Difficulty: Hard
Objective: Four strange ethereal creatures are attacking coastal region's of the Main land where the five major countries reside. The Daimyo's are calling all kage of their native lands to band together for an allied effort to keep these terrible beast from eradicating everyone's home...and maybe get over tensions of the past upon success.TITAN'S [Main land countries/ hidden villages only]
Description: Four huge portal's seemed to have appeared at four locations around the entire coast of the main continent of the major villages and minor ones. From these portal's have appeared strange creatures of savage sentience who seem to be drawn inwards of the continent for some reason. After the world set ablaze through the global network of ever shifting alliances and passing intel of communications; it would seem that these four creatures are all being ravenously drawn to somewhere we have not designated within the continent.

What is not known is what exactly is drawing them, nor from whence they came. But it's definitely certain from consolidated report's that all four of these creatures seem to be made of chakra elements in the "raiton, Katon, Suiton, and Fuuton" classes. They are strangely resemblant of worldly animals known as the fox, the armadillo, the raccoon, and a turtle. They are extremely powerful, and we have already lost countless front line unit's of the higest rank trying to subdue these creatures. They can be damaged, but the scale of damage required to make any sizeable effort would definetly need to be a well orchestrated force of all available forces on this continent; regardless of feuding countries and alliances we must come together with everything and one that we have.

The beast move slow and we have already asked many sources to offer funding for the mercenaries of repute to slow the beast down. Anbu units from the coastal villages that are being sundered first are doing well enough in staying alive and keeping the beast at the coast...but...alas we all know that in the end it is not enough to stop the four beast fully. So in this time, we send a message specifically to the leader's of all ninja villages EVERYWHERE: Band together at the island of the moon country. There we hope to neutrally come together with all our strongest most capable ninja so that a conference may first be held and our forces allocated to the most strategic locations. This is the message and cry of the Daimyo's of the five great ninja villages...we must put an end to this or our petty struggles of yesterday will have all been for not.
Reward: 12,500 Ryo per person who show up to the conferance and follows through with the order's given from their kage till the end of the event. A very real risk of death, though difficulty and pressure will be measured based on the detected writing skill of individuals. It won't be easy, but I will not give you something your character and application cannot solve with intelligent tactic [fun is the key here].

Npcs: The beast are not going to be revealed or anything else about them until the conferance takes place. I will play the role of npc intel agents from each village that attends to reveal intel and clues to help the leader's and KAGE formulate a plan for their OWN ninja of their own village. The plan of action is up to the kage to discuss as pcs...though I will give out clues to move the story along and help the leader's think of their own strategy to handle these beast!

I'm going to go ahead and say this, regardless of whether or not you've filled out an Event. And to be painfully blunt, I should deny you on the grounds that you've submitted an incomplete application. There are multiple ways to work on an Application and have it submitted all in one post.

This, in my opinion, is not a completed application. If I hand a potential employer my application and tell them that I'll come back and fill out the "Sources and Recent Employers" information, they're going to throw my application in the trash bin. Simple as that.

But aside from that?

I'm not willing to give you another shot at being a GM, and I'm going to tell you why.

• Attitude
  
  - You've tried to circumvent the wise counsel of multiple people who have attempted to help you out and get your roleplaying abilities and your social interaction with others under control. Your attitude is of the extent that you got angry over an Arena loss, thereafter bringing it into the C-Box and blowing the entire thing out of proportion. I even told you where your errors were, and you ignored my statements and declared victory on yourself. That shows that you don't listen.
  
  
• Roleplay Ability
  
  - You lack the humility to serve others in terms of being a Game Master. And even beyond your humility, your roleplay ability is not up to par to what is required. Call me harsh. Call me strict. Call me whatever you believe is synonymous to those words. But at the end of the day, your roleplays are not on par with what I would like to see in a Game Master. You have failed (recently) to adhere to the instruction of a simple mission. That being said, I can't approve you in good faith.
  
  
• Understanding
  
  - Your understanding of combat needs work. I've seen your fights in the Arena, and your explanations are long-winded and altogether confusing. If you can't conduct yourself to be understood in a simple battle arena, how can I trust you to perform someone's "Achieving The Impossible" quest and not drag them down the same path of confusion? I can not sit idly by and allow the blind to lead the blind.
  

My final reasoning?

You've falsified your reason for leaving Game Master to become an Assistant. Be completely honest with everyone - You left Game Master because you were denied Assistant. You expressly stated that you wanted to be removed as Game Master if you did not get approved to be an Assistant. Under normal circumstances, a person does not lose their position if they try to apply for another. If an Assistant does not get to become a Moderator? Then they remain Assistant. If a Game Master, who is doing a great job, gets denied Assistant? Then they resume their duties as Game Master. You, on the other hand, threatened your hand and left in the midst of people who needed you. You did it for your own selfish reasons, and I have yet to see your attitude and/or position change.

You have potential. I will give you that much. But at this point in time, I feel that you only apply because it's there. Staff positions and Game Master positions aren't just colors. They come with responsibilities. And unfortunately, I feel that you don't embrace the maturity or dedication to meet the need. Perhaps someone feels otherwise, but these are my thoughts.

I agree with Atsu completely. You left us high and dry where GMs are concerned without a care for all the threads you abandoned because you were not approved for the position of assistant. That's not cool by any means. You threw away your position because it wasn't what you wanted and I don't believe for an instant that being GM is what you want over assistant, so you wouldn't do it again.
