Suiton – Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison)
Rank: "C" Rank
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A Technique that may be used in order to trap an opponent by creating a prison made of water. The water is used so that the opponent may drown within the water if the opponent does not know how to escape forth.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: ---
Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bushin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.
Limit: Water Release
IC: Tenzin Ishigawa sat beaneth a waterfall on the training field of Kirigakure. He felt refreshed as the water cascaded down his shirtless and muscled body. His head band tied proudly around his forehead, young Tenzin opened his eyes and sighed as he stood up on the stone he had been sitting on. He then walked into the waterand proceeded to do a standard water exercise. Extending his hands to the water and taking some water into his hands, he stood up and focused his chakra.
The water started to suddenly jiggle and rise in his hands, all this occured while he maintined his concentration on the water to keep it from falling form his hands. It helped one to focus properly on the water and to strengthen control of it. It was a popular warm up exercise form his academy days that he had been taught, and it allowed him to develop his water release skills early and at a faster rate then the other students. After doing this for about 10 mintues, he released his hold and the water fell harmless through his fingers.
Tenzin then walked over to the water and sat down, bringing out the scroll his moter had given him earlier. Reading the scroll that described the "Water Prison" technique. He read the scroll a few times to make sure he got the hand signs down properly. Setting the scroll down, he started to to go through the right hand signs. He did it slowly at first, to make sure he did the right signs in the right order. However as he did the signs, he soon picked up his pace and started to go faster and faster. Soon he was going at his normal pace and finally using his chakra this time and focusing as he had done with his water exercise, he once again did the hand signs and this time lashed out with his hand towards a dummy he had placed in the stream.
"Water Style! Water Prison Jutsu!" he shouted. As he did, a dome of water rose up from the stream and engulfed both his extended hand and the dummy. He held it there for a few moments before removing his hand. As he did the dome of water fell down back into the stream. Smiling happily at being able to preform the technique properly Tenzin went about preforming it a few more times making sure it was properly attained. After he was tired and feeling he had completed his technique, he packed up the scroll and then left the training field.
