Because he is part of the 2% that can mold chakra in his homeland, he has become very arrogant. So arrogant in fact that when talking to anyone lower then him in rank or blood (being everyone unless their royalty) he talks to them like their useless... Unless they have earned his respect. When they have they are treated like brothers or sisters to him.
The clown:
Chase is very fun loving. When he is in the mood, he will find th nearest bar and get hammered. He will often play practical jokes on people. He I almost never seen without a smile on his face. Even entering cities with a whole musical group to play for him.
The sadist:
Whn I is in foul moods he will find someone or something to hurt with eather words or actions. He will torture them and whip them and remove limbs. He's only ever done this twice in his life. Once to a maid you misplease him when he was 5 and once to an uncle who failed to get a good birthday present.
Appearance:
Chase is a odd one when it comes to his cloths. He wears no undershirts under his vest. It may seem as though there is a because of the long white sleeves that are part of the vest. There is fur on the shoulders of the vest and on the ends of the white sleeves. On his hands are red fingerless gloves.
Chases waist length red hair is the mark of his possition of power in Alumet. Being tenth in line his hair is the longest. It was a very deep pinkish/red
His golden eyes seem childish and arrogant. Yet also deadly and bloodraged. His cheeks and skin are allways slightly red in color.
His white pants are also. Symbol of his power. The white belt that holds them up has the number ten in Japanese to show his rank. His bare feet are hard and callouses from walking threw mountininus terrain. When he does wear shoes he wears
shoes of rich color and made from the finest leather.
On the legs of his pants he has a three sscroll holder on his left leg. And on his right but cheek he has a but bag for items. On hi back he has two holsters for giant kunai. On his left pointer finger he has a ring with a purple center that has the kanji for rose.
Background:
Chase was born in another continent in the golden bed chamber of the Queen of Alumat, a land where chakra was a sign of god. And only 2% percent of the population could actually mold chakra. The royal family being part of that 2%. having been trained from the young age of three how to be a king... Chase has still yet to even grasp the simple. "act like a normal person" that is common to any society.
By the age of five Chase had already discoreved his power over earth, water, and wood. His arrogant attatude got him grounded many times. With the death of one of his brothers he inherited his place. And that moved him closer to the thrown. He felt a ting in his heart for the power he just gained. When he turned 9 he was already on the battle field. After an argument with his father he stabbed him in the heart withthe rose he hallways carried into battle. It was on this battle field that he would lose his best friend.
During the invasion of the northern Alumet, he and his friend were on a simple walk as a force of 20 men found them and attacked them. Together they killed all but 4 and that's when chase lowered his guard one of the four attacked with his spear and Desmound took the attack itself. Which went right below his chest. Breaking inside of him. Chase killed the man and savagely ripped his head off. He rushed to his friends side as he died desmound removed the rose from his shirt and with it half soaked with his blood he placed it in his hand and dies.
After killing the members of the court for not bringing Justus to the leaders of the rebellion that ended up killing his friend he was banished from his country for 20 years. It ha so far been 5 years. He has just recently landed in kirikagure
