.
13) As a kazeraikou you must also start off with Arashi no Kiero D Rank.
14) For everything listed in your special section that you are not starting with, please put [Future] next to it or [reserved for] or otherwise indicate that you don’t have them yet.
15) You cannot start with secondary items that are over the C rank (so no senbon)
16) Please indicate how many slots of each item you have. It’s confusing because someone could say they have 2 kunai which is the same as saying they have 1 slot. I’m tempted to think that you meant slots, which means you also did it wrong since you have 16/15 slots listed.

3) unless the mod had a reason to ban someone they probably shouldn't have done it. Even so, you're not supposed to go about yelling at a mod. The course of action as a member or assistant would be to contact the mod through pm or thread to settle the issue. If unsettled then higher staff would be contacted. Assuming another mod was there at the time, he or she should have calmed the situation down before it escalated to ‘shouting’. It seems a lot more hot headed then one might approve of.

So who's at fault? The assistant for publicly complaining, and the mod for using his or her power as a "joke." Also nobody got a verbal warning which I'm pretty sure needs to be given before a ban.

Who should be punished? If anyone, the assistant.


4) well crafting questions go into the crafting thread so there's no need to make a new thread. Anyways...

So for quick creation, this is used for people who are trying to make an item that take a long time to make and have enough crafting experience to do so with higher difficulty without facing failure. As a new player, you probably don't want to do this so I would say don't worry about it for now. Basically, if you have so much crafting experience that you can make pass a roll by a factor of ten without having a high chance if failure, this is an option that allows you to make an item faster in order to save you time. If you provide more specific details as to what you're confused about I can clarify further.

Higher learning is a technique you can learn an infinite amount of times (you can only learn it 100 times during a revamp or recreation though). Every time you learn it you get 1 crafting experience towards a specific type of for example, if you wanted to gain one crafting experience for making bows, you could do so by learning this technique once.

To repair stuff, you have to have the ability to craft the item yourself. So you cannot repair a bow unless you know how to make a bow. So if you wanted to repair an S rank bow, you would need the bow crafting D,C,B,A, and S ranks. To actually do the repair, you take the price of the item (X) and put it into this formula:

X/5= cost of raw materials that you have to purchase to repair the item
X/5/2= item points

You then buy the raw materials and pretty much “craft” the bow as you would normally with the same difficulty. The only difference is that the item has half the item points.

I take it “enhancements” refers to advanced items. These are basically modifications you can choose to add to your item as you build it. These enhancements can only be obtained by a real life person crafting it.

The important stuff you need to know about advanced items are that they can each have two enhancements. Also, when calculating the price of raw materials and item points, you have to multiply those final values by 1.5 and 2.0 to add one enhancement or 2.0 and 3.0 to add two enhancements to a secondary item slot and primary weapon respectively. In addition, the difficulty is raised by ten per advancement. How to Craft
o Must learn proper Craftsmen Techniques (Example: Primary Weapon Crafting: Slashing, Secondary Weapon (Combative): Explosives, or Gadget Crafting: Surveillance). These techniques rank between "C" through "S". If user wishes to create a "B" Rank Sword they must know the "C" Rank, and "B" Rank of Weapon Crafting: Slashing.
o Find the item you wish to craft, and find the price of said item. Then divide said price by 5 to calculate Item Points.
o Find the Difficulty of the item. Each Item has a set Difficulty to create. Below is the List:
 "C" Rank Item - 10
 "B" Rank Item - 20
 "A" Rank Item - 30
 "S" Rank Item - 40

o Purchase 1/3 of the item's price for the cost of materials.
o Make a Craft check that represents 1 week's work (3 and 1/2 Real Life Days). This check is done by rolling a d20 within the dice board plus the user's crafting experience (Explained in "Crafting Experience"). Staff Members perform said roll.
 Take the Total Roll and multiply it by the Difficulty. If the total equals the price of the item after being divided by 5 then the item is complete.
(Example : User wishes to create a "C" Rank Secondary Item that costs 1,000 Ryo per Slot. User has Crafting Experience of 10 and Rolled a 20. The total Roll is 30. 30 (Roll) * Difficulty (10) = 300. The Item's Points is 1,000 divided by 5 which equals 200. User has created 1 slot of items within the Week.

 If the Result times the Difficulty equals double or triple the current Item Points, then the completed task is done by cutting the time by 2 or 3. Other multiples reduce the time in the same manner.
 If the Result times the Difficulty does not equal the price, then it represents the progress that was done within the week (3 and 1/2 Real Life Days.) Record the result and make a new check to the difficulty for the next week. Each week makes progress until the total reaches the total of the Item Points.
(Example : User wishes to create a "C" Rank Secondary Item that costs 1,000 Ryo per Slot. User has Crafting Experience of 5 and Rolled a 10. The Total Roll is 15. 15 (Roll) * Difficulty (10) = 150. The Item's Points is 1,000 divided by 5 which equals 200. User has not created 1 slot of items within the Week. User needs 50 more Points to create item. User performs another roll after 1 week (3 and 1/2 Real Life Days).

 If user fails the Difficulty by 4 or less they make no progress for that week. If the user fails the Difficulty by 5 or more they ruin half the raw materials and must purchase my by paying half of the original raw material cost again.
 If user does not have Special tools they will work with improvised tools and take a -2 to rolls.
 Crafting must be uninterrupted for the points to have full effect. Any interruption will be calculated accordingly.
 If Interrupted after 1 real life day. User calculates the Points achieved for a week and divides it by 7, and then adds that number by itself to calculate the points given within 2 days of RP.
(Example: User has Crafting Experience of 10 and Rolled a 20. The total Roll is 30. 30 (Roll) * Difficulty (10) = 300. User divides the number by 7 which equal 42. User adds 42 + 42 = 84 points. The user has completed 42 Item Points.)

Crafting experience is a stat your character has for every different item that you can craft. So if we look at your Bow crafting experience, we would see how easily you craft a bow. The more you have of it, the easier it is to make bows of all difficulties. As stated above, you can gain crafting experience just by learning the “higher learning” technique over and over again. You automatically gain a crafting experience point for a subcategory when you make 3 slots of secondary items or 3 non-secondary items. You also gain a crafting experience every time you repair 4 slots of secondary items or 4 non-secondary items. And finally, you get one crafting experience point for every rank you learn of a crafting technique (such as Bow Crafting).

For the character, there were a few things that you had missed, and somethings I had wanted you to point out that a new member might not know. The things that I feel you missed are:

1) Can't start off as missing, even if you explain it in your history. You either start in a village as a Ninja or you are a Non-Ninja.
2) Full Item descriptions are not needed in the bio. It makes it easier, but they don't need to quote the actual item.

9) Need to be C rank to be Soul Caster, and need Searing Soul to get that technique anyway

11) Need Kage permission for any Village specific techniques, nor do they have they Sand Release or other techs needed to learn it.
12) A mention for the specialists. Yes, you got it right that they can't have Nin/Med. BUT! Another mention that they would need at least to have Clan Non-Specialist as a Bloodlimit takes up a clan slot. Even if they switched Nin and Tai, they wouldn't be able to have the bloodlimit as at the current way it is, they aren't allowed any clans.

For question number 3... No, that is not correct. The Assistant shouldn't get punished at all. The mod is the one who abused their power by banning the member in the first place. Even as a joke, you aren't allowed to ban someone. And if they did, they shouldn't have banned the member or the assistant as they were directly involved in the problem.

You also didn't answer my other questions which asked what YOU would do if you were a member, an assistant, and a mod. As a member, you should PM head staff to let them know, with full logs shown so they understand. As an assistant, either do that or post it up in Admin chat. As a Moderator, you should either do any of those, and ban the mod before he continued abusing his power. A mod that has been banned from the box cannot delete messages or ban others.

So... To finish up... Yes, you proved you knew puppetry. But you missed several points on the character application and did not get the Social interaction question right. Furthermore, as I read this post, I get this vibe from you that is almost condescending and disrespectful. If I am incorrect in that statement, then I apologize for that.

All that being said, I feel you need to spend a bit more time learning a bit more. If you apply again, I might test you on another custom. This time, I wanted to see just how you would do in regards to puppetry. For now, however, I do not feel you should be staff. And as Ayame stated, the mass of questions that you have posted before is not helpful to you. Lastly, a problem I heard you had in the box earlier with Ayame and calling her by her real name just after she had mentioned how it was a problem that others did it. Thats not something you should be doing, and certainly isn't helping you get accepted into staff.
