[/size]Sumi Secchakuzai (Sticky Ink)
Rank: D-Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Causes a target amount of ink to become extremely sticky, decreasing the mobility of anything it touches.
Special: “Hand Seals”
Drawback: If the user accidentally gets caught within the ink, then they too will become stuck.
Description: Performing the right handseals gathers a chakra that enters a pre-selected portion of ink. The chakra then enters the ink and, fusing with it, causes it to become very, very sticky, giving it adhesive properties, almost like glue.
Limit: Li Clan JutsuThe Li clan mistress hadn't finished the shopping needed to prepare for the mission she was positive she was boat to be pulled out on, now though she just needed to work on one or two jutsu. The first jutsu was more important than the others as it would allow the grenades to have a proper use, walking over to the training suite in the Li compound she would take one of the many brushes, painting scrolls and a pot of ink before entering into the training suite. Here there was several targets spread around the room in a ring and in the center a short table and a decent enough height for her to perform her jutsu on whilst she sat down. Sitting down elegantly upon her knee's Tsukiko would unroll the scroll and place down the ink pot whilst taking the brush in her right hand.
With a dab of her brush within the ink, Tsukiko would grace the page with several quick strokes. To match the 75 black and white butterflies who lived upon the red and white lilies upon her arms, Suki had painted several butterflies upon the scroll and then put the brush down as she looked around at the targets and the table. There was a bowl of rounded stones next to her - each no larger than a marble and next to it a scroll of Li clan jutsu. Opening the scroll she located the technique she would be training and there she found the hand seals needed. With the grace of a dancer her hands would dance throughout the handseals needed for this basic clan technique and when her hands reached the final seal she felt the chakra seep from her body and onto the ink upon the scroll.
When the chakra for this technique stopped leaving her body she would weave a second set of seals. This string was longer than the previous and out from the paper the first butterfly began to crawl out - it was no larger than two feet wide at any point then with speed not of a butterfly but of the C rank technique it set off. Fluttering through the air at an increased speed it would spin mid air and strike itself upon the center of the target exploding into a black goo. The ink looked like it was a little runny but to test it she would reach her hand into the bowl of pebbles by her side and pull out a single round one. With the flick of her wrist it would soar through the air coming in direct contact with the goo. The black sticky ink covered the stone but it wasn't holding like she knew it had the possibility to.
A small clack could be heard as the stone rolled down the ink and struck the floor, the technique needed a little more work... she may be good with the clan's jutsu but it takes longer than 10 minutes to learn this technique. Putting her eyes back down to the scroll and the next butterfly she had painted took the center of her vision. Another dance of the sticky ink hand seals and her chakra once more would leak from her body into the ink on the page... she didn't want to turn the entire pot of ink sticky just yet. The butterfly on the page had been endowed with the sticky ink chakra and now it was time to bring it to life and from the scroll. Weaving another set of chouju giga hand seals Tsukiko would place her finger by the scroll and after puling itself from the paper the butterfly would rest upon her finger before locking onto the target Suki wanted it to.
With a slight woosh it would flutter at the advanced speed and even to show off it would do a barrel roll before striking the center of the target. The mass of black sticky ink clung to the target and with her right hand she once more reached down into the bowl of pebbles and with another flick of her wrist the stone flew from her hand striking the mass of ink. For the first fed seconds it held fast against the target but ever so slowly it would begin to roll down the target. When it got to the bottom, instead of just falling straight down though the pebble would begin to drip down whilst still connected to the ink dragging down a black line of it until it would gently touch the floor. It was a great improvement but she still thought another turn with the jutsu would be safe.
The third and final butterfly on the sheet sat ready - she had given each butterfly the sticky ink chakra separately and it was the third time for the jutsu. Her hands would go through the familiar rhythm of the sticky ink jutsu and the chakra would leap from her into the scroll as a sudden burst instead of dripping from her pores. With the third flurry of Choju Giga hand seals the final butterfly paintintg would rise from the scroll spinning into the air before giving a quick change of course and flying to the center of a clean target exploding upon impact covering the target in a mass of black sticky ink. Grabbing two or three pebbles this time she threw them all at once hoping she had it this time. The pebbles would strike the mass of ink and try to bounce back but the pull of the ink was too much and they would get stuck fast. Perhaps she had the jutsu down now... only the next few seconds would tell.
