Off in the golden horizon resides a plain devastated from years of constant battles. The once golden wheat now vanquished instead ashes and discard weapons rest upon the cracked earth. Abandoned watch towers remain waiting to be put back to use once again.

Venturing forward as the sun gently shinned upon his face Ace continued his journey. He desired to finally meet another paper user one that could test his mastery of the ancient art. The chivalrous gambler glanced at his wrists and the right side of his hip. Light blue eyes saw one holster strapped upon each wrist while 3 holsters remained gently strapped upon his hip. Each one of these chambers contained 4 decks of cards. Afterwards a white gloved hand slithered into his buttbag the Archangel of Mercy's gloved fingertips brushed against the 80 ice exploding tag within.

Arriving at the battle scorn area the chivalrous gambler looked up towards the sky. A soft smile appeared upon the Knave of Hearts face as the heavens remained a orange tint as the sun slowly dwindled in the horizon. Standing silently the metal plate upon his left white gloved bearing the Yukigakure symbol shimmering in the golden sunlight

The Paper Angel was venturing outwards, her bloodthirst driving her to find someone, anyone, to kill. Her paper holsters were a comforting weight on her legs, the 1800 paper she held a deadly weapon in her hands. Several card holsters rest about her body, containing 4 decks in total. Finally, resting on her belt was a pouch, this one containing 160 tags total, 80 being mines, and 80 being incendiary.

Coming to a stop 20 meters from the Gambler, Tenshi offered him a half-grin.

"This looks to be a fun fight.."

Her Amegakure headband was slung about her neck, the line through it marking her as a missing ninja. Bouncing on her feet, Angel felt the familiar rush of combat beginning and the smile grew.

Moments slowly dwindled before a small smirk appeared upon Ace's lips. His light blue eyes saw the figure ahead with a very familiar holster. "As the heavens above is our witness I believe i have finally located the pinnacle of my journey"[/b] the chivalrous gambler said gently and politely to the individual. Slowly his white glove hand lifted as his chakra began to radiate out of his vessel. Gracefully card began to pour out of the Knave of Hearts card holster upon his left wrist as his gentle smirk grew slightly. "now allow our ancient skill foretell this encounter" he said proudly as 100 cards floated and danced around their master as the yukikage formed a short chain of handseals.

Immediate and gracefully 3 cards began to fold and twist into the form of 3 very long beaked hummingbirds. While the cards were being manipulated 2 ice exploding tags slithered into the mass of floating paper. Getting grasped by the soft energy flow they began to copy the elegant folds and twists of the cards turning into paper familiars as well. Without any hesitation as chakra permeated throughout their internal structure they surged forward towards the paper angel.

When they approached 10 meters the two hidden ice exploding tag hummingbirds broke away from the group. As the other 3 continued to surge forward the special 2 traveled in a crescent shape trying to meet in the middle where the target was located. During this attack formation Ace began to sprint forward his light blue optics locked onto the target. He was ready in case the girl decided to go on the defensive.

Paper Mastery
Rank: B, A, S
Skill: Supplementary Ninjutsu
Effect: After perfecting the art of the Paper Release, the user gains the ability to endure attacks of the elemental weaknesses of paper.
Special: Automatic when dealing with fire, lightning, and water techniques.
Drawback: This only applies to paper imbued with the user’s chakra.
Description: Upon training 500 points into the paper release, the users paper jutsu gain the ability to defend against B rank water jutsu and not disintegrate. The B rank mastery also allows the user’s paper to reduce burning from fire and lightning techniques by 50%. Upon investing 750 points into Paper Release, the user attains the A ranked mastery. The second stage of the mastery grants the users paper defense from A ranked water techniques as well as reduces burning from katon and raiton jutsu by 75%. The final stage of the mastery is gained once 1000 points are trained into the paper release. Once this feat is accomplished, the users paper gains immunity from suiton jutsu as well as burning from fire and lightning.
Limit: Paper Release; Once 500, 750, and 1000 points are gained within the paper release, the respective rank of the mastery is gained automatically. In order to gain the B rank mastery, A ranked Paper strength must be trained. The S ranked version of paper strength is needed to attain the A and S ranked masteries

Pçpâ Tesabaki (Paper Manipulation)
Rank: "C", "B", "A"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: The beginning for any paper user. One must take the time to learn within this technique to gain access to more advanced paper techniques. With this technique the user will gain the knowledge to manipulate the form and actions of paper. The higher one goes into this technique, the more advanced their paper creations are.
Special: ---
Drawback: This is not a technique but an understanding. Without this, one cannot hope to utilize paper. This technique only grants minimal control over paper in their radius. Paper only being manipulated with this technique cannot be used as an offensive strike and lacks the chakra to be imbued with Paper Strength.
Description: There are 3 ranks to paper manipulation. Each rank has its own name and variation but each form allows a user access to more advanced capabilities.

Paper Adept - "C" Rank - This is the basic paper manipulation where everyone must start. With this rank of knowledge a user can manipulate pieces of paper in a simple form within the range of tiny to small size. Simple forms range from weapons such as needles or basic rods. At this stage the user is capable of manipulating paper within a radius of ten meters.

Paper Origami - "B" Rank - This is the intermediate form of manipulation. Upon achieving this rank, ones creations receive an origami feel to its creation. Utilizing ones own chakra, a user is capable of creating paper objects or animals within the origami realm. At this rank, a user is capable of manipulating paper within the range of medium to large size. At this stage the user is capable of manipulating paper within a radius of thirty meters.

Paper Masha - "A" Rank - This is the final level of paper manipulation. One is capable of taking multiple pieces of paper to create something of almost life like value. With this, one is capable of creating things within the range of huge to Gargantuan size. When the user learns this rank, they are capable of manipulating paper within a fifty meter radius.

Limit: Must have the Paper Release in order to learn this.

Kami Goukyou (Paper Strength)
Rank: "D", "C", "B", "A", "S"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A technique which utilizes one own chakra to strengthen their paper. The more one learns into this technique, the stronger one is able to make their paper.
Special: ---
Drawback: The user must learn each rank of Kami Goukyou (Paper Strength) in order to be capable of making the paper stronger. This works well except for techniques that deal with fire damage or water damage.
Description: By combining ones own chakra within paper, they are capable of strengthening its form. The more attune one is with paper, the stronger it becomes. A vital step when attempting to draw out the full potential of ones paper. Note that no matter the rank of this technique, greatswords and other special weapons B rank and up are unable to be broken by the paper due to the unparalleled craftsmanship of the weapons.

When the user learns the D rank of this technique, they are capable of making their paper as strong as stone. At this stage, they are capable of cutting flesh.

When the user learns the C Rank version of this technique, they are capable of making their paper as strong as iron. At this stage they are capable of cutting through stone.

When the user learns the B Rank version of this technique, their paper is as strong as steel. At this stage they are capable of cutting through iron.

When the user learns the A Rank version of this technique, their paper is as strong as titanium. At this stage they are capable of cutting through steel.

When the user learns the S Rank version of this technique, they are capable of making their paper as strong as damascus steel. At this stage the piece of paper is capable of cutting through titanium

Kami Famiria (Paper Familiar)
Rank: D, C, B, A, S
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The shinobi is now capable of creating paper creatures to fight alongside them.
Special: Hand seals
Drawback: Strength of the animals is dependent on the users knowledge of Paper Strength. The papers can only keep their shape within the users range of paper manipulation.
Description: After forming handseals, the user becomes capable of creating animals out of paper. The characteristics of the creations are contingent upon the users knowledge of Paper Manipulation.

D Rank-By using a single piece of paper per creation, the user is able to form tiny creations such as small birds or mice. The maximum number of creatures the user can create is 5.

C Rank-By using a minimum of 20 pieces of paper per creation, the user is able to form small creations such as cats, hawks, and larger rodents with a maximum of 5 at any 1 time. The number of tiny creatures the user can create is increased to 10.

B Rank- By using a minimum of 50 pieces of paper per creation, the user is able to form medium sized creations such as wolves or tigers with a maximum of 3 at any 1 time. The number of small creatures increases to 10, and tiny to 20.

A Rank- By using a minimum of 100 pieces of paper per creation, the user is able to form large sized creations such as horses, or elephants with a maximum of 2. The number of medium creatures increases to 6, small to 20, and tiny to 40.

S Rank- By using a minimum of 250 pieces of paper per creation, the user is able to form giant creations such as dragons or whales with a maximum of 1. The number of Large creatures is increased to 4, medium to 12, small to 40, and tiny to 80.

Limit: Paper Release. Paper Manipulation B for D-B rank. Paper manipulation A for A-S rank.
