Description: Picture The Boxer Throws the straight left or swing left first to the chin, nose, or the eyes of the opponent. Then Hurry to attack with another trick. This trick is used for attack, defense, or escape. To Protect: The Straight Fist: Throws the right punch, if to protect the swing fist. Moves the right arm to the right side. (If User knows The Jab in Boxing, or the Left Straight Punch in Krav Maga the user does not have to learn this Technique.)
Limit: Must learn from a Muay Thai Master
Masako sitting on a log finds a very old friend of his walking his way in the outskirts of town. his only true friend and old master. "Master!!!!" Masako screamed out. " Its been so long." and for the first time in a while Masako had a genuine smile on his face. He started teaching him the fine art of Muy Thai. "Ive been searching for new students when you left our village," his master said. "Ive been looking for a teacher" said Masako. "Since we're both here, why not countinue your Taijutsu training huh?" Masako's face lit up in glee. "What will you teach me today?" "i'll be teaching you "Ka Jig Khai" a D rank taijutsu skill"

The master instructed Masako to go sit down and meditate in order to relax while he tells him simple components to Muy Thai. "Relax.... Tension is the the worst thing to have in doing Muy Thai... if you have tension then you have little mobility. If you have little mobility you can hurt your self on some thing extreme. Now stretch. Remember, to do a good punch where your opponent feels it shift your weight follow Through in your punches. Now time for some exercises 5 sets 200 Hundred ab crunches. GOOD CORE MEANS GOOD BALANCE. Proper bone alignment aids you in good form which will add more power. You derive power from proper bone alignment.
Finally some drills. We will start with some boxing/elbow drills, Neck wrestling drills, knee drills and finallysome push kick drills. After some time passed the once eager Masako Ryu became sore and exahausted. "why not try this tomorrow" said Masako in a feint voice . "Alright" Said His Master. "I want you to mediteate. Focus on the move its self. Vizualize yourself using this technique in battle. and get some rest as well as eat. The weak Masako walked slowly bck home thinking to himself on how to do this move. "Proper Bone alignment.... meditation... sleep...." he walked aimlesssly around town before he finaaly got home to take a shower.
The next day Masako Met up with his master again. Master Demonstrated to him the technique to Masako first hand. Masako replayed the whole scenario again in his head. when came his turn to try it he instead of protecting his straight Fist does an awkard flail with his right arm and fist. he looks down to the ground and takes a deep breath. Master says "if your not up to it we can try this tomorrow." "Never" Masako said abruptly. "I'll get this today. Like i always say... today is the day i gain more power" After Master calls Masako Corny he takes stance and prepares to do the technique with masako again.
The 2 spend hours trying to finally perform this move. "the problem i think is that there is too much on your mind. you have intentions on doing one thing but rather try to do another last sec. Did you meditate like i said?" Masako thinks back to last night and recalls that he in-fact did not meditate rather took his other advice and simply slept and eat bountifully. Masako Holds his head down in shame. Master instructs Masako to meditate immediately. After an hour or so has passed Masako feels that he has gotten himslef together. They start. Masako goes for the first attack... a straight left. He then focuses on what he will do next. "Good Form... Tight Fists... now for the SNAP!!! Masako decides on another attack and connects with his masters chin. Master takes a few steps back holding his chin. after a few seconds master as well as Masako Grow a huge smile on their faces. Masako has finally done it. "NOW!!!" Master exclaims... "Lets see if you can do it AGAIN!!!" Masako and his master try this over and over all week long until the move becomes natural to Masako.
