Gracefully floating at the docks in the small humble fishing port the boat awaited. People around decorated the area to welcome all those who were eager to test their bravery at the chuunin exams. Ace casually walked through the snow his white dress shirt and dark brown dress pants rippling in the arctic wind's grasp. Waving at some of the humble villagers the yukikage boarded the ship Sitting down upon one of the benches he laid out all of the items that was going to be used during the exams.

Laying upon the bench's surface was 9 card holsters each filled with 4 decks of cards, his buttbag filled with 80 ice exploding tags, and a compass. Standing up, the chivalrous gambler grabbed the light brown dress vest slumped over his shoulder. Swiftly thrusting his arms through the holes Ace shrugged his shoulders getting the piece of clothing onto his vessel. Waiting for the others the Knave of Hearts pulled out two distinctive red cloths from his pant pocket. One had a white boarder while the other had a dark deep crimson.

Gently strapping the white bordered cloth around his neck a soft smile appeared upon the gambler's lips. The faint sunlight brushed against the crimson tent of the cloth as the red leg master tied it around his leg. His light blue eyes gazing at the velvet fabric he thought about how much he has grown throughout the years. Standing up as his mind still pondered he sat on the bench near his stuff patiently waiting for the time to depart. Silently the yukikage adjusted the communication devise gently attached to his neck adjusting it to be comfortable to wear.

Oyushi ran down the hill, sandals skidding on the loose dirt on the surface.
"I'm here! I'm here! Don't leave without me Yukikage-sama!"
He yelled, only half joking. He slowed down a little once he was in proper view and gave the villagers who had come to see them off nods of thanks for their support. It was a big moment this. Once he set foot on that boat he would be catapaulting himself into the whirlwind experience that was the chunin exams. Who knew if he was going to make it through or not.

With the nerves playing a little on his mind the Onigami took a deep breath and stepped up onto the boat, giving a small bow to his village's leader. He told himself as he looked back towards his home that was somewhere off in the distance out there, that he was as ready as he'd ever be.
"Ready when you are."
He added to Ace.

OOC: Sorry this took so long I was out all day. Also Yoshi has her own travel thread, so if it was just her we were waiting on we can go ahead and leave now.

A few moments later the smoke erupted from the boats top as fresh coals were put into the engine. Silently the boat began to float away from the dock traveling towards the destination of the chuunin exams. Light blue eyes silently stared at the retreating frozen shores as his mind thought about what to come. Shifting his head slightly the chivalrous gambler briefly looked over the shinobi hoping that his skill could help him achieve the rank. Gently leaning his head against a wall as the soft arctic wind grasped his faded blond hair.

Flying above was a pair of curious seagulls observing the travelers as the soft waves crashed against the side of the traveling sea worthy vessel. "Oyushi remember to focus on what you learned throughout the years lad"[/b] the chivalrous gambler politely and gently said to the shinobi. His remained upon the individual as he waited for him to reply. Briefly glancing upward the soft sun beamed downward.

Capturing the faint light the frozen ocean glistened. The temperature began to become warmer. Still the soft thuds of ice could be heard as the boat crashed against the thin sheets. Their destination was the Land of Frost. Making sure that all equipment was brought the Knave of Hearts glanced at the 9 filled card holsters laying on the bench. He gently flipped the clasp to the buttbag letting his eyes glance at the ice exploding tags lingering within. Letting a slight whistle escape his lips Ace adjusted the communication devise on his ear. Very soon the true trial of his progress throughout the years would be tested.

A slight smiled formed upon Ace's lips as the boat neared the shore. Quickly grabbing all of his stuff the yukikage boarded off of the ship. He headed towards where the chuunin exam registrations was being held motioning Oyushi to fallow closely.

Oyushi tagged along, his eyes peeled to take in everything around them. It started from now, he had to get in the mindset that would keep him alive throughout the exams. A look of determination adorned his features and his sandalled feet followed his kage. The proof of the pudding was at hand.
