The glass doors of the Kage Tower exploded outward onto the street in slow-motion, spraying steel and shards of glass in a cone on the innocent bystanders that happened to be passing by, along with a boy who followed these shards very closely. None of the people were struck by the boy however, due to his twisting in the air, he happened to avoid the general populous with great skill or luck. As people fled the scene, Rahvin stepped out of the wreckage that used to be the Kage Tower door, his eyes glaring down at his opponent, his massive body tensed so that the muscles bulged.
Red and white converse sneakers crunched glass underfoot, a swift movement of the head from left to right and back cracked Rahvin’s neck, and he rolled his massive shoulders twice to stretch them out. Power exuded from him, formidable and domineering, shadowing over his opponent’s frail form as the rare sunlight from parted clouds cast his form over the street. Brushing off his red jacket vest and blue jeans, he decided on his next course of action, cracking his knuckles as he made a fist. His opponent was certainly within the twenty meter mark. Flame would engulf Rahvin’s fist.
As he walked toward X, he would punch at nothing but air, however each punched was aimed toward the boy, and missiles of flame would erupt each time. He would give his opponent no more time to formulate a plan of attack. Each missile of flame was twice the size of Rahvin’s fist and, upon impact, would explode with flame like a tiny bomb a little bigger than the initial missile. These missiles of flame would certainly do damage, but would also cause burns on the victim, although not so severe as to be fatal of course. This was a friendly spar, after all. Six punches were thrown, two toward X’s head, two at his back (or chest should he be standing) and two at his arms (or legs should he be standing). The order being from latter to former (that’s starting from the legs and going up to the head).
Rahvin would stop suddenly, ten meters way from his opponent, having only walked seven meters from the door to his current point on the street directly before X. It was a classic showdown scenario and Rahvin planned to enjoy it. Raising his fist, he readied a final strike that would destroy several city blocks, his muscles bulging and the power filling him. Just as he was about to bring his fist crashing to the earth with devastating effect…the sound of ringing filled the street, the tune continuously stating ‘I’m sexy and I know it’ again and again. Rahvin stopped in his tracks, holding up a single digit to X, then pulled out a cellular phone and answered it.
“Yeah? This is him.”
(silence)
“Oh yeah?! What’d she say?!”
(silence)
“No fuckin’ way! I told you it would work if you said it like that.”
He looked in the direction of X for a second and remembered what he was doing.
“Hey, gotta call you back. I’m in the middle of something. Keep holding down Tsuki for me. Later Pimp.”
The cellphone clicks closed and he pockets it, turning back to X, and finally speaking to the boy.
“Where were we? Oh right. Guess I’ll save that last move for later.” He brought his fists up in a classic street brawler’s stance, waiting for X to make his move.

Hinotama (Fireball)
Rank: "D", "C"
Skill: TaiJutsu

When the user first learns this technique, they quickly punch forward in a fist formation sending out a ball of flame, or a flame in shape of a missile towards the opponent. Each flame causes amounts of damage such as burning effects and is able to ignite any kind of flammable objects including clothing. When the user first learns this technique, the user is able to launch the ball off within the distance of ten meters making the ball of fire within the width of the user's hand. When the user learns the "C" rank of this technique the distance increases to simply twenty meters as the width of the fireball is increased double the user's hand size.
