[Toge Ikebana]

Toge stood on guard in the forests of Kusagakure. There were trees everywhere on the sides, but a brilliant pasture laid ahead, littered with flowers. Toge's eighty Silene seeds, forty Campion leaves, two Rafflesia leaves, four kunai, and tanto were all on his person. He was waiting. Waiting for him. Around him were broken tree limbs; branches, twigs, et cetera. This'd be a tough fight.

Hidden up high with his gladius at the small of his back, would be Kizaki. Watching and surveying the open pasture beyond him from a vantage of three stories high. The kid was not fully inside the pasture he saw from this spot, but it seemed he was just entering it, staring out at the pasture before himself as well. Unfortunately Kizaki had taken a more stealth approach and was quietly hidden under the thick pine needles foliage of his perch.

Swaddled in his cloak, and bdu's he had hidden and assortment of some 28 kunai hidden over his body. He was a dead aim with them too...in fact, a dead aim with about any projectiles. He could prolly snipe an ants head from 100 meter's away with a grain of sand- being a prodigious learner of the Senbon taitoku style and a Taimaster of many styles. Few if any had a level of speed and strength like that of Kizaki Akuma. A man of zero bloodlimit, he was raw talent and hardwork. All his skills he had trained himself to have, there would be no shortcuts in his potential. He was a true prodigy...

Even now as he looked with his singular eye and the false eye watching from his patch, Kizaki would judge how best to drop this fool...

[Toge Ikebana]

Toge had indeed just entered the pasture, twenty-two meters from where Kiazaki appeared. He felt somebody watching him. His instincts were fine tuned to the environment. Cowardice was no longer his weakness. He used it, feeling death taring him down. Chakra surged down into his feet, connecting with the ground below him. That in mind, he pulled out his tanto, stepping towards death, four meters from his original position. "Show yourself!"

Taking out a kunai silently from the distance, Kizaki would let a slim lined smile curse his face. With the snap of his wrist he threw the six inch projectile towards the back of Toge's neck, with a precise aim and skill of throwing that was beyond what this youngester was capble of deciphering. His skill in taijutsu was not up to par even on equivalent disciplines. Kizaki knew the body and how to harm it with any other weapon let alone his fist, far better then Toge's greatest taijutsu technique could compare. The blade flew with near zero sound, and would take detection skills of an elite to know of. The speed was undetectable from this 20 meter decline trajectory. The sound mute, the target facing away from him.

"Endgame..." Kizaki whispered on the sly of his lip's.

The kunai sped ahead, easily piercing the young Ikebana. Such precision was indeed uncanny, and struck Toge dead on, killing him...or, at least would have, if not for the Kawaimi technique set up, when he had channeled his chakra around him, replaced by a branch. After all, they were around him. Toge had taken the time to find out where his opponent was, based on how the branch responded to the attack. "Dead on, eh?" he thought.

Toge weaved a rapid set of seals, as a stream of petals would find their target, emitting from hispalm. Swirling around him, things would begin to darken around Kizaki, reducing his range of sight to a mere meters all directions. Toge wasn't done, either, as he made a slashing motion with his tanto, beheading eight flowers in front. The flowers, suspended in air, launched themselves at Kizaki from all directions, manipulated by Toge's chakra. Four were aimed for Kizaki's neck, coming from behind while the other four came for his his lower body.

Of course, Toge had repositioned himself eight meters left of where he was, before he utilized his second technique.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Switch Skill)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The Replacement technique. A technique where one quickly replaces their body with an animal or an object by making it seem like they were attacked, this usually distracts and confuses an enemy and create a chance to attack.
Special: ---
Drawback: A user may only switch with an object of similar size from the nearby area. A user must perform the jutsu ahead of time, and not within the same round they are attacking in. The Background must be explained correctly in order to perform. The user may not switch with an object on them, only something around them. The technique only works within a distance of five meters from the user. Objects changed may only be of at the most two feet in different fo size. A user may not perform this technique, and perform other techniques after because it gives out the position of the user. This technique does not work on area effect techniques that exceed the user's capabilities of performing Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Switch Skill)
Description: The Kawarimi no Jutsu, allows a ninja to dodge attacks, whether they are weapons such as kunai, ninjutsu, taijutsu, or any other attack type. Coupled with other jutsu, it can be very effective in confusing your opponent, and catching them off-guard. The only downside, is it often takes a strategic mind to effectively utilize it, not that it can't be useful in the hands of an inexperienced ninja.
Limit: An academy Jutsu that all is capable of performing if they wish to do so.

Hana Ninpou: Kyoku Sai

Skill: Genjutsu
Effect: A genjutsu which wraps the surroundings of the opponent to dark mist, hiding the user.
Special: “Hand Seals”
Drawback: --
Description: The user reaches out their hand and sends a stream of flower petals from their palm at the opponent. The petals encircle the opponent to trap them in the Genjutsu. When the petals finally fall down to the ground, the world around the opponent will be wrapped in black mist, allowing the opponent to see only in a two meter area of the ground around them, and if the opponent moves, the same sized area around their feet will always be revealed, leaving them some space to act and see their surroundings. If the user is hit, the Genjutsu is canceled.
Limit: Must be in the Ikebana Clan. Must know Phantam Perception.

Hana Ninpou: Hana Shuriken

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Hardens flowers to “flower shuriken”, and launches them in wide streams at the opponents.
Special: ---
Drawback: ---
Description: To use this technique, the user has to have flowers around them. The user slices flowers into the air, usually with a cutting weapon, and on command the flowers harden - the edges of the petals sharpen, transforming the flowers shurikens-like - and launch then themselves in streams at their opponent(s). When first learned, the user can create three different streams, and each time learned two more streams can be created. Once launched, the user can’t change the direction of the flowers before they learn the B-ranked version: In B-Rank and above, the user can control the streams, change their direction and move them around freely in 50 meter area round them. On contact the flowers become normal again, and the user loses the ability to make them levitate. Instead of the rank of the technique, the real strength of the technique depends on the amount of flowers the user has around them.

But Kizaki wasn't there anymore, having shunshened to the ground or close to it by five meter's off. He was already gone when his opponent looked to the tree where the kunai had originated from. As the kusa ninja ran around in a semicircle to Toge's back again, he would come in faster then Toge's training could suffice, delivering a swift kick to the back of his neck again, that frictioned the air acutely enough to sever the nerves between vertabrae at the back of his neck. Landing from the kick Kizaki would have looked around his entire lane of travel for a way to escape proximity should his foe escape the inevitable.

Effect: A technique that relies on a tremendous force in a kick. The speed is slightly faster has a lot of power in it, so much so that it seems to cut the air producing a keen whistle.

Description: A slicing kick. When an opponent is kicked by this attack the sheer force of the kick and speed that follows by the attack slices against the opponent cutting them like a slashing weapon. If the user misses the kick is able to slice against an opponent up to half a meter away.
Limit: Must learn from a Master of Goutetsu 轟鉄 (Strong Iron), Must know Goutetsu 轟鉄 (Strong Iron) Universal Techniques, Must know Senpū (Leaf Whirlwind)

Shunshin no Jutsu - Oshi (Body Flicker Technique - Push)[230][26 shunshins]

Effect: A Jutsu that allows a user to rush forward in almost instantaneous speed. Used to draw the user close to the opponent.
Special: ---
Drawback: May use 3 times a day. May perform 1 more each time learned. Passing amount renders the user's legs immobile due to severe pain. Unable to perform again unless gained medical treatment. Must move through an opening. Unable to maneuver around obstructing objects. Can't attack while performing any Shunshin or Variation.
Description: User is able to move forward in a straight line along the ground in almost instantaneous untraceable speed while temporarily masking the user's movements within 10 meters. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by focusing the user's chi along the ankles and foot. User mostly moves just with their ankles and feet. Jutsu takes up no movements. User may only use this Jutsu half of the movements may allow in a single round while rounding down. Example: User has 5 movements, user is able to perform Jutsu 2 times per round.
Limit: Universal NinJutsu or Universal TaiJutsu.

[Toge Ikebana]

Toge was astonished to find his opponent gone. But he made a mistake by coming behind. The second Toge took notice, roughly two seconds he had disappeared, Toge's seals went to work. He was twenty-two meters away to away from Kizaki, and eight meters left. That meant Kizaki still had to run. Toge knew he wouldn't have much time, still, however. A quick set of seals, six total, would finish as the kick neared. Obviously he'd strike from the blind spot from behind, and that's where the technique came into place. A large wall suddenly appeared, absorbing the kick. Even if the kick managed to tear through, any effectiveness it had was nullified. And, because the kick had made contact, it hadn't missed, technically. Since the man was muscular, and his kick was aimed almost five feet off the ground, he had to have been vulnerable, even if a bit.

Toge saw an opportunity, and took a few steps back, executing twelve seals. The wall that had stood in Kizaki's way began to change shape, becoming two Toge duplicates. They attempted to hold his arms, trying to preventing him from movement to the best of their ability, and would likely hold but a few seconds (likely three). Combined with the floral barrier, and the sudden transition into clones, Kizaki had to have been surprised. Toge used that time to create a connection with his chakra while molding seals.

It was very probable that Kizaki had broken free by this time, but Toge had finished the seals at that time as well. If any movement was tried, it was almost guaranteed to have failed. In the world Kizaki was likely in by this point, vines had sprouted out; either from the remains of the clones, or the ground itself, binding the man. This bought Toge additional time for phase two, if all went well, proceeding seals again, though unable to finish all of them.

Hana Kamei: Teiryuu (Flower Command: Halt!)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Causes a large number of flowers to bloom in the face of an incoming attack, moving in the opposite direction, which causes the attack to halt.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: C Rank and higher Ninjutsu techniques will burn through this attack like it was nothing. The ability is meant mostly to stop incoming projectiles or taijutsu users. The user must have flower seeds in order to perform this technique, although this drawback may be overcome by gaining mastery over the Ikebana Clan. Weak to fire.
Description: An ability that is mostly meant to stop an opponent from attacking the user with a great number of projectiles. Performing the required hand seals, the user will gather seeds within the hand then throw them towards the incoming attacks. The seeds, infused with the user's chakra, will then begin to bloom rapidly, creating a wave of flowers. The flowers, hardened by the user's chakra, will then repel the incoming projectile attacks and leave the user hopefully unharmed.
Limit: Must be in the Ikebana Clan. Must know Puranto Ninpou: Haeru.

Hana Bunshin (Flower Clone)

Effect: Creates a clone from Flowers
Special: ”Hand Seals”
Drawback: Weak to Katon.
Description: After forming hand seals flowers from around the user begin to swirl and form together. Being made of flowers, these clones will disintegrate after a single hit. After they fall apart, the flowers can still be used in flower techniques unless destroyed. These clones are capable of performing Ikebana techniques. At the cost of the clone destroying itself, it can use the flowers of its own body to perform a technique.
Limit: Must be in the Ikebana Clan.

Houyou no Etai (Natures Embrace)

Skill: Genjutsu
Effect: Vines erupt from the ground under the enemy, wrapping around their feet, arms, and neck.
Special: “Hand Seals”
Drawback: The vines are only illusions and cannot exert any force to strangle or crush its victims. Does not completely disable arm movements (though throwing projectiles and sword techniques would be nearly impossible), but stops movement.
Description: After performing hand seals, the user projects their chakra at their target, trapping them in the illusion. Once caught, vines will erupt from the ground under the opponent, binding their feet, legs, arms, torso, and neck. Though the vines cannot be broken by conventional means, they do not exert enough force to strangle, crush or even completely disable its victim.
Limit: Must be in the Ikebana Clan. Must know Phantasm Perception.

By the time his kick was complete, Kizaki had managed to cut through the barely forming flowers which had made the appearance of a human like form. However these suffered the kick, dispersing the flowers as fast as they had accumulated. Again Kizaki would disappear in a flicker to Toge's back once more, where he delivered a sharp but powerful punch to the boy's kidney, hoping to quiver the organs and cause a moment of pause. But the moment of pause would be accompanied by a swift slash at the back of the boy's vertebrae by his gladius which was swiftly pulled from the sheathe around to cross a horizontal divide in Toge's neck from the back.

Wakizashi Kagame Training [10][70]

Effect: Allows advancement in the wakizashi Kagame style

Description:

“D” Rank – The primary introduction to training in this style involve dodging and evading moves. A wooden wakizashi is used in training and combat at this level. While this may seem simple on the surface, the style requires its user to react in a heartbeat to do some of the techniques. Emphasis on prediction of movements using body movements are used.
“C” Rank – The next step of training involves using the quick responses harbored in the safety of the beginning classes are put to offensive use. Fast movement and footwork is emphasized here in order to aid in optimal counter-attack placement. Training is still done with a wooden blade, but the student is officially allowed to carry a real blade outside of class.
“B” Rank – This is the most intense training in the style. First, the student is pushed to his limits time after time for weeks on end to ensure the beginning levels have not been forgotten and are perfected. Intense study is placed in the muscle and nerve systems before any training on the techniques is used, for the style places emphasis at this time on disabling the opponent. Students have been known to pass out or even die during this level of training.
“A” Rank (second B-rank training) – The final level of training for any user for the wakizashi kagame style. The wooden wakizashi is replaced by a steel one for training this level. By now everything in training before this has been perfected, but physical training similar to “B” rank is used to ensure it. Many students that have reached and passed this level carry several scars of all shapes and sizes, and medical ninjas are kept on standby during this training, for it is very easy for someone to be struck down at this level. The final test of this level is to search for and locate a master, which, due to their erratic wandering pattern, usually involves a long chase indeed.

Effect: Punching out with their palm, the attacker quivers the palm before hitting in order to do more damage.

Description: Upon striking the opponent, one makes their fist vibrate slightly before impact to do more damage than a regular punch could do. This punch’s secret is in the vibration causing the internal organs to be vibrated/shocked. The internal organs shake and move around due to the violent vibration within the attack.
Limit: Must learn from a Master of Goutetsu 轟鉄 (Strong Iron), Must know Goutetsu 轟鉄 (Strong Iron) Universal Techniques

[Well, you never responded to the genjutsu. I was given the okay. Goodbye.]

Toge's genjutsu succeeded, wrapping down the man, and binding him. The vines coiled around Kizaki, arms, neck, torso, and legs, crippling his motion. Toge's four remaining seals were complete, petals swirling around him, as they formed a katana of average length. Toge made a swift running motion down the blade, as each flower petal broke apart into hundreds of flower petals from all the flowers in a nearby radius. Each petal stormed the immobilized Taijutsu master, likely cutting him up and piercing multiple vital organs, effectively killing him. Nowhere to run. Nowhere to hide.

Hana Ninpou: Hana Katana (Flower Ninja Art: Flower Sword)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Causes a great amount of flower petals to condense around the user’s hand to form a regular length katana composed of the petals.
Special: Hand Seals
Drawback: Causes an extra E rank chakra expenditure every turn that the sword is maintained.
Description: There are times whenever the Ikebana would be caught without a weapon. In these situations, the flower ninja can perform this technique. Upon completing the hand seals and extending their hand outwards, the user will cause a great number of flowers around them to rise forward and condense into a powerful cutting weapon. Infused with the user’s chakra, the sword will be sharp and sturdy, capable of matching against their steel brethren easily. However, the Ikebana will also have a huge advantage over the opponent, as the weapon, composed out of flower petals, is significantly lighter than other weapons.
Limit: Must be in the Ikebana Clan. Must know Petal Blades

Hana Katana Ninpou: Odori (Flower Sword Ninja Art: Dance)
Rank: "B"
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Splits the Hana Ninpou: Hana Katana technique into a large number of floating flower petals, which retain their sharpened form and can be controlled by the user’s chakra.
Special: Running the user’s hand over the already formulated blade.
Drawback: Drains an additional E rank amount of chakra per turn to utilize. The speed of the attack is based upon the user’s own taijutsu specialty. Only other Hana Katana techniques may be utilized when this technique is active.
Description: A technique of both simplicity and complexity, it is also one of the most pretty, yet fearsome, attacks within the Ikebana arsenal. Focusing upon the link already left by the user’s chakra drain with the sword, this technique simply continues that link. By expending a greater amount of chakra, the user becomes capable of splitting the multitude of flower petals that make up the Hana Katana. Once broken apart, the flower petals will maintain their sharpness and sturdiness. In addition to this, the user may control these floating flower petals, allowing him or her to attack one or multiple opponents with ease. The more petals that were used in the creation of the Hana Katana, the more petals the user will be capable of controlling in this manner.

A gruesome death had his insane speed not saved him. Kizaki had managed to not only cut the back of Toge's neck, but he also had managed to land a punch to his kidney which shook his very organs. Upon doing so the blade would cross the nape of his neck's backside, causing a subtle yet clear sensation of pain to his nervous system moments before the cloak of blackness that was death proceeded him. The shunshin that saved him would have occurred in instant time, and there fore no hand sealing could have saved the young genin of the Ikebana clan.
