He uses his ninjutsu abilities of earth, water, and wood to help keep the still slightly unstable environment in check.

Much like his life long partner his ideas of what plants can do is rather drastic. Chon is also well versed in his knowledge of herbs, with almost unrivaled knowledge of what any given plant can do. He helps keeps the natural balance of the islands with his contorl over the fire, wind, and lightning releases.

Looks good. My only suggestions here would be to up the prize, and for events I'd like to see the NPCs flushed out a bit more with class/rank and how much TP into each thing. But those are simple enough to do.
