Role-Play Experience and/or Event These here are all link's from my previous last application to staff. The first should link to a bunch of things done to get me GM I believe. At this point looking up all RP, and participation resources onboard would be longer then I have witnessed actually needed from previous applications for assistant. The biggest concern I have seen as far as role play inquiring before, has always been about activity as GM. And I think that judges that be know I am the most active current GM. I openly try to make time to gm multiple people at a time and have had no real negative feedback about my Gming except by Ayame once who said I should tighten the reign's on GMing, even at the sacrifice of member's having fun...which I have made attempts to do in which I have not had the issue brought up again, nor was it so demanding the first time.

Pretty much my Gming has had nothing but positive outcome, and has given greater role playing experiences to members. I have not been told by those I gm'd that I did poorly, or that they would like me not to gm out of discontent. In fact I think I am the only person able to GM reliably these days. I HAVE had a little difficulty in setting off events though, so in honesty that would be the weakest area of my gming efforts. Though I have made events and gotten them accepted before.

Your additional comments basically just put me right off for one thing. And I just went through your last 100 posts. You virtually start helping out kinda... in the 67th post down the list. I don't mean to come off as harsh or negative but I feel that assistant isn't quite ready for you just yet. You need to do way more helping and not just apply every ten days.

I suggest that you give it about a month, help out as if you've never done it before and then re-apply in the future.
