Points of interest:
Yabunkashou, the Fishing Village.
A description of everything you can find in Yabunkashou above the ground. Feel free to use any of these locations in your roleplay.
The Hideout. Here you will find any description of everything that can be found in Yabunkashou within the Rogue's guild itself. This is also the place where you will find hot-links to mission threads, delivery threads etc.
The Merry Mermaids Inn.
This is where you'll have to enter to be able to go within the Rogue's guild. Roleplayers who have not passed through here yet will be denied access to anything which can be found within the hideout.
Mission Rules. This is where you will find the rules for how Rogue's Guild Missions work. Obide by these rules, or you risk getting your character into trouble.
Restrictions, information and Hierarchy.
Everyone is capable of entering Yabunkashou's upper levels. Guards are never visibly stationed at the upper levels. Likewise, everyone is free to enter the Merry Mermaids inn. Once inside the Mermaids Inn, you will be given information of how to get into the Hideout, should your character be deemed worthy by the Rogues stationed there for recruitment. While the place is a secret, those who have caught the interest of the Rogues would have no trouble finding their way here. The real hinge for those that could be of harm to the Rogues, comes with leaving the inner hideout once inside.
Hierarchy:
Yabunkashou is only a splinter-cell out of the Rogue's actual affairs. This is the place where new recruits and bounty-hunters come together to undertake business from the Rogues. The Hierachy here is split up between a few individuals.
The Master.
Little is known about the master, and noone has ever been able to pinpoint this person within the village. Many question if the Master has ever even visited. Regardless, everyone knows that the Master's word is law when dealing with the Rogues. The veil of mystery means that tracking this persona down for outsiders is near impossible.
The Voice.
Almost as little is known about the true identity of The Voice as is of the Master. What is known however, is that the voice is the only person to be in direct contact with the master inside the hideout. People who have done extraordinary things are at times allowed to greet this figure in person. Shrouded in robes and with a black shinigami mask, the Voice has a fearsome aura about him.
The Rogues.
These are the highest ranking members in the hideout. They're making sure that everything goes as the Master wants it. Highly capable and unbelievably strong, they'll take down anyone causing a ruckus without much trouble. Their immense strenght is the only reason the hideout can hold so many different personalities without being in constant fighting. The Rogues are also the guardians of the Guilds secrets. Their tongues have been imbued with a cursed seal, prohibiting them from speaking of the Master or the Guilds secrets. They are however capable of recruiting for their cause, and will occasionally speak to those who wish to assist the brotherhood.
The Dealers.
The dealers are the only people who have any information on the guilds core functions. Like the rest of the connected, their tongues have been branded with a cursed seal, disallowing them to speak of the guilds affairs outside of the missions they handle. They manage the missions and pick specific people for specific tasks. As their payment and standing within the guild depends on the missions success or failure, they're often times picky and arrogant. For every mission they'll pick two shinobi. No more, no less. Regardless of who you're teamed up with, they'll have the final say. The dealer can be identified by wearing a white mask shaped after the Shinigami. The dealers are also referenced as "Death bringers."
The Bountyhunters.
These are hired shinobi from various pasts who have come to earn some fast money or reputation doing illegal business. Most shroud their identity one way or the other, wearing hoods or masks with various symbols. When going on particular missions, in some cases Bounty Hunters will offer their help in return of payment. These Bounty Hunters are often quite skilled at what they do, and should be respected and feared. The Guild doesn't hire scrubs. Depending on the mission, prices for assistance vary, and not all missions catch the interest of Bounty Hunters. Most of these seek a challenge or easy cash.
The Villagers.
Those who live in Yabunkashou are used to almost every different kind of person you could name. They mind their own business, and are definitively not hospitable towards anyone. While their acceptance of strangers and different races is near limitless, they do not show so in an outwards manner.
As if some kind of code-dress, most women in the city wear purple, while the men wear black or blue. Almost every villager has, or knows someone who has, access to a boat.
