Aright so starting with the Bio.

1. Your bloodlimit is Toujitakumi, that should be changed accordingly

2. At your current age you are not old enough to have graduated form the "academy" to considered a ninja. I believe the are lowest i have seen considered is 8 but most times if not all 10 years of age is the youngest.

3. Your alignment is wrong. You must choose from the alignment thread here. Examples may include Lawful good, Lawful Evil, etc etc.

4. there is not a Land of Ice, though I will say you may be born in ANY country minor or major listed on the board though. But seeing as your are a Toujitakumi you must be born in Earth Country. Now this does not mean you cannot live in another village though.

5. May people struggle with the specialist so dont be discouraged ^^ You do not 'specialize' in your bloodlimit per se'. Your specialist what type of fighter your character would be.

So as a break down you may be a Nin, Gen, Clan or Tai jutsu master, or any 2 part combination of Nin, Gen, Clan or Tai jutsu specialist. You may also be a Medical specialist though there are certain restrictions such as you cannot by a medical and a ninjutsu Specialist.

Now if you pick a Master, you may NOT have any Non-specialist. But if you were to, for example, pic nin/gen specialist, then you must list that you are also a tai/clan non specialist. Please note, there is no such thing as a Medical non specialist ^^ (Sorry this is long winded)

6. Now, your weapon. You may pick any Overview C ranked weapon to start with. If the weapon you wish to have comes in multiple sizes, you must start with the smallest, assuming it is c ranked also. Please remember to copy the ENTIRE overview of said item and do not delete anything. This also applies for any and all secondaries when first starting.

7. As a starting ninja you must also list what type of carrying Item you have, the most basic being the Buttbag type1. It will allow you as a starting ninja to carry 15 slots of any secondaries you wish. During submission you dont have to take all 15 slots though.

8. In your non weapon items. Wire is indeed a Main weapon not a non-weapon item so you may not start with it and a sword. -Nods- We did at one point have Tactical tape, but i believe it was done away with.

9. Now on to the meat of your application. Since you are a Bloodline character, we require you to have no less than 5 paragraphs in both your personality and appearance, consisting of 5-7 lines each.

Your background, must consist of 5 paragraphs at least at any point and time bloodline or not. Each 5-7 lines each please. Almost there 3 more. Also please do not forget to mention in your history you were born into Earth country with this bloodline.

10 Make sure staff has done both your dice rolls to see if you may start with the handmouths, and if you may ever possibly obtain the 4th mouth.

11. Your freebies and techs. You are a bloodline character, so hence you may only have 3 freebies and 3 techs. If you wish to only start with one freebie you are free to do so. but you must lower your techniques down to 3 please.

Question 2. Me personally, assuming this must be a mod or high mod having C box powers, I would report it to the next higher up as i am only an assistant. Hence if it was a mod, i would head to a high mod and if it was a High Mod I would go to Heero, with the chat log, Via pm. I would in no way directly engage with these individuals about the subject to prevent Bias opinions. Call me a Narc is you wish >.>

Question 4. Well many variables come into play here. If the non staff member is completely correct, I would confirm this and politely ask them to respect that staff only was asked to post in the thread. Verbal warning.

If a non staff were to come in, list incorrect information and then assure them of this without any staff posting. A warning for giving such a go ahead without a staff having posted in the thread as it was and giving the thumbs up. I believe that is fair. Support is for concrete answers, not personal views and opinions on matters.

Also as a Side note, you have 5 Misc slots you may use for Ritualist/Animalist/Craftsman/Grandmastering and a variety of other things. I did not see any taken up already. That is all.

The lowest age acceptable is indeed 8, you have however missed out on two other things, the minimum height is 4 ft and the minimum weight is 80 Lbs I believe

Good but upon reporting such a thing putting it in the staff area depending on the persons age (which I know I did not put) could result in a 33%

I've looked at your Support. And I've been hovering around and watching how you've behaved in the Box as well as around character submissions and Support.
