Nfrp rules, Be serious...I dont get better if it aint serious, no attacks on first post, start at least 10 meter's apart. You can use techs on first post, but no harmful maneuver.
The place was a forest with many scattered trees and a floor that shifted unevenly with a blanket of leaves scattered about letting a cacophony of brown and green bee seen all over. The wood's where in thick to thin ranges and placed randomly around like any decently vegetated and healthy wood. However if you ventured outside a 100 meter range you'd find a bunch of empty air where you would fall forever if you jumped off. The forest itself won't actually fall though, it simply floats. And within the center of the forest was a 20 meter wide clearing of all trees where a figure was seated upon the top of a 2 story high boulder, covered in moss like vegetation. It was Kizaki the asshole...
er...Kizaki...yeah...*ahem* anyway he was lazing about on his back chewing on a long piece of grass while staring at the sky. However All around him on various trees where an array of 14 kunai hidden some of them while other's sitting right in a trunk easily. They all had maroon colored seals of what would look like a smile of some sort. He lay with his gladius under his head and sheathed so that it was like a headrest while in his arm's was a guitar he strummed peacfully. His eye patch covered his left eye and the long piece of grass in his mouth swayed in the breeze softly. His usual garb was on and the smell of a wild fight was in the air.
As he suddenly plucked the low E string sharply he would utter as the loud timbre died down..."Yep...good day to die"

Jissenetoku (Combat Perception)
Rank: "C", "B", "A", "S"
Skill: TaiJutsu
Effect: By analyzing and keeping an eye on the opponent's shoulder and foot work the user is able to predict movements and grab a feel of when attacks are going to come by making the Burēdono Kenseijin - ブレードの剣聖人 - Blade of the Sword Saint a more proficient fighter.

Third Eye Seal[ Has it on his eye patch]
Rank: C[10]
Type: Beneficial
History: This was a precursor to the Utsurome Seal. During all the research time the mist put into creating the much more powerful and useful eye replacer, many other experiments had been made. The Third eye seal was one of the less effective, but nonetheless fruitful results of those experimentation with replica techniques geared towards eyes. Though not the most coveted, and probably the most readily available, the Third Eye Seal found a niche as a spying and security technique. Due to its relative success, the creator of it branched out creating its brother seals in the Facial seal series. The mouth and ear seals became greatly used as communication devices, and the Nose seal…well, let’s just say that one was a bit of a black sheep. But they can’t all be winners.
Appearance: When inactive the Seal looks like an outline of a closed eye. It is somewhat oval, with a line running horizontally across the center to symbolize the lid. It can be any size from big to small, but the smaller it is the less definition and area it can see, and the bigger it is, the more chance of it being noticed. Once activated it appears that the lid opens, removing the horizontal line from the center and replacing it with a circle in the perfect center of the eye. Some variations are allowed for artistic effects, but these generalities are always a must.
Effect: Placement of this seal allows the user to use the Third Eye of Enlightenment technique to view through the seal. The main problem is that while in use, one user sacrifices the vision from one eye. This technique has always been used as a spying technique, or as a seal to be placed over an eye patch in place of someone’s actual eye which will sacrifice the damaged or lost eyes vision for the seals requirement.
Description: This seals allows the user to infuse their blood into it with some of their chakra at placement. This allows the user to develop a type of bond with the seal. It allows them to, over great distances, view the area that the seal is placed within. They can view it with whatever skills their eyes have to offer, and with just as good a clarity as if they were there. The big drawback to this seal is the loss of sight while it is active. The user will lose their ability to see out of one of their eyes while viewing through this seal. Some have turned this into a somewhat moot point, by using it in place of an old injured or damaged eye by placing it on their eye patch or covering. It takes an almost insignificant amount of chakra to view through the seal or place it. The seal itself does have some advantages over a normal eye. Though it can be obstructed, dirt and dust do not irritate it and generally will be whipped away with each use. Also, being that it does not have a direct connection to the persons mind genjutsu that require eye contact cannot work solely against this seal eye even if it is in use. This does not prevent their normal eye from being effected should it be in range, and mind effecting tech that effect sight, but don’t need to be caused through a sight based connection will still effect this seals sight.
Placement Requirements: Just the users chakra and a bit of blood.
The Third Eye of Enlightenment[10]
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Allows the user to use one of the seals they have placed to see in a certain way.
Special: Handseals if the seal is outside the thread you are in, otherwise you may simply activate it with a small burst of chakra. A user may have multiple Facial Seal Series Seals active and working at once, but no more then one of the same type.
Drawback: the user looses the use of one eye while its in effect. The user can only see through one seal at a time
Description: This technique allows the user to deaden the optic receptors within one of their eyes, and instead reattach them over a long distance through their chakra to connect to one of their seals. With this they are able to use the seal as if it was one of their eyes. It is acceptable to “sacrifice” the site of a damaged or lost eye to use this so as not to sacrifice their bad eye. The chakra it takes when actually viewing through the seal is negligible.
Limit: No Shitakuma clan members may use this.
Third Eye Seal Placement[10]
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Places the seal on an area the user wishes
Special: handseals
Drawback: The user can only see through one seal at a time, and it requires 1 full turn to place it.
Description: Forming the hand seals, the user draws the seal on the surface they desire. Then infusing it with a small bit of their blood and chakra the seal is ready for use.
Limit: None
Wakizashi Kagame Training [10][70]
Rank: “D”, “C”, “B” and another b rank for mastery
Skill: Taijutsu
Effect: Allows advancement in the wakizashi Kagame style
Special: --
Drawback: --
Description:
“D” Rank – The primary introduction to training in this style involve dodging and evading moves. A wooden wakizashi is used in training and combat at this level. While this may seem simple on the surface, the style requires its user to react in a heartbeat to do some of the techniques. Emphasis on prediction of movements using body movements are used.
“C” Rank – The next step of training involves using the quick responses harbored in the safety of the beginning classes are put to offensive use. Fast movement and footwork is emphasized here in order to aid in optimal counter-attack placement. Training is still done with a wooden blade, but the student is officially allowed to carry a real blade outside of class.
“B” Rank – This is the most intense training in the style. First, the student is pushed to his limits time after time for weeks on end to ensure the beginning levels have not been forgotten and are perfected. Intense study is placed in the muscle and nerve systems before any training on the techniques is used, for the style places emphasis at this time on disabling the opponent. Students have been known to pass out or even die during this level of training.
“A” Rank (second B-rank training) – The final level of training for any user for the wakizashi kagame style. The wooden wakizashi is replaced by a steel one for training this level. By now everything in training before this has been perfected, but physical training similar to “B” rank is used to ensure it. Many students that have reached and passed this level carry several scars of all shapes and sizes, and medical ninjas are kept on standby during this training, for it is very easy for someone to be struck down at this level. The final test of this level is to search for and locate a master, which, due to their erratic wandering pattern, usually involves a long chase indeed.
Limit: Must be taught by a Wakizashi Kagame Master
