Name: The Arrival of the Gods and the Civil War of Iwagakure
Rank: B
Plot: Long ago, as the world had entered its creation, seven Gods rose up, or so some stories tell. Little was known about these Gods, other than their names, a symbol that they went by, and the location of temples that were supposedly made in their honor.
However, when the Rokudaime Tsuchikage learned of these temples, he created a mission. One for Shinobi of his village to seek out these temples, find the God within, and bring back all information that they could. What eventually came back was far beyond his belief.
Through the efforts of Draven Shitakuma, Hitomi Arishu, Eric Oniguya, Masaaki Oniguya, and Saara Yuki, seven shards were found at each of the temples, as well as the Gods who gave them up. These Gods each believed themselves to hold a different element. A different thing in which they watched over. The three types of Genjutsu, Taijutsu, and Ninjutsu separated them, along with the alignment of Good and Evil.
Xerxes, The Strong Dragon, represented Taijutsu on the Evil Side
Gabriel, The Soaring Phoenix, represented Taijutsu on the Good Side
Zadkiel, The Fierce Saber-Toothed Tiger, represented Ninjutsu on the Evil Side
Uriel, The Intellectual Fox, represented Ninjutsu on the Good Side
Malandra, the Insane Wolf, represented Genjutsu on the Evil Side
Alyx, the Majestic Unicorn, represented Genjutsu on the Good Side
But there was a seventh. The most powerful of them all, yet one who would never use that power so long as the balance of the world was in order. For he is the God of Balance, The Mighty Winged Lion, Sophron.
Through the efforts of the Terran, Sairo Zassou had collected all seven shards. These shards represented the essence of the Gods themselves. But was brought a warning. Three times in the past, the shards had come together, and the world was almost destroyed from the one who tried to control it. Sophron left a warning that he would not save any human, and that once all Mankind was wiped from existence, he would destroy the other Gods and himself for good.
When the seven shards were gathered, Sairo placed them together as they should be. The surge of power was great, but he informed the Gods he is not there to control them. Instead, he wished to work with them, to spread their word and allow others to feel their power. Due to this, destruction was not spread over the world like in the past.
The Gods approached the Zassou through their specialized portals. They spoke to him, and implanted their seals upon his back. From then, he was the one to speak of these seven gods, and intended on convincing his villagers to seek these Gods out and denounce their faith to one of them.
Many of the villagers found the idea scary, but after some came back from doing so, it wasn't bad. The God that they chose to speak with gained a direct link to the person. It was as though a voice was implanted in their head. Something that could talk to them when needed.
But it was also met with much resistance. The village was already on the brink of Civil War. And with the Tsuchikage revealing these Gods, some felt he was forcing his ideals on them. The Civil War finally broke out, and there was little that could be done to stop it. No matter what the Tsuchikage said, the people who fought didn't believe him.
Now, the Tsuchikage calls upon his allies from the Sand Village and the newly allied Leaf Village. Battles have broken out both inside and outside the village. Riots were done, buildings were destroyed, and many lives were lost. The arrival of these Gods divided the city. While some chose not to believe, but were not a part of the rioting town, those that decided to riot felt the Gods were not welcome in their village.
Civil War has broken out in Iwagakure. And if something isn't done soon, then the village will face much reparation to come. The message below was sent to the Kazekage and the Hokage.
"Dear "Insert village here" Kage,
My village is in the midst of Civil War. The people of my village are rioting, and I require additional aid. Through our past alliances, I seek your assistance in this war so that our village will not be destroyed. Any and all Shinobi who attend will be well compensated for their assistance. Please send those Shinobi who wish to aid to the Capital, where they will be escorted to the village without problem.
I hope that you will respond quickly.
