Plot:
Maelstromshire has a history of getting attacked, but for the past few generations the village has been able to stave off invaders by building up an impressive military force. There is a village (Varsville) that borders the other side of the lake which has built up an equally impressive army. Tensions between the two villages has grown to the brink of war. Varsville has decided to hire help (you) to help with their preemptive strike. The goal of this mission is to cause as much damage to Maelstromshire's military as possible.
There will be two battlefronts. One on the eastern side (marked #2) which is where most of the military force is stationed. The other will be in the lake and/or the shore. There are three different positions that are available. If interest varies enough there may be more or less.
Spec. Ops
All of these shinobi will be placed in a single group and will be busy dealing with Varsville's "secret weapon (s)." Basically, they have Kraken and they will be causing a world of trouble for both sides. You will have to keep Vork (see NPCs) alive since he's the only thing keeping the kraken from going on a rampage
Front Line Soldier
Doesn't get any more specific than this. You'll be split into two groups (one for each battlefront). You are an authority to all soldiers.
Medics
These shinobi can choose whichever group they want to assist.

So the small circle in the center is a castle, surrounded by the city, surrounded by a moat, surrounded by a village, surrounded by rural area, which borders the lake.
Rules: Pretty much none. Do whatever you want, pretty much anything is tolerable.
However you only get paid after seeing the mission through whether you fail or not. There will be many opportunities to fall back and rest up.
IIC Length: 2 Days? Seems Fair
Prize(s): 60,000 RYO for A rank, 40,000 for B, and 20,000 for C rank. As well as the sell value of kraken extracts (up to 1 each if one died) or weapons you scavenge (up to 5 each)
NPC's:
There will be civilians, soldiers, and rangers on the defending side.
All civilians that put up a fight will be C rank in unarmed combat.
All soldiers are C rank and have mastered one sword style of their choosing.
All rangers are at least B rank. They have all mastered Marksman as well as MeiMei.
